Recently conducted poll shows that 53% of the Israeli public support a law that would prevent the New Israel Fund (NIF) from operating in Israel. A much larger majority, 67%, said that they support a ban on the ultra-leftist Breaking the Silence from entering IDF bases. A full 58% of the public said that Breaking the Silence should be outlawed.
One Terrorist Less
Syria and Hizballah confirm that Israeli rockets killed notorious master terrorist Samir Quntar, a Hezbollah-affiliated terrorist who killed 4 Israelis in 1979, in Damascus after he set up an anti-Israel terror network in S. Syria and Golan. (Obviously, there is a good working relationship between Israel and Russia in Syria!)

When I explain the logic and benefits of the Sinai Option, most of the times I am rebutted, mainly by Jews, who say: “it is inhumane” or “it is impossible”. Why is it more humane to keep millions of Jews in Israel as hostages to Arab terror? Why is relinquishing Jewish land to enemies, that definitely will not bring peace, is possible to do? Interestingly, there are no objections to the plan from non-Jewish supporters of Israel. Many of them suggest even more cruel and drastic measures to achieve reunification of Jewish land!
An Australian-British delegation to the West Bank has been criticized by PA Education Minister Dr. Sabri Saidam who described the meeting as "very explosive and very challenging" and said the group had asked "rude and blunt" questions. The PA officials were also "generally unhappy" with the Australian delegation for spending far more time with Israeli officials, two days. Australian Minister Pyne has admitted that some members of delegation may have been "too robust" in asking questions. (The PA does not like to be asked questions about Arab occupation of Jewish land and PA/PLO/Hamas support and propagation of anti-Israel and Islamic terror!)
Israel agreed to pay $20 million as compensation for the Turkish Mavi Marmara crew members who, during a 2010 attempt to break through the blockade on the Gaza Strip AND assaulted IDF special forces attempting to take control of the ship and were killed as a result. (At the time when Turkey is isolated, as a result of its support for ISIS, Netanyahu has shown again that he is a weak political wimp!)
The Obama administration is waging a quiet effort to restore US taxpayer funding for a United Nations organization that has long been accused of having an anti-Israel bias. Taxpayer funding to the organization was cut in 2011 after UNESCO accepted Palestine as a member state, a move that violated US law barring the funding of any UN group that skirts the peace process by prematurely admitting Palestine as a full member nation. (During Obama-Hil1ary rule the US law was ‘conveniently’ forgotten and no protests were made against the EU and other states and organizations who have recognized Palestine!)
US law forbade Kuwait Airways from discriminating against Israelis. Kuwait Airways scraps New York-London flights rather than allow Israelis after US authorities threatened legal action against the airline after it would not allow an Israeli to buy a ticket, citing laws in Kuwait against doing business with Israelis. (Enemies put hate for Israel before profit - something 'friends' of Israel need to learn!)
Using the UN’s index, Israel ranks 18 out of a 188 countries in human development, earning the classification of one of 49 countries with “Very High Human Development.” In this unique index, which ranks countries into four different tiers, Israel scores 0.894, which is well above the 0.867 index for EU countries.
If presidential elections were held today in the PA, any Hamas candidate would win a clear victory against Abbas. Two thirds of the Arabs living in Judea and Samaria, and in the Gaza Strip continue to demand the resignation of PA Chairman Abbas; a growing majority supports a return to an armed Intifada; and a growing majority rejects the two-state solution.
A UN Human Rights Council official - Alfred de Zayas, the UNHRC’s Independent Expert on the promotion of a democratic and equitable international order - made allegations that last month’s Paris attacks were caused by the United States, Western colonialism, capitalism, and “Israeli settlers”. (Will he be sacked from his well-paid by the US tax-payer position?)
After one of the Jews being held on vague suspicions of involvement in the lethal Duma arson was released due to a lack of evidence, new testimony revealed new lows in the inhumane treatment the suspects are being subjected to. The Israel Prison Service (IPS) prevented the wife of his client from bringing her husband clean underwear, in breach of a court order. "This is no longer 'requirements of the investigation' but rather 'requirements of the abuse,'" said an attorney. To make matters worse, Internal Security Minister Gilad Erdan (Likud) admitted that there is no evidence to try the suspects, and sources close to at least one suspect have revealed investigators admitted to them they know he is not connected to the arson.
An Israeli Arab citizen who completed service in the IDF Givati Brigade has traveled to Syria and joined Da’esh, the ISIS terror organization.
Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas on Monday referred to the last three months of violence as a "justified popular uprising." two-thirds of Palestinians support knife attacks and say an intifada would 'serve Palestinian national interests in ways that negotiations could not,' while three-quarters oppose involvement of 'young school girls' in stabbings. (Response must be swift, decisive and unapologetic – removal of the enemies from Jewish land! Why, after a PA terrorist crashed his car into a Jerusalem bus stop, injuring 14 commuters, was the government’s only remedy for terror to fortify 300 bus stops?)
Quote of the Week:
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely,.. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.” – Marcus Tullius Cicero, Roman philosopher, politician, lawyer, orator, political theorist, consul and constitutionalist – Through the history Jewish people have had many traitors from within - We need to identify and remove them from any position of Jewish leadership!
ISIS would move into any area Israel would vacate in the West Bank, Education Minister Naftali Bennett said on Monday as he warned against the creation of a Palestinian state and attacked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for his support of such an idea.
Either you will be here, or ISIS, will be here,” Education Minister Naftali Bennett said to students at Ariel University, which is located in the Samaria.
“A Palestinian state will never be established in the heart of the Land of Israel,” he added, saying, “a state in Samaria is a strategic mistake that must be uprooted.”
Bennett distinguished the views of his party, which opposes a Palestinian state, from that of the Netanyahu-led government and parties in the opposition.
“The Likud under Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s leadership supports a Palestinian state, as does (Yisrael Beytenu head Avigdor) Liberman. (Yesh Atid party head) Yair Lapid supports the Saudi initiative,” Bennett said. “They are leading the state of Israel and the world in general astray,” he said.
Bennett told the students establishing a Palestinian state would not end the threat of Palestinian terrorism.
“Palestinians do not engage in terrorism because they have lost hope, but because they have hope, they are hoping for a Palestinian state. It is a central part of their multistage plan.”
Palestinian terrorism will disappear once that hope is gone, he said. Until then, it will be prevented only by strong deterrence, he said.
“We need to stop explaining away terrorism,” Bennett said, claiming that those who look for the causes behind the terrorism are in a de facto way, justifying it.
“When a rapist rapes, we don’t try to understand him, we just punish him,” Bennett said. The same thing has to happen here, he added.
