Self-Haters are Enemies of Jewish People!

The Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP), a San Francisco-based organization, has been operating since 1996 and has conducted numerous anti-Israel activities, especially on college campuses.

JVP claims not to be anti-Israel, but many officials in the Jewish community said that, based on its agenda, there was no way JVP could claim to be pro-Israel, but was actually the opposite.

JVP is seeking to sow dissent among American Jewish campus groups by holding provocative campus events that have caused numerous splits in Jewish organizations on campus. Among its supporters are well-known anti-Israel activists, including linguist Noam Chomsky, Broadway playwright Tony Kushner and actor Wallace Shawn.

The group's latest gambit was a “summer camp” for campus activists to train them in the most effective methods to conduct a BDS campaign against Israel. The camp promises to train participants to identify Israeli products in stores, how to prepare an anti-Israeli product campaign, how to recruit other BDS activists, and how to lobby the community to join in the boycott.

JVP has caused a great deal of disunity in the Jewish community. In September 2011, San Francisco's Jewish Community Relations Council said that “Jewish Voice for Peace routinely allows itself to be used as political cover by organizations promoting anti-Israel boycotts and divestment so that they can claim that they have Jewish backing for their positions, even though JVP represents a tiny fraction of the community.”

Since the declaration of independence, Israel has been experiencing ‘friendly’ arm-twisting pressure from the US, starting with the weapon blockade when Jews were under attack from seven Muslim armies, to give up Jewish land to the enemies. Another friend of the United States, Great Britain, is still occupying many lands, including the Falkland Islands and Gibraltar, but has never been pressured by any US president to end these relics of colonisation and return them to Argentina and Spain! The heart-bleeding anti-Semitic liberals and members of the international press are not concerned with this issue.

Obama Stopped Strike on Iran

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu planned airstrikes targeting Iran’s nuclear program, but called them off following a request from United States President Barack Obama, General (res.) Giora Eiland has reportedly revealed. According to Eiland, “The Prime Minister thought that we had reached the point where a decision had to be made on Iran, and he planned an attack.” “In principle, Israel does not need American authorization for military action, unless the Americans demand unequivocally that we refrain from an action,” he continued. That is what happened in this case, he said. Netanyahu presented his plan to American leaders, and was told that it was not acceptable to them. This led him to shelve the plan.

For the second time in a week, Israeli police forces have broken into the Temple Mount complex in Jerusalem in wake of stone throwing by Muslim worshipers. Tension has risen following calls from radical Arab elements to "to protect the Temple Mount from Jewish visitors" and not allow them to go up the mountain.

Has AIPAC Become Obama’s Puppet?

The so-called pro-Israel lobby group, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, finally broke its silence on Syria and said that President Obama’s call for military strikes is a good plan. AIPAC’s statement comes after a week of noticeable silence on the White House’s ongoing debate on Syria. (The Obama administration has effectively scared and neutralized this pro-Israel lobby. There is no evidence that installing Islamist chaos in Syria is good for Israel or the United States!)

Is Abbas is More Democratic than Israeli Government?

PA President Mahmoud Abbas vowed to put to a referendum any agreement he reaches with Israel. He said that ‘Palestinians’ everywhere would be asked to approve an agreement with Israel through the referendum. "It won't be enough to have the approval of the Fatah Central Committee or the PLO Executive Council for an agreement. Rather, we would go to a referendum everywhere because the agreement represents Palestinians everywhere." (He has no intention to make peace with Israel - he is just playing the well-established international game!)

What Sanctions?

The US granted 6-month sanctions exemptions to 10 European countries so they can restart imports of Iranian crude oil after a year's hiatus. Japan received a similar exemption after the US said it had significantly reduced its oil imports from Iran. (Nuclear armed Iran is posing the greater threat to the world than Syria. Is it because its main target Israel that it is not a priority for the ‘friend’?)

PA Waiting for US Pressure on Israel

Peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians are proving pointless and will not bear fruit without much greater pressure from Washington, a top aide to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. "These negotiations are futile and won't lead to any results," Abed Rabbo told Voice of Palestine radio. "I don't expect any progress at all unless there is huge and powerful American pressure, such as the one we are seeing from America to deal with the Syrian issue."

Attack on Syria Could be good for Israel

The reports coming out of Washington indicate that US President Barack Obama has resolved not just to degrade Syria’s chemical capabilities but also to take down Bashar Assad’s air force, destroy his air bases and knock out his ground-to-ground ballistic missiles, using giant B-52 bombers and B-2 stealth bombers. Since the Syrian ruler’s chemical stocks can’t be destroyed by air strikes - only by ground forces, Washington is considering taking down his ballistic missiles, depriving him of the delivery vehicles for his poison gas.

Stupidity of Fake Negotiations Must End!

PA Minister of Prisoner Affairs Issa Karaka said that the next Palestinian prisoners/terrorists release as part of the peace talks resumption will take place on October. (No progress in the fake negotiations but another release of the terrorists is in the pipeline.)

Unjustly Vilified Jewish Hero!

We need leadership that cares about future of Jewish people.

Rabbi Meir Kahane is the most controversial American Jewish leader in history. He founded the Jewish Defense League in 1968. Its members would go to marginal neighbourhoods and, while carrying tire irons, chains and baseball bats, escorted elderly Jews to and from synagogue on Shabbat and on Jewish holidays to make sure they were not assaulted by thugs who otherwise preyed upon the elderly Jews. Jewish Defense League members physically confronted neo-Nazis and other anti-Semites.

Under Kahane's leadership, the Jewish Defense League was in the forefront of civil disobedience aimed at the Soviet Union's oppression of the Jewish people. To Kahane's credit, he was denounced as a "militant" by the conventional and cowardly leaders of the American Jewish establishment.

Rabbi Kahane made aliyah in 1971. He boldly advocated annexation of all of the lands of biblical Israel and transfer of the Arabs to neighboring Arab states, which he described as the completion of the mutual exchange of populations that occurred when modern-day Israel came into existence in 1948 and accepted as citizens the Jews who were expelled by the Arab states. He founded the Kach Party, which espoused his principles. He won a seat in the Knesset in 1984. In 1988, as Kahane and Kach were gaining in popularity among the Israel people, the Israeli government banned him from the Knesset and outlawed Kach as "racist" under a law adopted specifically for the purpose of excluding Kahane from political power.

Rabbi Kahane was assassinated by a Muslim terrorist in a Manhattan hotel room in 1990. That Muslim terrorist was El Sayyid Nosair, who was initially tried and acquitted of Kahane's murder.

In 2000, 10 years after Kahane was assassinated, his son Binyamin Ze'ev Kahane and Binyamin's wife were murdered in Israel by Arab gunmen. Five of their six children were wounded in the attack.

Kahane's ideology was one of aggressive Jewish self-defense, including the unapologetic use of force when necessary. He unflinchingly advocated annexation of all the land liberated by Israel during the Six Day War of 1967 and the expulsion of the Arabs from the Jewish State. Ironically, many of the critics who condemned Kahane as racist have no problem with the forcible removal of Jews from their homes to make room for a Jew-free Palestinian state.
