Recognition is Violation of International Law

Prof. Louis René Beres

Among other states, France, Spain, Ireland, and Norway have announced plans to recognize “Palestine” as sovereign.

They disregard a core expectation of international law. Moreover, it is a flagrant disregard. According to the Convention on the Rights and Duties of States (1934): “The political existence of the state is independent of recognition by the other states.”

A sovereignty always requires:

    (a) a permanent population;

    (b) a defined territory;

    (c) a government; and

    (d) the capacity to enter into relations with other states.

The above-listed state endorsements of “Palestine” fail to meet every one of these requirements. Whatever their true motives, states that support “Palestine” are effectively urging the acknowledgment of an expansionist state. Over time, this new terror-state could become an existential hazard for Israel, either directly or in collaboration with a still-nuclearizing Iran.

Because treaties are binding only on states, any agreement between a non-state Palestinian authority and a sovereign State of Israel would have no foreseeable effectiveness.

Summing up, a presumptive Palestinian Arab state could lawfully abrogate any pre-independence commitments to Israel to demilitarize. Recent declarations of recognition by France and other major states have no legal bearing on the creation of such a state.

"This is a publicity stunt that comes in the middle of delicate diplomatic efforts to end the conflict. Far from promoting peace, the conference will prolong the war, embolden Hamas, and reward its obstruction and undermine real-world efforts to achieve peace," said Tammy Bruce, the US State Department spokeswoman.

Israel has no legal obligation to carve an enemy state aggressor from its own still-living body. International law is not a suicide pact!

Food for Thought: by Steven Shamrak

Before the opening of the United Nations General Assembly in September,  Israel must destroy Hamas, remove the 'innocent' Gazans, who supported the 7th of October terrorist attack on Israel (most of them did), and annex Gaza. The procrastination will only encourage the ‘Ugly Nazi’ idiots to vote and adopt more anti-Semitic resolutions!

Hamas Pushing for Escalation

There is growing pessimism in Israel regarding the possibility of reaching an agreement for the release of hostages and a ceasefire. Senior members of the terror organization have cut off contact from the talks and moved to Turkey. Advancing a comprehensive agreement could take a long time, and in the meantime, Hamas is placing Israel at a crossroads - whether to wait for an agreement that is not materializing or to escalate the fighting, risking the lives of the hostages still held in Gaza.

Misinformation and Lies about Aid

The US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Ambassador Mike Huckabee visit Gaza to give President Trump a clear understanding of the humanitarian situation and learn the truth about aid sites. "There has been so much misinformation," Huckabee said, criticizing Western media portrayals of the situation. "We see a very different picture of what's taking place in Gaza than most people who are reporting on it from the New York Times or other entities." He also posted on X, "the GHF delivers more than one million meals a day, an incredible feat!"

No Ceasefire – Iran Warned

Tensions between Israel and Iran remain dangerously high. “There is no ceasefire agreement; there is nothing else,” Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told the Financial Times. Iran might be emboldened to strike if the United States appears diplomatically paralysed or disengaged. At the same time, the Islamic Republic has doubled down on its commitment to rebuilding and continuing its nuclear development.

BBC Ordered Staff to Blame Israel for Starvation

The four-page memo, headlined “Covering the food crisis in Gaza,” an executive editor at the BBC told reporters to portray Israel as solely responsible for Gaza’s food shortages and to brush aside evidence about how much aid is actually entering the enclave. “The argument over how much aid has crossed into Gaza is irrelevant,” the email states, according to the outlet, adding that “we should say the system doesn’t work.” (Most of the anti-Israel Western news programs do the same. The 'Pallywood productions' are widely screened, but not questioned.)

Debunked - 'Starving' Teen in Gaza

A 'starving' 14-year-old boy, who was used in anti-Israel propaganda by Hamas and international media, suffers genetic illness. Abdul Qader al-Fayoumi was treated in Israel back in 2018 for a genetic disease. Abdul was one of the hundreds of Gazan children suffering from similar diseases that were treated in Israel prior to Hamas destroying the Erez Crossing on Oct. 7.

Gaza Migration Plan is the Solution

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly has accelerated plans to encourage voluntary migration of Gaza residents to foreign countries. Five countries ready to accept Gazan migrants, including Ethiopia, Libya and Indonesia. Under the plan, migrants would leave Gaza through Israel and Jordan, rather than via Egypt. (There is still no international condemnation of Egypt for not allowing civilians to leave the Gaza war zone.)

Arabs Call on Hamas to Disarm and Leave Gaza

Seventeen nations have signed a statement calling for the Hamas terrorist organization to disarm and end its rulership over the Gaza Strip. The declaration states: “In the context of ending the war in Gaza, Hamas must end its rule in Gaza and hand over its weapons to the Palestinian Authority, with international engagement and support, in line with the objective of a sovereign and independent Palestinian State.” (Hamas will ignore this call. Therefore, all resolutions for recognition of 'Palestine' is just an international anti-Semitic farce.)

Growing Mental Health Concerns among Reservists

The Israel Defense Forces has begun reviewing the eligibility of reservists suffering from severe psychological injuries, including post-traumatic stress disorder, amid growing scrutiny over the army’s mental health system and support for traumatized soldiers. This follows a string of highly publicized suicides the last month. (A post-WW2 study revealed that soldiers who do not have/see clear objectives are most vulnerable to PTSD.)

'Starved' Gaza Child has Genetic Illness

A 'starved' Gaza child was a fake news! In reality, al-Rakab suffers from a genetic illness unrelated to the war, which is responsible for his condition. He left Gaza with his mother and brother and is now being treated in Italy. (Fake starvation is used as a weapon against the Jewish state by international anti-Semites.)

Israel must Open Gates of Hell

Defense Minister Israel Katz promised severe consequences for Hamas should it continue holding kidnapped Israelis as hostages. “If Hamas does not release the hostages, the gates of hell will open on Gaza,” Katz said. “Make no mistake, Hamas - this is just the beginning. If Hamas does not release the hostages soon, the gates of Gaza will close, and the gates of hell will open.” (It is long overdue! Swift defeat of Hamas would save the lives of many IDF soldiers.)

Arabs Attack Jewish Farm in Samaria

Dozens of Arab rioters, around 100 attackers, from the village of Aqraba attack Samaria farm, throwing stones and approaching with clubs. (This is not reported by anti-Israel press.)

Quotes of the Week:

"Hamas causes the crisis, and we get the blame. We're not ignoring the suffering in Gaza - but the blame lies with Hamas, not Israel. It is a calculated propaganda campaign orchestrated by Hamas and its allies. People see the images; they hear the outcry - but they don’t check the facts. That’s why we’re fighting not only on the battlefield, but in the arena of perception." - Israel's ambassador to the UN, Danny Danon, criticized the UN for its hypocrisy. - The 'Ugly Nazi' eagerly helps to propagate this anti-Israel perception. Unfortunately, Israel is not very good at fighting propaganda war. And, it is hard to get through widespread Jew-hatred led on by leading “news” media, which is welcomed and propagated by anti-Semitic audience.

Only Jews Must Feed the Enemies

by Joshua Hoffman

There is no other conflict on Earth - NONE - where the world demands that a nation at war supply its sworn enemy with food, water, fuel, and medical aid.

No other scenario where the aggressor can keep fighting, secure in the knowledge that the defender will be pressured to sustain its society.

And yet, from the moment Israel began dismantling Hamas, the demands started: “You must provide humanitarian aid to Gaza.” Let that sink in. A democratic state, attacked in the most barbaric way imaginable, is told to truck in food, fuel, and water for the aggressor’s population - even as rockets rain down and hostages remain in terror tunnels.

Imagine telling America in 1944: “You may storm Normandy, but please keep Berlin stocked with bread and butter.” When the US-led coalition bombed ISIS in Syria and Iraq, no one demanded that Washington airdrop food into Raqqa for ISIS’s civilians. No one insisted the British military ensure fuel deliveries to Mosul while ISIS fighters executed hostages on camera.

The UN admits that “dangerous and complex conditions inside Gaza” make aid distribution nearly impossible. But who engineered those conditions? It wasn’t Israel that dug 300 miles of terror tunnels. It wasn’t Israel that militarized hospitals and mosques. It wasn’t Israel that hijacks nearly every aid convoy. That is Hamas.

If you care about truth, then you have to acknowledge that the UN’s role in this farce is not passive; it is active complicity. Its agencies employ Hamas members; its schools serve as launch pads.

The media plays along because outrage drives clicks, and “Israel starving children” is a headline that guarantees engagement. Rarely do they mention that Hamas steals 60–to–70 percent of aid.

Hamas has a decades-long playbook: Start a war, hide behind civilians, provoke an Israeli response, broadcast the casualties, and let the world blame Israel. It’s propaganda warfare 101. And the UN, the media, and a legion of useful idiots fall for it every single time.
