Spectacle of Symbolic Peace by Steven Shamrak President Donald Trump joined more than 20 world leaders in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, for talks on Gaza's future when the first phase of the Israel-Hamas ceasefire agreement was underway. With a big fanfare the leaders of Egypt, Qatar, Turkey and the US have signed the memorandum, named "The Trump Declaration for Enduring Peace and Prosperity", backing the Gaza 20 points ceasefire deal, and committing to peace in the region. The declaration laid out broad commitments to uphold Trump's peace plan, but appeared largely symbolic. It does not blame Hamas and supporting Palestinians for committing acts of terrorist aggression, as the cause of the conflict. Hamas, the PA, and Israel did not sign the proclamation despite being its subject matter. Hamas is already violating the deal. On the day the ceasefire agreement was initiated, Hamas broke it! While all living hostages have been returned to Israel, the bodies of just four hostages held in Gaza have been brought back to Israel. Hamas still holds the bodies of 16 others! Under the terms of the agreement, Hamas was obligated to return all hostages - both the living and the dead - by 12 p.m. last Monday. A 72-hour deadline began when Israeli forces withdrew to what officials call the “yellow line” inside Gaza. Less than one day after the statement was signed in Egypt, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine rejected any "foreign guardianship" over Gaza in a joint statement. “We renew our rejection to any foreign guardianship, and we stress that the nature of the administration of the Gaza Strip and its institutions is an internal Palestinian matter to be determined by the national component of our people directly,” the statement said. However, they are happy to take money from Arab and international participation in the reconstruction of the enclave, and increase their bank deposits. That means that the United States’ President Donald Trump’s 20-point Gaza plan includes the creation of a new international body, which would oversee an interim authority to govern Gaza, but is already rejected by Hamas and its partners. The world leaders in Sharm El-Sheikh knew that Hamas would not disarm or relinquish its grip on Gaza, when they signed the declaration. The memorandum is unclear how and who will be governing Gaza. All of this makes it a worthless piece of paper, which has undermined Israel’s war against the enemies of the Jewish state again. Although, there is a positive outcome – 20 alive hostages have been released! Until Israel removes all enemies from the Jewish land, the peace will always be temporary. If it is not Hamas, Fatah, or Islamic Jihad, an existing or newly formed terrorist group will assume the leadership of the ‘struggle’ to achieve destruction of Israel. Food for Thought: by Steven Shamrak President Donald Trump vowed not to allow Israel to annex Judea and Samaria, which historically and legally belong to Jewish people. He has been a bit shy to say: “I will not allow Russia to annex Crimea”, which legally belongs to Ukraine. Israel is an independent country. Just because it is the Jewish state it should not be allowed to be treated as a Ghetto, even by its ‘best friend’! Zionism is the Jewish National Independence Movement. Your support is appreciated. Trump Justifying Hamas Deadly Attack President Donald Trump suggested on Sunday that the Hamas leadership was not involved in a deadly attack against IDF troops in the southern Gaza Strip, blaming it instead on “some rebels within.” “We want to make sure that it’s going to be very peaceful with Hamas,” he added. “It’s going to be handled toughly, but properly.” Trump said the US wants to ensure “that it’s going to be very peaceful with Hamas.” (Meanwhile, 2 Israeli soldiers killed and 3 wounded in the attack by Hamas terrorists!) After Hamas militants emerged from tunnels in the Rafah area and fired an anti-tank missile and gunfire toward Israeli soldiers, the Israeli air force carried out airstrikes in Rafah. Hamas is delaying the return of some hostages’ remains to Israel in violation of the ceasefire deal. Who should Feel Betrayed or Offended? US President Donald Trump felt the “Israelis were getting a little bit out of control” after Israel’s strike on Hamas’s leadership in Doha. Witkoff says he and Kushner ‘felt a little bit betrayed’ by Israeli strike in Qatar. (Did they ask for Israel's permission to bomb Iran? Israel was offended when Trump ordered the IAF planes to return when they were already flying over Iran.) Hamas rejected the US allegations that its attacks against the people of Gaza constituted "an imminent ceasefire violation". Since the ceasefire took hold, Hamas has killed more than 32 people in a wave of killings meant to target anti-Hamas clans that had surged in the Strip. (No international protests or condemnations!) It is Cheaper to Relocate Gazans Top finance officials from around the world underscored their willingness to help rebuild the enclave of Gaza as the World Bank and United Nations worked to finalize a new cost estimate of $70 billion. (Over 70% of Gazans, already in their 4th generation, are registered as refugees. In any other military conflict, where the Jewish state is not involved, they would have been relocated a long time ago.) Iran’s Enriched Uranium Unharmed The head of the UN’s nuclear watchdog revealed that the body believes that most of Iran’s supply of enriched uranium survived the country’s 12-day war with Israel back in June, and is still being kept inside the damaged nuclear facilities. Iran has roughly 400 kilograms of 60% enriched uranium still in its possession. (President Trump did not allow Israel to complete the job.) Quote of the Week: “I believed that peace is something that we can achieve. But after I saw the magnitude of hatred that they grew up upon and they are raising their children upon, it’s really clear that at least in our generation it won’t be possible.” - Tal Shoham, 40, was kidnapped from Kibbutz Be’eri on October 7, 2023, along with his wife, two children, and mother-in-law. His father-in-law was murdered by invading terrorists. The Muslim blogger Hoda Janat was shocked by what she learned about Gaza since the beginning of the war. In a bold post, she shared what he learned about the hypocrisy of the Hamas organization and condition of the Gazans before and during the war. And, so she posts: 1. We suddenly discovered that there are 36 hospitals in the Gaza Strip, where 2 million people live. There are Arab countries with a population of 30 million people, where there are not many hospitals. 2. Surprisingly, we discovered that Gaza gets free water, electricity, gas, and fuel from Israel. Of course, there is not a single Arab citizen anywhere in the world who doesn't pay for water, electricity, and gas. 3. We suddenly found out that Gaza gets 30 million dollars a month from Qatar alone. And 120 million dollars a month from UNROP. And 50 million dollars a month from the European Union. And 30 million dollars a month from America. There are Arab countries that are drowning in debt and cannot find anyone to give them at least a million dollars. . 4. Suddenly we discovered that there is no “siege” on Gaza and all goods are flowing there and the borders are open. The people of Gaza went to Egypt, and from there around the world. 5. Suddenly, we discovered that Arabs live better in Gaza than in many Arab countries. 6. Suddenly, we discovered that our minds have been programmed by the lies of the Muslim Brothers media. 7. Suddenly, we discover that the children in Gaza are not the children we usually imagine, but the children of terrorists with rifles and death belts trained by Hamas. 8. Suddenly, we discovered that there are terrorist headquarters and ammunition warehouses with Hamas underground tunnels organized in Gaza schools, hospitals and mosques. 9. We have suddenly discovered that there is an underground Hamas subway of over 500 km long in Gaza, which Israel can only envy. 10. Suddenly, we discovered that so-called doctors and teachers in the Gaza Strip turned out to be active Hamas terrorists. 11. We suddenly discovered that rockets and mortars are stored in the children's rooms of Gaza homes. 12. We suddenly discovered that Hitler and his book "Mein Kampf" were very popular in Gaza and its Arabic translation was in almost every home in Gaza; or a portrait of the author. 13. Suddenly, we discovered that the residents of Gaza live a luxurious life with high-rise mansions with swimming pools and premium German cars. 14. We suddenly discovered that there is no Israeli blockade in the Gaza Strip, as it still borders its Muslim sister, Egypt. 15. We have suddenly discovered that most "citizens" in the Gaza Strip support Hamas and other terrorist groups, elected Hamas in democratic elections, and celebrated the October 7th massacre. 16. We have suddenly discovered that the so-called reporters and journalists in the Gaza Strip working for western media CNN, AP, Reuters and others turned out to be the Hamas terrorists involved in the October 7 massacre. 17. We have suddenly discovered that the so-called "peace fighters" and "international human rights organizations workers" of the UN, Red Cross, and WHO turned out to be terrorists and corrupt Hamas. 18. We have suddenly discovered that each of the Hamas leaders is a billionaire and richer than President Trump, with equity of $4-5 billion each.
