'Ugly Nazi' Loves anti-Israel Lies!

by David Singer

The Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) has unequivocally confirmed its rejection of an independent demilitarised State proposed by President Trump in Gaza, About 70% of Judea and Samaria (West Bank), and     parts of Israel’s sovereign territory.

PLO representative - Riad Malki - told the Security Council on 26 January 2021: “It is our collective responsibility to salvage the two-State solution on the pre-1967 borders before it is too late.” Malki was blatantly lying to the Security Council.

There were no “pre-1967 borders” - only “1949 Armistice lines” - the Armistice Demarcation Lines negotiated after the 1948 attack on the newly declared State of Israel by Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon - as designated in agreements between:

-      The Government of Egypt and the Government of Israel dated 24 February 1949.

-      The Government of the Hashemite Jordan Kingdom and the Government of Israel dated 3 April 1949.

Article VI (9) of the Jordan/Israel Armistice Agreement provided:

“The Armistice Demarcation Line is not to be construed in any sense as a political or territorial boundary, and is delineated without prejudice to rights, claims and positions of either Party to the Armistice as regards ultimate settlement of the Palestine question (as a geographic area).

Armistice Demarcation Lines are not borders!

That the UN Security Council accepted the repetition of this drivel by Malki - without seeking its correction - is indicative of the Security Council’s continuing bias against the Jewish people.

Furthermore. the PLO was only created in 1964 – when article 24 of its founding Charter declared:

“This Organization does not exercise any regional sovereignty over the West Bank in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on the Gaza Strip... Its activities will be on the national popular level in the libertarian, organizational, political and financial fields.”

This wording was dropped when the PLO Charter was revised in 1968 – after Jordan had lost Judea and Samaria (aka 'West Bank') and East Jerusalem, and Egypt had lost Gaza – territories they were both respectively occupying under the Armistice Agreements prior to their entering the 1967 Six Day War...

Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak

When is Israel going to neutralise the Iranian nuclear program? Hopefully soon; it must be ready to deal with Hezbollah and start removing enemies from the Jewish land, Eretz-Israel! The Sinai Option is the best way to do so!

ICC is an anti-Israel Political Body

ICC judges rule that Judea, Samaria, Gaza and eastern Jerusalem are within the jurisdiction of the court. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu denounced the International Criminal Court (ICC) ruling that it has jurisdiction over Palestinian Authority-assigned territories, paving the way for a probe of alleged Israeli “war crimes” in these areas.

"Today the court proved once again that it is a political body and not a judicial institution. The court ignores the real war crimes and instead pursues the State of Israel...

In this ruling, the tribunal violated the right of democracies to defend themselves against terrorism...” said Netanyahu. Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenazi said, “Today’s ruling by the International Criminal Court distorts international law and makes this institution a political tool in the hands of anti-Israel propaganda. The International Criminal Court has no authority to hear the Palestinian case." (If the ICC has jurisdiction over the PA areas and Gaza, they must investigate and prosecute the war crimes by the PA and Hamas – hiding weapons in civilian areas; sending terrorists to attack and kill Israeli civilians. If not, the ICC is just another tool of international Anti-Semites!)

Israel has Too Many Little Kings!

Thirty-nine political parties registered with the Central Elections Committee to run for the 24th Knesset, ahead of the upcoming March 23 elections, Israel’s fourth round in less than two years. That’s 10 lists less than in the elections less than a year ago! (No wonder that nothing is done - Enemies are occupying Jewish land; Iran is still developing nuclear weapons and delivery systems!)

True Zionist leadership is required, and it is long overdue!

What Biden doesn't Care About

US President Joe Biden delivered his first foreign policy speech on Thursday at the State Department. His remarks focused on some urgent foreign policy issues, such as the situation in Burma and the war in Yemen, alongside several long-term challenges for the US, such as the policy towards China and Russia and the US refugee cap. But Biden did not mention the Iranian nuclear program, the Abraham Accords, Israel, or the Palestinians in his first foreign policy speech since taking office. (Hardly anybody knows what he really means - Most likely, even he doesn't!)

Blood Test to End Invasive Biopsies

A new blood test has the potential to diagnose cancers, liver diseases, and immune disorders, without need for invasive and painful biopsies. The test is even able to identify specific markers that may differ between patients suffering from the same types of tumorous growths, a feature that has the potential to help physicians develop personalized treatments for individual patients.

EU Threatens Kosovo Over Jerusalem Embassy Plan

The European Union warned Kosovo on Tuesday that its decision to locate its still-to-be-opened embassy in Israel in the country’s capital, Jerusalem, will have repercussions on its accession to the supranational bloc. The threat emanated from Brussels barely a day after Kosovo and Israel finalized diplomatic relations! (European Anti-Semites can't let Jews live in peace even after they left Europe!)

No Need for Vaccine - there is a Cure?

1. Israeli hospital claims may have found a cure for COVID-19. Preliminary testing shows that 29 out of 30 virus patients in serious condition that were administered the drug, dubbed EXO-CD24, once a day made a full recovery within five days. One patient also recovered but her recovery took a few days longer. EXO-CD24 is inexpensive and effective!

2. The Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem also reported on a possible cure. The hospital administered to 21 patients in critical condition who suffered from underlying conditions a drug called Allocetra. According to the doctors, 19 patients recovered within six days and were released from the hospital on average after eight days. (HCQ treatment principle works - Better than a vaccine! There have been many ‘cure’ treatments of COVID-19 developed during the past year, but political focus was only on vaccination! With Trump out of the White House, maybe cures will get a ‘green light’!)

US Senate is Keeping Embassy in Jerusalem

The United States Senate voted 97-3 approved an amendment to keep the embassy in Jerusalem! The three opposing votes were Democratic Senators Bernie Sanders of Vermont, Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts and Tom Carper of Delaware. The vote is largely viewed as symbolic since the Biden administration has already stated that it has no intention of relocating the embassy. (The resolution is adopted just to make sure that Biden will not be able to blackmail Israel in the future!)

Iran Spins up Advanced Centrifuges

The IAEA subsequently confirmed that Iran is now operating two cascades of advanced centrifuges at its Natanz nuclear facility, with two more to come at its Fordo site. The operation of the cascades is in violation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) as Iran is only allowed to enrich uranium at Natanz, and only with first-generation IR-1 centrifuges.

USS Nimitz Aircraft Carrier Going Home

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin instructed the carrier and the 5,000 sailors and Marines of its strike group to return home. Just prior to the beginning of the year ...the carrier got another order to “halt its routine redeployment” and remain in the area of US Central Command following threats from Tehran.

Quote of the Week:

“Israel can attack the nuclear facilities in Iran. And it would be easier than you think. One covert attack in the middle of the night, and everything would be over the next morning.” - Lt. Gen. Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Dubai deputy police chief – Israel’s new friends, Arabs states, are betting on Israel to deal with their enemy and remove the nuclear threat from Iran!

Negotiations with Iran is a non-Starter!

by Dore Gold

In August 2002, the Iranian opposition, known as the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), disclosed secret Iranian nuclear facilities at the Natanz enrichment plant, the Arak heavy-water production facility, the Isfahan uranium conversion plant, as well as other previously unknown Iranian facilities.

The United States was busy with Iraq... So it left the Europeans to do the heavy lifting on Iran.

The first deal with the EU-3 was struck on Oct. 21, 2003, in Tehran. Iran agreed “to suspend all uranium enrichment activities.” But after the accord was reached, the two sides disagreed over the question of how to define “suspension.” ...The Iranians wanted to leave the definition of “suspension” vague so that what they were committing to suspending would be unclear. That would allow Iran to build more centrifuges, for example. The Iranians reversed themselves within months, declaring that they would manufacture centrifuges for uranium enrichment...

In a significant address, Rouhani made clear how he viewed the purpose of negotiations: “When we were negotiating with the Europeans in Tehran, we were installing equipment in parts of the facility in Isfahan.” (Negotiation of the new treaty with Iran will only allow Iran to finish development of nuclear weapons!)

Advocates of a new diplomatic path today need to demonstrate that somehow Iran has changed. Currently, there is little or no evidence that this is the case. Iran does not appear to be about to alter its behaviour. In the meantime, it continues to be a dangerous power with both an advanced nuclear program and expansionist policies across the Middle East. It would be nice if this was not the case, but it is difficult to make a convincing case otherwise.

Note: Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that Iran could be weeks away from having the material needed for producing a nuclear weapon if it continues to lift the restraints of the 2015 nuclear deal. (Israel must deal with Iran now – there is nobody to rely on!)
