The US must stop funding the professional ‘refugees’!
Both the House and the Senate want the State Department to, once and for all, define the term “Palestinian refugee,” and while they’re at it, reveal how many are receiving aid from UNRWA.
UNRWA was established in 1948 to assist the 750,000 Palestinians who had left Israel. Since then UNRWA has been a promoter of the Palestinian cause (there were about 460,000, who left Israel to facilitate the genocide of Jews by advancing Arab/Muslim armies, but their number almost doubled after the UN announced its intention to provide help), funding as many as 5 million “refugees,” the majority of whom never left the homes where they were born in the Gaza Strip, the “West Bank,” Eastern Jerusalem, or other Arab countries, to the tune of $1.23 billion annually, $250 million of which is donated by US taxpayers. (Most of them are the third and fourth generation now!)
Many in Congress have been saying, since about 2012, that the majority of Palestinians are permanently settled, and should not be under the jurisdiction of a refugee agency.
The first Palestinian census was completed 15 years ago, and the head of the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS) admitted then that the census was, in effect, “a civil intifada” rather than a scientific survey. In 2011 the Bureau attempted to correct that blatant misrepresentation, claiming that 2.6 million Palestinian Arabs inhabit Judea and Samaria.
But Israeli demographer Yoram Ettinger challenged those numbers, claiming they overstated the real number of Arabs there by as much as 66%. He explained that the PCBS’s total counts 400,000 Palestinians living overseas, and double-counts 240,000 Jerusalem Arabs. It also undercounted Palestinian emigration.
It is rare for a refugee status to extend beyond the lifetime of the original refugee, because normally it is expected that their offspring will have settled someplace else. Not so regarding Palestinian refugees, according to UNRWA’s definition of the term!
Food for Thought by Steven Shamrak
There are many Chinese and Indian migrants in the western countries. Due to their obvious different look, they have probably experienced discrimination more than many Muslims migrants. And yet, we do not see them committing acts of terror in their adoptive countries in the name of Buddha or Krishna! Islam is a sickening ideology of death – the Western democracies must find a radical treatment!
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu slammed the Palestinian Authority for condemning the ramming attack in Nice, while encouraging such attacks in Israel. “The Palestinian Authority also sent condolences and condemnations, but with one difference,” he said. “Here not only do they not condemn ramming attacks, they encourage them. They praise the murderers and support them and their families in case the murderers are killed.” (Not a single Western politician made a connection between attack in Nice and similar attacks, ‘test runs’, committed by Arabs against Jews in Israel, with blessing and praise from the PA!)
The Knesset approved the second and third readings of the so-called “Dismissal Law”, which states that Knesset members could be dismissed for misconduct if a majority of 90 MKs vote to suspend them. "Anyone who supports terrorism against Israel and its citizens – will not serve in the Israeli Knesset" said Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. (It is long overdue!)
An Israeli Muslim Arab, was attacked by other Arabs last week for posting a profile picture with Israel’s flag on Facebook. Haled Abu Mokh was a guest on Israel’s Channel 20 TV and told the host that he is used to these reactions: “These responses, it’s normal… There was no Palestinian flag where I was born. The Star of David, that’s me, that’s how my mother raised me.”
More than 200 French Jews will arrive in Israel on Wednesday, July 20. This is the largest Aliyah flight from France set to land in Israel this summer. Numbering just under half a million, the French Jewish community is the largest in Europe and the second-largest in the world outside of Israel. French Jewish immigration to Israel has surged since the year 2012. (Anti-Semitism, due to the influx of Muslims, has become ‘fashionable’ again in Europe. Actually, it always remained hidden but fashionable there!)
The Israel Defense Forces said that it failed in three attempts to shoot down an unidentified drone aircraft, most likely Russian, that entered Israeli airspace from Syria. (This is another compelling reason for a preventive strike at Iranian nuclear and ballistic rockets targets!)
Quote of the Week:
“In the last seven months, there have been five major Islamic terrorist attacks on us and our allies. We must not be afraid to define our enemy: it is Islamic extremist terrorism. You know who you are! And we're coming to get you! Failing to identify them, going to identify them properly maligns all those good Muslims around the world who are being killed by them. They are killing more Muslims than anyone else. We are actually giving them the money to fund the terrorists who are killing us and our allies! Are we crazy?" - Former New York City Mayor, Rudolph Giuliani, at RNC.
Fake Nation Nightmare
by Steven Shamrak.
According to all reputable anti-terrorist experts, negotiation with terrorists is a bad practice. It gives them legitimacy and encourages the raising of the level of terror. The aim of terrorists is to destabilize society and facilitate the change of public opinion in support of their cause, whatever it is, regardless of its legitimacy.
Basque, Tibetans and Kurds have legitimate national claims. All of them have historical connections with their land, as well as a language, cultural and national heritage. In spite of this, neither Spain, France, China, five Central Asian countries nor the United Nations have made any attempt to address their grievances. Strong legal, political and military measures have been used to discourage any independence tendencies.
The idea of a Palestinian people was born in the middle of the 1960’s, after Arab states realized that it was impossible to destroy Israel using military force. The plan for destruction of the state of Israel through political maneuvering, propaganda campaigns and diplomatic arm-twisting was drawn and put into action.
After fifty years of well-designed and persistently executed plans, the ‘Fake Nation’ is becoming real in the minds of many. Even Jews are exhausted by Arab terror and desperate for at least an illusion of peace and have begun to lean toward the idea of another Arab state on Jewish land. It has only become possible due to the weak and complacent leadership in Israel and lack of understanding of the real goal of Islam by the Western leaders – complete elimination of the Jewish state first, the Western democracies later!
It is time to return to return to basic principles; scrutinize the facts of history and current events. Wake up from this mesmerizing nightmare of fake political correctness - defend our values and rights!
