Unfinished Operation "Breakwater" by Yaakov Lappin Since being launched by the Israel Defense Forces in March this year, “Operation Breakwater”, aimed at stopping a wave of deadly Palestinian terror attacks against Israelis, has significantly dented the motivation and intent of terrorists in the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) to act. The latest signs of this trend appeared early when the Israeli military launched an operation that resulted in the arrest of Bassam al-Sa’adi, the leader of Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) in the West Bank. After that, the number of attacks inside Israel dropped drastically, as “Operation Breakwater” gained momentum, and nightly raids were conducted by the IDF in the heart of terrorist hornet’s nests, like the Jenin Refugee Camp. A growing number of cells planning attacks on civilians were foiled at the planning stage, with Israeli security forces reaching them in their homes in the dead of night and surprising them. Forged by a common interest in repressing Hamas and PIJ in the West Bank, the PA has not resisted the IDF’s stepped-up counter-terror raids in the West Bank at all. Meanwhile, the number of Palestinians illegally crossing from the northern West Bank into Israel has dropped from thousands to tens per day, and as the security barrier begins to approach completion, those who will cross to work in Israel for weeks at a time may find themselves unable to return home. Jihad Leaders Neutralised - Terror Tunnel Destroyed Terrorists have launched over 580 rockets at Israel since Friday. Some 120 rockets have fallen short in the Gaza Strip. Several people were killed, including children. Israel announced the death of Khaled Mansour, who led the Iran-backed militant group’s operations, a day after a coordinated airstrike took out Tayseer Jabari, the senior Palestinian Islamic Jihad Commanding Officer of the terrorist group’s Northern Gaza Division. Over the years, Mansour was involved in dozens of incidents of rocket fire, mortar bombs and anti-tank missiles. During operation “Guardian of the Walls” in 2021, he was responsible for hundreds of rocket launches towards Israel. The Israeli army has said the entire "senior leadership of the military wing of the Islamic Jihad in Gaza has been neutralised". 140 Islamic Jihad targets have been struck in Gaza since operation “Breaking Dawn” was launched on Friday afternoon. Arab-Israelis - Enemies Within Arab-Israelis in Jaffa were clapping and chanting “Allahu Akhbar” when Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorists aimed rockets at Tel Aviv. Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak Islamic Jihad, Hamas, Fatah, and their international Jew-hating supporters chant “Palestine from the river (Jordan) to the sea”. No room for Israel! There are many Arab/Muslim states where Jews have no rights and have been expelled from. Let the fake Palestinians leave Jewish land and claim their rights over there, among their Arab brothers. If Israel agrees to another useless cease-fire, which will be broken as usual by the enemies at the time of their choosing, without removing enemies from Gaza, it will be another military and political failure, which will be perceived by enemies as a weakness. And Israel has done it again! Hezbollah Missiles Ready to Attack Israel Hossein Salami, commander of Iran's Revolutionary Guards, claims that the Hezbollah terrorist organization has prepared between 10 and 20 thousand missiles intended to be launched at Israel. Hezbollah has more than 100,000 missiles that are ready for a military campaign. (Israel must be ready to neutralise Hezbollah rockets sites at short notice.) Hollow Apology from 'Ugly Nazi' Rejected Israel rejected United Nations (UN) Commission of Inquiry member Miloon Kothari's apology for claiming social media is controlled by the "Jewish lobby" and suggesting that Israel should not be allowed to be part of the UN. "The hollow apology of COI member Miloon Kothari is a pathetic and unconvincing manoeuvre, which doesn't compensate for the long record of anti-Israeli and anti-Semitic statements made by him and the other COI members," Israel's Foreign Ministry said. El Al Permitted to Fly over Saudi Arabia El Al has received official permission from Saudi Arabia to fly over its territory. In August 2020, El Al operated the first-ever Israeli commercial flight to fly over Saudi Arabia, after it was granted special permission to do so. That flight was headed for the United Arab Emirates. France - Will the Deeds Meet the Words? The French Minister of Justice, Éric Dupond-Moretti, responded to Habib and caused the members of parliament from the extreme right and left to leave the debate. "I am proud of the President's words in the fight against antisemitism. Mr. Member of Parliament, harming a Jew means harming the entire republic." (Words are cheap! Antisemitism is rising in France and Europe, and nothing is done about it.) Terror against Jews Dealt with Impunity A group of Arabs threw stones at IDF forces and vehicles driven by students heading to the Homesh yeshiva. Security forces arrested one of the stone-throwers but he was released just hours after his arrest. There have been dozens of stone-throwing and firebomb attacks on Jews in the area every week since Yehuda Dimentman, a student at the yeshiva was murdered in a terrorist attack in December 2021. The Homesh yehsiva said: "This lawlessness is a message of weakness against terrorism, and it is what will lead to the next murderous attack. We call on the security system to come to its senses, arrest the terrorist immediately and display a firm and uncompromising hand against any terrorist activity in the region." Biden Approved Arms Sale to Arab States. 1. The US State Department has approved the potential sale of Patriot missiles and related equipment to Saudi Arabia in a deal valued at up to $3.05 billion. 2. The US State Department has approved the potential sale of Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system missiles, THAAD fire control and communication stations, and related equipment to the United Arab Emirates in a deal valued at up to $2.25 billion. Quote of the Week: “And (mention, O Muhammad), when Moses said to his people, "O my people, remember the favour of Allah upon you when He appointed among you prophets and made you possessors and gave you that which He had not given anyone among the worlds. O my people, enter the Holy Land which Allah (G-d) has assigned to you and do not turn back (from fighting in Allah's cause) and (thus) become losers. They said, "O Moses, indeed within it is a people of tyrannical strength, and indeed, we will never enter it until they leave it; but if they leave it, then we will enter." – Quran, 5:20-22 – Jews did enter the Holy Land. Therefore, according to the Quran, Muslims must recognise the unique connection of Jewish people to the land of Moses. That means that presence of Muslims on Jewish land is also disrespectful to the Quran. If they are true Muslims, they must obey the writing of their holy book and leave Eretz-Israel – the land G-d gave to the Jews! PLO did not Care about Jerusalem in 1964 by Peter Baum Jerusalem was never mentioned nor once referred to in the original PLO Charter of 1964. There is a popular but false narrative currently used to delegitimize the Jewish State of Israel. The narrative, which through weight of global propaganda, ignorance and simple Jew hatred, claims that Israel is an illegitimate colonial power. Such revisionism is easily debunked and paradoxically exposes that supporting the Palestinian religious claims is Islamophobia. Palestinians were never an ancient people, tribe, nation, race nor culture but are in fact a twentieth century construct created by those parties hostile to the Jewish State of Israel. Since time immemorial there has never been a war, battle or conflict fought by those identifying as indigenous Palestinian Arabs against any foreign or domestic invaders. There are no historic cemeteries or artefacts proving a Palestinian existence. There has never been a Palestinian currency, emblem, historic leader nor language. The facts are simple enough: - Jerusalem is never mentioned in the Quran. It is mentioned 669 times in the Torah (Old Testament). - Jerusalem was never an Arab capital even during Islamic control over the city. - During every period of Islamic Arab control Jerusalem was never a city of religious or administrative importance and was never made a capital. - Under Jordanian occupation between 1948 and 1967, not one Arab Head of State visited Jerusalem. Indeed, so religiously unimportant was Jerusalem that Friday prayers stopped being broadcast from the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem and was transferred to a Mosque in Amman. It may be worth noting that the only time in the last 3000 years that Jerusalem was ‘Jew free’ was when Jordan invaded in 1948 and ethnically cleansed eastern Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria. According to many brave Imams and Muslim intellectuals, Islam is in current turmoil and will continue to be in turmoil until the false Palestinian narrative is exposed and totally repudiated. Neither Jerusalem nor the Palestinians are mentioned in the Quran, yet the current false narrative promoted by those enemies of the Jewish State is that Jerusalem is sacred to Palestinians. This false narrative should be offensive to Islam and all Muslims.
