Who Cares about Civilians in Gaza by Steven Shamrak There is no real international pressure on Egypt to open the border between Egypt and Gaza for people who are trying to leave the war zone – even the foreign passport holders! Egypt's President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi said, while meeting German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Cairo, that Egyptians would reject the forced displacement of millions of Palestinians into Sinai. He added that any such move would turn the peninsula into a base for attacks against Israel. At the same time, he said that the Gaza Strip is effectively under Israeli control and Palestinians could instead be moved to Israel's Negev desert "until the militants are dealt with". What an idiotic logic! Would it not be also the "forced displacement", and wouldn't it turn the Negev "into a base for attacks against Israel"? The IDF informed the residents of the northern Gaza Strip and Gaza City to evacuate to the southwest of the Gaza Strip where, if necessary, international humanitarian aid will be directed. The head of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, wrote that "the situation in Gaza is out of control due to the lack of humanitarian aid”. He emphasized that the aid has been "stuck" for four days at the border between Egypt and the Gaza Strip. Which Egypt keeps close, and not a single international organisation is complaining about it! Why? Because it is not Israel. But they were very prompt in blaming Israel for bombing a hospital in northern Gaza, having no evidence. Jordan announced that the planned summit with United States President Joe Biden in Oman is cancelled. Expected participants included King Abdullah of Jordan, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, and Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas. Egypt, the Arab states, and definitely not the PA leader Mahmoud Abbas do not care about the lives and wellbeing of the civilians in Gaza. Gazans are used as human shields by Hamas terrorists, and to wage anti-Israel international campaigns. Only Israel must care about the Israel-hateful, terrorism supported by the population of Gaza! The ‘refugees’ status of so-called Palestinians has been artificially maintained to discredit the existence of the Jewish state. The UNRWA is a UN organization that serves one group only – fake Palestinian refugees – the fourth generation so far! Since 1949, so-called Palestinian refugees have been used as anti-Israel pawns in a global anti-Semitic political game – the fourth generation already! Each year, on average, there are around 50 million genuine refugees world-wide. They are all looked after by the UNHCR. Eventually, most of them resettled and found a new home in other countries, and continue to live their lives. But not fake Palestinians! Currently, there are around 5M refugees who left Sudan during 6 months of civil war – Nobody cares! More than 7-8M Ukrainian refugees left their homes during war unleashed by Russia - Nobody cares! Recently, the entire Armenian population of the Nagona-Karabakh, all 1,200 of them, were forced to leave Azerbaijan – Still nobody cares! The world is preoccupied with only one group of professional refugees – fake Palestinians. Nobody actually cares about them! They are used by Anti-Semites to denigrate Jews and destroy Israel. At the end, I would like to ask those who are critical of Israel’s response to the brutal Hamas terror attack, “What would you be prepared to do after your home was invaded by cold-blooded killers, who beheaded your children, raped your daughters, and abducted the rest of your family?” Some answers I have received so far, Israel and Jews would never do that to anybody, even facing certain death! Israel is Facing War on Five Fronts Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak The international anti-Semitic ‘club’ was quite prompt in condemning Israel for a deadly blast at the crowded Al-Ahli hospital in Gaza. Even after Israel presented the evidence that it was caused by a failed rocket launched by Islamic Jihad, they continue to talk about the humanitarian cost to "civilians on both sides paying the price of unprecedented escalation in hostilities between Israel and Gaza", still implying that it is Israel's fault, and trying to manipulate Israel into negotiating a ceasefire with terrorists in Gaza, and return to the normality of the “circle of violence”. This will only inflict more psychological, emotional and physical trauma to Jews in Israel, and will facilitate continuation of terror attacks. Only by the decisive and unapologetic destruction of terrorists in Gaza, and freeing the Jewish land from enemy occupation Israel will be able to break the ugliness of this ‘circle’! Mission is to Kill Hamas Terrorists Israel’s internal security service, the Shin Bet, has created a new unit, “Nili,” whose mission is to find and kill every single individual who participated in the Hamas terror attack on October 7, which saw over 1,400 Israelis murdered. Israel has carried out such operations before, notably in the effort to track and kill every Palestinian terrorist who participated in the kidnapping and murder of Israeli athletes at the Olympics in Munich, Germany, in 1972. The PA, Fatah and Hamas are Blood-Thirsty, Jew-Hating Terrorists A document published by the Palestinian Authority's religious department instructed mosques to deliver calls for the murder of Jews during Friday sermons, quoting the Sharia Law: "The hour will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews and the Muslims kill them, until the Jew hides behind the stones and trees and the stones or trees say, 'O Muslim, O servant of Allah, this is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.'" There is no fundamental difference between the goals of Hamas and the goals of the Palestinian Authority, which is also interested in one thing - the murder of Jews wherever they are. Israel Evacuates Communities on Lebanon Border The Israel Defense Forces is evacuating 14 communities close to the Lebanese border, amid repeated rocket and missile attacks by Hezbollah. A week before, the National Emergency Management Authority (NEMA) began to evacuate 28 communities that are within two kilometers (1.25 miles) of the border, as well as the city of Kiryat Shmona. The past two weeks have seen repeated clashes between the Israeli military and the Hezbollah terror group and allied Palestinian factions in southern Lebanon. (Where is UNIFIL?) The UN did not Inspect Trucks with Aid to Gaza The first convoy of 20 trucks that entered Gaza through the Rafah Crossing with Egypt were not checked for weapons. Failed Rocket Fall within Gaza The IDF has identified about 550 failed launches that fell inside Gaza. (How many residents of the Gaza, killed by those rockets are added to 'innocent Palestinians killed by Israel?) Antisemites do not Care about Displaced Jews Around 500,000 Israelis have been evacuated and displaced in the 10 days since Hamas unleashed the bloodiest attack in the country’s history. All communities around the Gaza Strip had been evacuated. Israel’s army has also been evacuating residents, more than 20 communities, living along its northern border with Lebanon, amid rising tensions with the Hezbollah terrorist group. Terrorists of the PLO and Hamas Do Represent their People The Palestinian Authority's official news agency published comments by President Mahmoud Abbas that criticized Hamas over its heinous attack on Israel on Sunday (a week ago), but later removed reference to the terrorist group without providing an explanation. The Abbas condemnation was published a few hours after he spoke with US President Joe Biden for the second time in 24 hours. A statement issued by the PA said that the US president acknowledged that the actions of Hamas do not represent the Palestinian people. European Parliament Called for Elimination of Hamas The European Parliament - in a non-binding resolution adopted with 500 votes in favour, 21 against and 24 abstentions - strongly condemned the brutal attacks, expressed their support for Israel and its people and underlined the need to “eliminate the terrorist organization Hamas”. The lawmakers also called for the immediate release of all hostages kidnapped by Hamas and recognized Israel’s right to self-defence “as enshrined in and constrained by international law”. The resolution strongly condemns Iran’s support to Hamas and other terrorist groups in the Gaza strip. They also denounced the rocket attacks from Lebanon and Syria into Israel and called for a de-escalation of tensions in eastern Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria. (Big step for the Europeans! When will the stop financing the enemies of the Jewish state?) The PA Care for Hamas Terror Families The Palestinian Authority will pay nearly $3 million to the families of 1,500 Hamas terrorists killed inside Israel during attack on border communities. More than 1,400 Israelis were killed and some 4,100 others were wounded, with another 199 captives - or more - taken back to Gaza. It is estimated that the Palestinian Authority Martyr’s Fund. will pay NIS 7,400 ($1,843) for the first month and NIS 11,100,000 shekels ($2,789,430) in total to each Hamas terrorist family, who were killed in the October 7 invasion of Israel. Under PA law, every Palestinian Authority terrorist, who is killed attacking Israelis is classified as a “martyr” and the family, must be rewarded. (The PA/Hamas terrorists kill Jews. Is that why so much funds are continuously donated by international Antisemites - the UN, the EU and others?) A bill that would impose the death penalty on any terrorist who took part in the Hamas massacre of over 1,300 Israelis on Simchat Torah was submitted in the Knesset. The text lifted from the Nazi Collaborators (Punishment) Law, enacted in Israel following the Nuremberg Trials and adjusted it to apply to Hamas terrorists. Hamas Steals Supplies from UNRWA UNRWA, the United Nations organization for the descendants of the Arab refugees from Israel's War of Independence in 1948 (the fourth generation of professional refugees), reported that Hamas terrorists stole fuel and medical supplies from one of its facilities in Gaza. Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz said in response: "Or in other words - Hamas is robbing the "humanitarian aid" to the Palestinian people. There's no reason to give them anything until we eliminate Nazi Hamas." Later, UNRWA deleted the original tweet in which it reported the theft. (Predictably, there is no UN resolution condemning Hamas.) Biden Linked Visit to Israel to Supplies for Hamas President Joe Biden’s Administration leveraged its support to Israel in a manner that left no doubt about the Jewish State being a client state in the most humiliating sense of the word. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken stated first that it agreed to deliver aid to the Gaza Strip. And only at the end of the discussion with Prime minister Netanyahu, in which the plan to resupply Gaza was hatched, did Blinken announce President Joe Biden’s visit to Israel. Iranians, even some still living in Iran, expressed overwhelming support for Israel, even at personal risk. There are images of Iranians around the world expressing support for Israel and its fight against Hamas, waving the flags of Iran from before the revolution and the flags of Israel together, because the Iranian government is a common enemy of both Israel and the people of Iran. Dr. Eilam Gindin tells about "a rally in support of the Palestinians that was organized by the government and almost no one showed up". She also added and pointed out that things are not absolute and uniform. (They were far better off with the Shah dynasty. The Shah was far less of a dictator than the current mullahs.) Quotes of the Week: "The most barbaric and wide scale terror attack in decades, bigger than 9/11, was perpetrated 11 days ago and it seems like this Council (the UN Security Council) has already forgotten. Thousands of barbaric Hamas Nazis invaded Israel and brutally murdered 1,400 innocent Israelis. Some were raped, others beheaded, and some were burned alive. Up until today, you (the 'Ugly Nazi') have not even done the most basic thing. You have not condemned, as a council, Hamas’s brutal terror attack. It is really unfathomable. You cannot unite even on that basic thing. You are not focused on what needs to be done to free Gaza from Hamas and ensure that the oppression of the Gazan people by their tyrants ends. Instead, the Council is fixated only on humanitarian corridors and aid (to Gaza). Israel unilaterally withdrew from Gaza 18 years ago. Hamas was then elected. Elected by the people of Gaza. I hear often that they do not represent them. Elected! Hamas runs Gaza. Hamas runs all of Gaza’s institutions. So, whatever comes out of the Strip is not the truth. It is what Hamas wants you to hear." - Gilad Erdan, Israeli envoy to the UN. In advance of the meeting, Ambassador Erdan said, “How is it possible that after Hamas massacres innocent Israelis, holds 200 hostages, murders civilians in Gaza with missiles, and uses the residents of the Gaza Strip as human shields, that it is still not defined as a terror organization by the Security Council and the Council." - There is also no pressure on Egypt to reduce the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, to open its border for displaced residents of Gaza. The UN is Contaminated by Antisemitism by Michael Lee Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Gilad Erdan had pointed remarks for the world body after being detained by UN security personnel after he left the General Assembly Hall to protest a speech by Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi. "The UN is a building, and it's fair to say that in this building, is antisemitism sadly very prevalent. There are many antisemitic countries like Iran who want to annihilate the one and only Jewish state, and we don't hear any condemnation against Iran for saying it," Erdan said. Erdan expressed disgust with the UN's "red carpet treatment" of the Iranian president, noting that Raisi is "responsible for the murder of thousands of his own people." The Israeli diplomat's treatment at the global body may not have come as surprise, with Erdan pointing out that there are numerous examples of antisemitism within the halls of the UN. "We just heard the Palestinian president, President Abbas, distorting and denying the Holocaust, almost justifying what Hitler did," Erdan said. "Nobody said a word." The remarks were condemned by both the US and the European Union, but not until two weeks later, while a spokesperson for Abbas claimed to Reuters that the remarks were not a denial of the Holocaust. "I expect the UN's leadership, the Secretary General and the senior staff to act, not only say nice empty words against antisemitism," Erdan said. "They do not even try to address the antisemitism that is prevalent in the UN, so sadly, yes, the UN is contaminated with antisemitism, but I am trying to do my best to fight against it." Israel’s Ambassador to the UN, Gilad Erdan, slammed United Nations officials and the UN Human Rights Council for their failures to condemn Hamas’ massacre of more than 1,300 Israelis. “How many dead Jews does it take to justify a proportionate response against a genocidal terror organization? Is it 1,000? Six million? Maybe it’s 10 million - the population of Israel? This is, after all, Hamas’ publicly declared goal. So, I ask you, how many murdered Jews does it take for you to support Israel’s right to self defense?” Erdan was responding to UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk, who in a statement on Tuesday called for a ceasefire and did not mention Hamas by name, referring instead only to “armed Palestinian groups.” Erdan also slammed the UN Human Rights Council for its “distorted moral standard” and promised that Israel would “obliterate Hamas terror infrastructure.” At the same time, the United Nations Palestinian refugee agency, UNWRA, is seeking $104 million for life-saving aid to Gaza. The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) has met behind closed doors in an emergency session amid the war between Israel and Gaza but failed to achieve the unanimity needed for a joint statement. (Why behind "closed doors"? 'Ugly Nazi' has never had a problem with condemning Israel, and the doors are always open.)
