Stop Playing by the Enemies Rules by Josh Katzen As the war against Hamas in Gaza drags into its second year and international hostility toward the Jewish state continues to intensify, Israel must face an unavoidable truth: For decades, Israel has voluntarily limited its existential war against Palestinian attempts to wipe it out by self-imposed moral constraints. These constraints - designed to win favour with the global community and maintain a sense of ethical superiority - have not yielded strategic dividends. Instead, they have led to painful losses, squandered leverage and emboldened its enemies. This military doctrine is entirely self-generated because Israelis want to prove that “we are not like them.” Being morally superior has not brought peace. It has not earned goodwill. It has not prevented charges of war crimes. Instead, it has made Israel look weak, hesitant and unsure of its own legitimacy. Hatred of Israel has only increased. Even worse, this moral posturing has not only been outward-facing. It has become a psychological affliction within Israel itself. Among many Israelis, there is a pervasive self-image of moral superiority - a compulsive need to believe that Israel occupies the high ground. This internal virtue-signalling is dangerously corrosive to national security. That must change. Israel must reclaim Gaza - militarily, administratively and demographically. The idea that Israel owes water, electricity and food to an entity that seeks its destruction is both absurd and suicidal. Israel must annex what was once Jewish land and make clear that this territory will never again be used as a launchpad for terror. Columbia ‘Untisemity’ - LGBTQ+H(amas) Useful Idiots video: https://youtu.be/rbfccVBo9tE?si=v52S5d10DjAsnEuB (sarcasm) Food for Thought: by Steven Shamrak Before the opening of the United Nations General Assembly in September, Israel must destroy Hamas; remove the 'innocent' Gazans, who supported the 7th of October terrorist attack on Israel (most of them did); and annex Gaza. The procrastination will only encourage the ‘Ugly Nazi’ idiots to ‘adopt’ more anti-Semitic resolutions! Zionism is the Jewish National Independence Movement. Your support is appreciated Diplomatic Blow-up the US vs the UK US Ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, attacked the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, "So is Israel expected to surrender to Hamas and feed them despite the hostages being starved? Did Britain surrender to the Nazis and drop food to them?” The UK Prime Minister Starmer earlier criticized Israel's decision to escalate the fighting: "This is a wrong decision - we call to reconsider it immediately; it will only lead to bloodshed." How much food has Starmer and the UK sent to Gaza? The Israeli Prime Minister has already sent 2 MILLION TONS into Gaza and none of it even got to the hostages. Backlash over Arms Embargo in Germany German Chancellor Friedrich Merz faced sharp criticism, primarily from his own party and its voter base, after announcing a halt to arms exports to Israel that could be used in the Gaza war. Former Interior Minister Horst Seehofer labelled it a “misguided foreign policy mistake with far-reaching consequences.” “We gain far more from this partnership,” he said. “If Berlin or Munich were attacked, we’d beg for the Iron Dome. This embargo betrays our core values,” he warned. An Israeli airstrike killed Al Jazeera correspondent Anas al-Sharif and four other ‘journalists’ in Gaza City. The IDF said: "Anas al-Sharif served as the head of a terrorist cell in the Hamas terrorist organisation and was responsible for advancing rocket attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF troops." (Why are so many ‘journalists’ in Gaza, but almost none in Sudan and hundreds of other hotspots around the world?) Pressure Hamas to Surrender; Free Hostages The US State Department called upon all countries to put pressure on Hamas to surrender, disarm, and release all remaining hostages. The US is also determined to give Gaza “a future free of Hamas.” Saudi Arabia and France, backed by Egypt, Qatar, and the Arab League, have also called for Hamas to disarm. (How has it worked so far? The only real pressure the international bigots have put on the Jewish state.) Why just Gaza City? While Netanyahu said Israel intended to take military control specifically of the entire Gaza Strip, Israel's political-security cabinet approved a plan to take control of Gaza City. Netanyahu said Israel wanted to hand over the territory to Arab forces that would govern it. He did not elaborate on the governance arrangements or which Arab countries could be involved. (Why does Israel give advance warning to the enemies, not just Hamas? Gaza is part of the Jewish land!) Number of Terror Attacks Dropped in Judea and Samaria Terror threats in Judea and Samaria have fallen by 80% since the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) adopted a more aggressive counterterrorism strategy earlier this year. The IDF strategy included evacuating residents, eliminating terrorists, dismantling infrastructure, and maintaining a military presence. The US is to End Use of the term 'West Bank' While visiting the city of Ariel, the capital of Samaria, the US House Speaker Mike Johnson said that he would work to stop the use of the term West Bank, instead promoting the exclusive use of the term "Judea and Samaria." (Judea and Samaria are part of Eretz-Israel – ancestral land of Jewish people.) Israelis Back Annexation of Judea and Samaria, Gaza An absolute majority of Israelis support plans proposed by several government ministers to annex and resettle the Gaza Strip, as well as calls within the ruling coalition to apply sovereignty in Judea and Samaria. The UN Aid is Looted or Stolen in Gaza The Nations Office for Project Services has published data showing that since the resumption of humanitarian aid deliveries to Gaza has been “intercepted either peacefully by hungry people or forcefully by armed actors during transit in Gaza.” This accounts for 88% of all trucks. In recent months, the percentages were even higher. In July, the figure rose to 94%, with 1,161 trucks collected and 1,093 intercepted. Quotes of the Week: “Urban warfare has a catastrophic impact on civilian populations and poses serious legal and operational challenges. In cities - where 55 percent of the world’s population currently resides - civilians account for 90 percent of the casualties during war. Armed actors hide themselves among civilian populations, exposing civilians to increasingly dangerous conditions and potential harm.” - civiliansinconflict.org - That what Hamas terrorists do in Gaza! Even if we believe to Hamas provided data, civilians in Gaza account for less than 50% of the casualties. This is much less than in other recent military conflicts. Not genocide! Israel is Intelligence Bounty for the USA by Yoram Ettinger Does the US extend to Israel an annual foreign aid of $3.8bn, or does the US make an annual $3.8bn investment in Israel, which yields to the US a Return-on-Investment that exceeds – exponentially – the annual investment? The US’ power projection – in the Middle East and in the face of Russia and China – has been substantially upgraded by Israel’s battle-proven military and technological capabilities and its surging posture of deterrence. Unlike NATO, South Korea and Japan, Israel has bolstered the US’ regional and global strategic posture without US bases/troops. Israel has provided the US with intelligence on Iran’s sophisticated ballistic and drone programs, which target every pro-US Arab regime, Western Europe and the US itself (through Iran’s Latin American foothold). Israeli intelligence tipped off the US about imminent Iranian drone and missile strikes on US installations in Syria, Jordan and Iraq. For example: In 2017, Israel shared intelligence about an ISIS bomb plot – in Syria – involving explosives camouflaged as laptop batteries, designed to fool airport x-ray machines, leading to the tightening of US and global airport security. Israel has, also, provided the US crucial intelligence on ISIS activities, such as the identity of Westerners who joined ISIS and drone-gathered intelligence over ISIS-controlled area, which enhanced US airstrikes. During the Cold War era, Israel provided the US with critical intelligence on Soviet strategic missiles capabilities – which bolstered the US defense against a non-conventional offensive. Examples include Multiple Independently Targetable Re-entry Vehicle, warhead technology, and advantages and vulnerabilities of hundreds of tons of Soviet military systems, which were captured/hit during Israel-Arab wars and delivered by defecting Arab pilots (e.g., P-12 Soviet radar snatched from Egypt in 1969, MiG-21, MiG-17 and MiG-23 Soviet combat aircraft in 1966, 1968 and 1989 respectively; T-54, T-55, T-62 and T-72 Soviet tanks; SA-2 and SA-6 surface-to-air missile batteries and their radar, etc.). The Israeli contribution was significant in terms of research and development, reverse-engineering, radar jamming, battle tactics, global industrial competitiveness and increased export.
