Transfer is a Good Conflict Resolution (Transfer of Fake Palestinians is Legal) by Steven Shamrak After long and careful consideration Israel has made a decision to transfer some members of suicide bombers’ families to Gaza. It did not come as a surprise when UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan immediately voiced his opposition to the decision. I have made an effort to find out details of an international agreement he has referred to. As usual, it is open to interpretations. And, as usual, “friends” are taking an anti-Israel point of view: Geneva Convention Protection of Civilian Persons - Article 49 “Individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory to the territory of the Occupying Power or to that of any other country, occupied or not, are prohibited, regardless of their motive. Nevertheless, the Occupying Power may undertake total or partial evacuation of a given area if the security of the population in question or imperative military reasons do demand.” The following is my interpretation of the document: 1. First of all, even according to UN legal definition Judea, Samaria and Gaza are disputed not occupied territories. 2. Families of suicide bombers can be transferred from one “protected” territory to another. 3. By encouraging their sons and daughters to commit terror acts, accepting the admiration from their neighbors and “blood money” from the Arabs’ terror network, families of suicide/homicide bombers became an integrated part of the terror machinery. 4. More than 75% of the Arab population in the PA controlled territories support terror acts against Israel. Therefore, they can hardly be classified as an innocent civilian population. Israel has enough military and security reasons to conduct a population transfer. Population Transfer was a good conflict resolution tool that was widely used. It was made ‘illegal’ as soon as Jews won the War of Independence, in 1948! In 1922, 1.8 million were transferred between Greece and Turkey. In 1947, over 12 million were transferred when the Indian peninsula was divided between India and Pakistan. There are many more examples when millions of people have been transferred, under various refugee programs, in order to resolve conflicts since 1948! Many millions, labeled as “refugees”, have been transferred from Afghanistan, Southern Sudan, Eretria, Iraq, Syria and other countries. Only one group of ‘professional’ refugees is unmovable – the fake Palestinian ones! (Israel must stop caring about what international anti-Semites think. They will never stop hating Jews. Only by decisive and unapologetic actions against Israel’s enemies they might start at least respecting Jews!)
Happy Chanukah! This week we celebrate the Jewish national struggle for freedom! Let the spirit of Maccabees inspire the government of Israel to free all Jewish land, Eretz-Israel, from enemy occupation! Zionism is Jewish National Independence Movement!
Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak Thank G-d that Arabs rejected the UN Partition plan in 1947 – now they have no legal claim, under international law, to the land of Israel – Judea, Samaria and Gaza! Arabs were so sure that Jews, who had not recovered yet from the trauma of the Holocaust, would not be able to defend the little scrap of land, that the UN (the Ugly Nazi) so 'generously' gave to them. They arrogantly attacked the newly created Jewish state, which had no army or serious weapons. And the rest of the world was eagerly waiting in anticipation that seven advancing Arab/Muslim armies would at last finish what European Nazis started. Fake Peace with Jordan Unravelling Israel’s decades-long peace with Jordan is unravelling, a development that threatens to upset a fragile regional stability. While the relationship has been breaking down behind the scenes for some time, Jordan also began to publicly war with Israel in recent years, by refusing to sign the Abraham Accords peace agreements, attacking incoming prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and threatening to fully abrogate the peace deal it signed with Israel in 1994. The fracture between Israel and Jordan could also empower American enemies like Russia, China, and Iran, which are all working in tandem to erode U.S. influence in the region. A new poll conducted by the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research finds that there is a particularly high rate of support for acts of violence against Israel among the Palestinian Arab public in Judea and Samaria and the Gaza Strip. Recent public opinion poll found that 72 percent of respondents support the idea of establishing armed battalions similar to the "Lions' Den" terrorist organization. 87 percent of respondents said that the Palestinian Authority does not have the right to arrest operatives of the terrorist organizations to prevent them from carrying out attacks against Israel. (Israel has only one option to end terror against Jews in the country - remove all enemies from the Jewish land!) Three more Years of UNRWA's Ugliness The United States and Canada abstained from the United Nations General Assembly vote to allow its Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) to continue to operate until June 2026. Israel was the only country to oppose the resolution, which had the approval of 157 nations. Most of Killed ‘Palestinian’ Minors were Terrorists Israel is to present a visiting senior UN official, Virginia Gamba, with proof that most of the Palestinian minors killed by Israeli troops had been involved with terror groups and were engaged in military or quasi-military activity. They included gathering video filmed by IDF soldiers as well as other material justifying the recent anti-terror activities. Palestinian terror groups are recruiting children and teenagers as combatants to weapons training, summer camps, indoctrination, and using UNRWA schools as shelters for terrorists. End anti-Jewish ‘Apartheid’ on Temple Mount The incoming National Security Minister, Ben-Gvir, denounced 'discrimination' against Jews on the Temple Mount and vowed to return to the holy site in the near future. “I will go up to the Temple Mount. I will fight against racism, that a Jew cannot take a drink of water on the Temple Mount because he is impure,” he said. “This is racism, this is apartheid.” According to the status quo, agreed upon by the Israeli government and Muslim religious authorities following the Six Day War, Jews are permitted to pray at the Western Wall and Muslims at the mosques atop the Temple Mount, including Al-Aqsa mosque. The compound is open for visits by non-Muslims, but not prayer. With Nuclear Iran - "All bets are off" Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, said: "If Iran gets an operational nuclear weapon, all bets are off." During the negotiations between Iran and world powers on the 2015 nuclear deal, Saudi Arabia and other major Sunni states expressed concern over a deal which would allow Iran to produce nuclear weapons – a position that places them very close to Israel’s position on the matter. The efforts to revive the 2015 Iran nuclear deal have “hit a wall” because of Iran's insistence on the closure of the UN nuclear watchdog's investigations. Quote of the Week: "The Jewish nation does not need anyone’s approval for its eternal connection with Jerusalem and the Western Wall. This is a bond of thousands of years that was shaped by the love of a nation for its God and forged through the fire of destruction. It is a bond that is validated every single day by unusual archaeological findings from the days of ancient kings of Judah, discovered in the earth of Jerusalem. Had you joined the tour, you would have seen them yourself." - Rabbi Shmuel Rabinovitch, the rabbi of the Western Wall, blasted the boycott by the European Union representatives to participate in any Israeli-hosted tour of eastern Jerusalem - Anti-Semites do not care about Jewish history or rights. They just love hating Jews! UNRWA vs. UNHCR – The Shocking Numbers! (Published on January 23, 2018 - little has changed) Both UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency) and the UNHCR (United Nations High Commission for Refugees) are mandated by the UN to aid refugees, but there are some significant differences between how these two organizations spend their money, and thus, how successful and efficient they are at using that money to end the refugee crisis... If one defines success as resolving the refugee’s problems, then UNRWA can only be defined as a complete failure. UNRWA does not try or want to resettle the refugees, nor help the refugees move forward with their lives in a new host country, where some are already 3rd and 4th generation UN welfare recipients. UNRWA maintains the refugee definition, even for those living in refugee camps within the Palestinian Authority. UNRWA has 4X more staff members than UNHCR, although UNRWA deals with 6X fewer refugees. UNRWA spends twice as much per refugee each year than UNHCR does – and has never resettled even a single refugee. UNHCR: Refugees can be resettled in any third country, with the goal to help them get on with their lives. Children of refugees are not supposed to be considered refugees. UNRWA: There are 4.681 million Arab refugees; however, only 20,000 according to a classified US State Department report. UNHCR: There are 15.4 million refugees; plus 800,000 awaiting refugee status and 12 million stateless people w/o refugee status for a total of 28.2 million refugees. UNRWA: $1 Billion USD; Number of Countries: 5 Staff: 29,000 UNHCR: $3.32 Billion USD; Number of Countries: 123 Staff: 7,200 Conclusion: Shut down UNRWA. (Israel must stop cooperating with this anti-Israel organisation).
