Unattainable Two-State Solution

by Jeffrey Ludwig

The 1990’s were the halcyon days when false beliefs prevailed in so-called Oslo Accord negotiations. US President Bill Clinton actually asked Yitzchak Rabin and Yasser Arafat to shake hands in the Rose Garden in front of the White House in 1993. (Clinton forced Israel to sign this fake and idiotic agreement just to have a ‘historic’ photo-op with hope to receive the Nobel Peace Prize.)

The two-state so-called solution hooked many who did not realize the nature of Israel’s conflict with its Arab neighbours or the murderous mindset of the PLO, which existed then, and which still exists today. We did not realize that good will is not the product of negotiations, nor does the existence of negotiations per se mean the presence of good will.

First, the Islamic idea of Taqiyya means that deception by the Islamist in conversations between the Islamic believer and the infidel non-believer is totally legitimate.

Second, being willing to engage in conversations or even negotiations with someone who has announced their desire to wipe you off the face of the earth is not a sign of reasonableness or good will. It is an act of self-immolation.

Former President, Donald J. Trump, broke the two-state logjam that had afflicted the Middle East since the Yom Kippur War in the early 1970’s. Current President Joseph Biden is talking about restoring it.

The USA and the whole world saw what happened in Gaza in 2005 when Israel took a major step in implementing the two-state Oslo agreement. At that time, one of Israel’s once great modern heroes, Ariel Sharon, agreed to forcibly move Israelis out of Gaza and allow a takeover of the government and land of Gaza by the Palestinian Arabs. Gaza became a Jew-free zone voluntarily.

The “good Arab people” of Gaza promptly elected Hamas as their government. Beautiful greenhouses were quickly destroyed by the Hamas. Tunnels were built from Gaza to Israel to aid in the murder of Israelis and missiles were smuggled to Gaza.

Before Trump decided to move the US embassy to Jerusalem, Clinton, Bush, and Obama had all nixed the move to Jerusalem. Trump allowed the move and the "Palestinian" Consulate was moved into that structure. Despite fears that this would cause violence throughout the Arab world, it did not.

We must move forward unashamedly against and past this obsessive Oslo-Rodney King-ism from the 1990’s into a new and more firmly established era of Israeli sovereignty. (It is time to end occupation of Jewish land by enemies!)

Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak

By signing the Oslo accords, under pressure from President Clinton, in 1993 the Government of Israel legitimized the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) - the terrorist group. Since then, all the anti-Semitic and anti-Israel parties – the UN, EU and many Arab/Muslim states – have been involved in a systematic campaign of delegitimising the right of Jewish people to their ancestral land; and have changed the narrative of the agreement from creating self-ruling autonomy to a two-state solution to the Israeli–Palestinian conflict.  Israel must stop participating in this self-destructive charade; disallow creation of another enemy state on the Jewish land; and remove them from our land!

Iran Warns Israel over 'Presence' in Azerbaijan

Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdohallahian criticized its neighbour Azerbaijan over its dealings with Israel. Tensions between Iran and its northern neighbour have been on the rise. Azeris are the largest minority in Iran. Azerbaijan is also a close ally of Turkey, Iran's rival as a regional power. Baku has hinged a significant portion of its defense policy on Israeli technologies such as drones. Recently, Iran has carried out a military drill near the border with Azerbaijan.

Merkel is not Real Friend of Israel

Germany’s lame-duck chancellor, Angela Merkel, received a warm welcome Sunday as she paid a final official visit to Israel, but differences quickly emerged. Merkel said that Germany remains committed to reviving the international nuclear agreement with Iran - a step Israel opposes. She also said that Germany believes that a two-state solution remains the best way to end Israel’s decades-long conflict with the Palestinians. “We must not lose sight of the right of the Palestinians to have a chance to live,” she said. “Therefore one should under no circumstances, even as it becomes more and more difficult because of the settlements, lose sight of the issue of a two-state solution,” Merkel said. (Similar to many other fake friends of Israel and most international anti-Semites, Merkel cares more about creating a terror state on Jewish land than real peace in Israel. Complimenting her as a strong supporter for Israel is wrong!)

Police and Court against Jewish Prayer on Temple Mount

The Jerusalem District Court accepted the police appeal of the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court's decision which allowed Jewish prayer on the Temple Mount. The Temple Mount is the holiest site in Judaism. However, Israeli authorities have historically prohibited Jews from any form of prayer at the site, even silent prayers. (While the self-hating Jews in control of law and order in Israel the anti-Israel terror and international anti-Israel bigotry will prevail. Israel needs to revamp its legal system.)

Biden Pressures Israel Again

The Biden administration has been privately pressuring the Israeli government to show restraint ahead of a key decision on settlement building. Biden has also raised particular concerns about possible construction in the sensitive E1 area near Jerusalem, which could prevent territorial contiguity (of the PA state) in Judea and Samaria. (It is not the first time Biden is pressuring Israel. He also did it as Vice President 11 years ago, but less diplomatically.)

Sudanese Delegation Visited Israel

A Sudanese delegation made up of senior security and military officials visited Israel last week to discuss relations between the two countries. Sudan became the third Arab country to normalize ties with Israel as part of the Abraham Accords brokered by the Trump Administration in October, 2020.

Israel Opened Pavilion at Dubai's Expo

Israel ceremonially opened its gleaming pavilion at the world's fair in Dubai on Thursday, over a year after normalizing ties with the United Arab Emirates. In Dubai, Israel cements ties with the Arab state, after the two countries inked a long-awaited visa waiver agreement. (No such progress has been achieved with Egypt and Jordan, after several decades of fake peace.)

Arabs Destroy Jewish Archaeological Sites

Jewish heritage sites in Judea and Samaria are being systematically vandalized and destroyed by local Arabs. They have undertaken systematic destruction of 3,000 years of Jewish history - these are 80% of archaeological sites in Judea and Samaria! (Saving the Jewish history is another reason why Israel must execute the Sinai Option.)

Quote of the Week:

“The Israeli government won’t deliberate on the establishment of a Palestinian state under the present government of Bennett or Lapid when he comes into office under the rotational agreement. There is a consensus among the parties (in the government) not to get involved in the issue, which could cause an internal rift." - Ayelet Shaked, Israeli Interior Minister, during her visit to the United Arab Emirates – It does not look like Arab states care about a Palestinian state. Most likely, they never did, but they have used the fake Palestinians as a political pawn.

Hypocrisy of the Enemies of Israel

On many occasions, mainly in English, Abbas proclaims that the PA is ready to talk peace with Israel. This is to hide the fact that for several years he has been continuously sabotaging any attempt to re-start peace talks. At the same time, mainly in Arabic, he has been calling for “resistance” – inspiring terrorism against Israel, and paying terrorists and their families.

Palestinian Authority (PA) chairman Mahmoud Abbas told Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi the PA is ready to resume peace talks under the auspices of the Middle East Quartet, which is composed of the United States, Russia, the European Union, and the UN. Al-Sisi, for his part, told Abbas that Egypt firmly supports the Palestinian state and the Palestinian people led by Abbas, and considers the Palestine Liberation Organization the sole and legitimate representative of the Palestinian people. (Two enemies of Israel met to make sure that peace will not come to Israel.)

Fatah calls on Palestinian Arabs to rise up against the permission given for silent prayer by Jews on the Temple Mount. The Fatah movement, headed by Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas has also pledged to the Palestinian Arab people and Muslim believers around the world that "its fighters will continue to guard the holy places." (They think that after they destroy Jewish history there will be nothing left to disapprove the legitimacy of the fake Palestinian people’s claim to Jewish land!)
