A group of 23 MKs has written to US President Joe Biden, challenging the data behind his statement on 'settler violence'. "Settler violence is a modern blood libel... We all condemn violence, but this is a combination of outright lies, manipulations of statistics, and baseless claims, all with the goal of defaming the settler community and paving the way to a Palestinian state. We would be happy to receive the President's answer and hope that the data upon which he based his statements will be thoroughly checked."
A widely-used United Nations report on an alleged increase in "Settler-related violence" against Arabs in Judea and Samaria contains a large amount of false and misleading information. The report includes attacks committed by Arabs against Jews in addition to attacks by Jews against Arabs in its definition of 'Settler-related violence'. According to data collected by the IDF Central Command and the police, nationalist violence and crimes committed against Jews far outnumber the number of nationalist crimes committed by Jews.
Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak
The US President Biden has forgotten that Israel is the only true democratic country in the Middle East. Calling the elected members of the Knesset a “right-wing” party, and demanding their removal from the government of Israel, just because they are Jewish patriots and true Zionists, is political interference in the affairs of an independent state. Has President Biden called for the resignation of the Islamist government of Turkey, or the military regime in Egypt? If not, he is just another common anti-Semitic bigot!
Message to ALL Enemies of Israel
In a new year's message, Israel Defence Forces spokesman Daniel Hagari said "The IDF must plan ahead out of an understanding that there will be additional missions and the fighting will continue the rest of the year." (This message is not only to residents of Gaza, who need to leave the war zone and move to Sinai, but also to the 'friends' of Israel, who have never let the Jewish state to win a war and completely defeat enemies!)
More than 20 rockets fired towards central Israel as 2024 begins - 18 rockets were intercepted. Hamas took credit for the firing, saying, "We fired a barrage of rockets at Tel Aviv in response to the Zionist massacres". (This is Hamas answer to those international idiots who are pressing Israel to declare a ceasefire.)
The Israeli Foreign Ministry has initiated a plan to remove the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) - the global organization’s agency dedicated solely to the refugees and descendants of Palestinians who fled during Israel’s 1948 War of Independence - from Gaza at the end of the year. The plan, laid out in three stages in general terms. The first involves a comprehensive report on alleged UNRWA cooperation with Hamas, which rules Gaza, and the entanglement of the UN body that provides welfare and humanitarian services for Palestinian refugees from the 1948 and 1967 wars and their descendants, with the terror group. The next stage would see reduced UNRWA operations in the Palestinian enclave, amid a search for a different organization to provide education and welfare services. In the third stage, all of UNRWA’s duties would be transferred to the body governing Gaza following the war. (Hopefully, Gaza will be free from terrorism supporting population, and there will be nothing for UNRWA to do in Gaza after the war.)
Next Stop is Sinai
Fighting is raging across Gaza. Over 100,000 Palestinians have fled to the crowded southern Gaza city of Rafah in recent days, according to the UN. Rafah is one of the only parts of Gaza that is not facing intense ground fighting. (After they all move to the Sinai from Gaza, it will be easier for UNRWA to provide humanitarian aid to fake Palestinians in the Sinai. Why is Egypt not willing to help and embrace its 'brothers and sisters' from Gaza?)
Laptops, flash drives, notebooks, maps, ledgers, bodycams and other items were found by IDF soldiers in Hamas tunnels, strongholds, hideouts or on the bodies of terrorists. The Israeli search for terror tunnels is being aided by a trove of intelligence seized by soldiers, namely 65 million digital files and a half-million physical documents. Among the documents found was a map of tunnel shafts. In addition, a document was seized with the location of a weapons stash in the area of Beit Hanoun.
Thirty-three percent of all Arab Israelis surveyed disagreed with the statement that Hamas’s Oct. 7 massacre “does not reflect Arab society, the Palestinian people, and the Islamic nation,” while a further 11% “didn’t know.” Among Muslim Arabs only (separating out Druze and Christians) the number was larger still, with 34.5% disagreeing with the statement and 12.5% answering “didn’t know.”
IDF has done its utmost to minimize collateral damage, Israel Air Force chief says, rejecting claims Israel has engaged in the ‘indiscriminate’ bombing of Gazans. In a video statement Brig. Gen. Omer Tischler said: “Since the October 7 massacre, the Israeli Air Force has been conducting a precise, focused and process-based campaign. I will walk you through the principles that we keep in mind, while planning operations and address misleading claims.”
The spokesman for Iran's Revolutionary Guards Corp, Ramadan Sharif, said that the Hamas attack on October 7 was "one of the reactions to the assassination of Qasem Soleimani," but Hamas later denied this and said that the reasons for the attack were "the dangers threatening the Al-Aqsa Mosque."
- Despite Israel’s steadfast opposition, the United States is urging Palestinian Authority (PA) leader Mahmoud Abbas to make changes in his government in preparation for controlling Gaza the “day after” the war between Israel and the enclave’s ruling Hamas terrorist organization. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has repeatedly said the PA cannot be allowed to govern Gaza.
- White House officials have been pressuring Israel to transfer tax money intended for Palestinian Authority salaries in Gaza. Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich has categorically refused to transfer “even one shekel” to the Palestinian Authority for salary payments in Gaza. But last Friday, the European Commission said it would save the day with a $130 million aid package to help plug the gap. More than a third of the PA’s total government budget is allocated for monthly support payments to incarcerated terrorists and the families of those who have died while attacking and attempting to murder Israelis.
Iran has increased the rate at which it is producing near weapons grade uranium in recent weeks. Iran had previously slowed down the rate at which it was enriching uranium to 60% purity. Uranium enriched at 60% purity is just a short, technical step away from weapons-grade levels of 90%. An IAEA report released in mid-November found that Iran has enough uranium enriched to up to 60% purity, close to weapons-grade, for three atom bombs.
UNSC Resolution 2720 was approved. According to this resolution, the Council essentially calls for the unconditional release of all hostages, Red Cross access to the hostages, and a humanitarian ‘pause’ in the fighting. The United States and Russia both abstained from the vote and the remaining 13 members of the Council voted in favour. UNSC resolutions are legally binding. What does that mean? “What happens when UN Security Council resolutions are ignored? That depends, really on whether you are any of 192 other members of the United Nations, or are Israel,” wrote Middle East expert Elliot Abrams.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that before there is peace between Israel and the Palestinians, “Hamas must be destroyed, Gaza must be demilitarized, and Palestinian society must be deradicalized.” (Quite 'unrealistic' demand. It is easier to bring peace to Israel by removing all enemies from the Jewish land!)
Quote of the Week:
“It was important to me to relay the truth about the nature of the people who live in Gaza, who they are truly are, and what I experienced there. I went through a Holocaust! Suddenly I realized that I’m with a family. Everyone over there is a terrorist. Suddenly, I started asking myself questions, why am I in a family’s house? Why are there children here? Why is there a woman here? There are no innocent citizens there. They’re families controlled by Hamas. They’re children who from the moment they are born, they teach them that Israel is Palestine and just to hate Jews." - Mia Schem, a 21-year-old dual French-Israeli citizen and resident of the central Israeli city of Shoham, who was shot and kidnapped, for 54 days, during the Nova music festival massacre in Re’im on October 7th.

Support of Hamas is support for oppressive Islamist imperialism that is and will continue to turn the hatred of Israel onto the West, bringing terrorism and violence in its wake, and when the free world wakes up to the danger, it may be too late.
Every march in Paris, headline in the Guardian, Le Monde or the New York Times, every academic paper from the progressive school of thought or BBC report – only radicalized Muslims in the West further. This is the fuel that encourages some to carry out terror attacks.
The hatred of Israel translates to hate of the West, bringing Europe to tremble in fear of a new wave of violence and terror.
Hamas is supported by Iran and Qatar ideologically, financially and with arms. And still Hamas could not have become what it is without the support of the free world.
The West funds UNRWA annually. In 2022, it was to the tune of 1.6 billion dollars. The Biden administration reinstated the funding for the UN body. The money is spent on perpetuating their refugee status, and on an education system that nurtures the ethos of refugees and the hope of the destruction of Israel.
Israel itself not only did nothing to counter that policy, it in fact encouraged it in order to preserve calm. That then blew up in its face with successive uprisings, including on October 7.
Muslim clerics in Hamburg, Paris, London and Chicago are raising a new generation filled with hate and when they enter universities, they hear the same from their professors: hate for the West, hate for America, hate for Israel and hate for Jews.
It is the free world that is ultimately paying the price because it nurtured the hatred of Israel in headlines and on campuses and that hate is now turning on the free world itself.
