Israelis have learned through bitter experience to fear peace deals, and whether or not this is the most pro-Israel agreement in history, these things have a habit of exacting a heavy price in blood.
The upcoming publication of President Donald Trump's deal of the century is putting the region on edge. Conflicting reports of the content of the peace deal are taunting us - and probably will for months more...
Think whatever you want about Trump as a person, but there is no doubt that his administration is the best we could hope for. We had yet another example of this in the past few weeks, with Trump recognizing Israel's sovereignty over the Golan Heights. Three or four years ago no one in Israel could have dreamt of such a massive gesture. So, why are we still worried about the deal of the century?
...Everyone who lived in Israel in the mid-90s remembers the rivers of blood that drowned the Oslo Accords. A wave of suicide terror attacks in the two years between September 1993 (when the accords were signed) and September 1995 murdered 164 Israelis.
And a few years later, when the peace talks with the Palestinians at Camp David reached a dead end in July 2000, the result was the Second Intifada. This uprising was deadlier than the first, and claimed the lives of more than 500 Israelis alone in the 18 months between the start of the intifada and Operation Defensive Shield in Passover 2002.
The knowledge that a political process and specifically its outcome is the trigger for bloodshed causes us to fear any such process. The deal of the century is no different. Ehud Barak, who was prime minister during the Camp David summit, once said that the failure of peace negotiations exposed the true nature of the Palestinians, but it is worth it at such a deadly cost? (The main problem with peace plans is that nobody wants it!)

Israel’s main problem is that the Israeli political leadership, having means to resolve the conflict, is unwilling to do so! Neither the two-state solution, nor limited autonomy, given to fake Palestinians, will work - as they will only be satisfied when the Jewish state ceases to exist! Only complete ‘disengagement’ from enemy population, by removing it from the Jewish ancestral land, and reunification of Eretz-Israel - Jewish Land, will! Enemy of Israel, and not just ‘Palestinians’, must realise the certainty of the end-game – this will stop their delusional behaviour!
Gaza ceasefire is apparently in place after violent flare-up that claimed four Israeli lives. After militant group Hamas seemingly offered a ceasefire following of hundreds of rockets were fired into Israel over the weekend, the Israeli army lifted all protective restrictions imposed near the Gaza area on Monday. The Israeli Home Front Command said residents of the south could return to their routines and schools and kindergartens in the area were allowed to open. Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh said in a statement on Sunday that the militant group was "not interested in a new war." He said the group was ready to "return to the state of calm" if Israel stopped its attacks "and immediately starts implementing understandings about a dignified life." (Bibi is playing with Jewish lives again, instead of removing enemies from Gaza and ending the terror threat from Gaza!)
The Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) and the IDF joined together last week to foil an attempt by Hamas to attack Israeli targets in cyber space. IDF fighter jets attacked a building from which the Hamas cyber network has been operating, following these activities.
US President Donald Trump on Sunday blasted Hamas and the Islamic Jihad over their continued rocket attacks on southern Israel. “Once again, Israel faces a barrage of deadly rocket attacks by terrorist groups Hamas and Islamic Jihad. We support Israel 100% in its defense of its citizens.” (Israel needs real political leadership to end the conflict, not a gutless wimp!)
The official PA TV news presented a photograph of hundreds of bodies of Jews which was taken at the Nordhausen concentration camp in Thuringia, Germany, as a picture of Arabs massacred at Deir Yassin in 1948. The picture was taken soon after American forces liberated the camp in 1945. (Another low - when we thought that our enemies couldn't get any lower!)
Israel is the second most innovative nation on the world, ranked just after the US and ahead of South Korea. Every 17 employees out of 1,000 in Israel are researchers; the Jewish state has registered 3,804 patents, has published 1,133 scientific papers, and spends 4.25 percent of its GDP on R&D.
Peace-Time? ENOUGH - Move them all out NOW!
1. Ongoing Palestinian barrage reaches 650 rockets on Day 2.
2. By 4.15pm, Sunday, according to Israel Air Force statistics report over 600 Palestinian rockets were fired at Israel.
3. Iron Dome intercepted more than 100 of the 430 Palestinian rockets incoming non-stop against the Israeli population from Saturday morning. Two killed in Ashkelon, 1 critically wounded near Yad Mordechai, and 83 people were injured.
4. Around 100 Palestinian rockets fired in heavy barrage from Gaza at dozens of Israeli locales north, south and east of the Gaza Strip on Saturday morning.
5. Two Israeli soldiers were shot and wounded by Gaza snipers at the border on Friday during the weekly Hamas-led violence aimed at Israel.
6. Early Thursday, two rockets fired from the Gaza Strip triggered Code Red alerts in the Sedot Negev and Shear Hanegev regions. The Palestinian rocket fire followed an Israeli Air Force strike against a Hamas compound in northern Gaza in retaliation for two incendiary balloon attacks, day after day, which started fires in the grounds of Kibbutz Nahal Oz and a wood in the Eshkol Council region.
7. On Tuesday, the Israeli military says it's scaling back the permitted fishing zone off the Mediterranean coast of Gaza following a rocket attack from the strip the previous day.
(Is another useless ceasefire coming? WHEN will it be ENOUGH?
Remove enemy population from Jewish land NOW!)
EU foreign policy chief says EU will provide €22 million in humanitarian assistance to PA. Israel in recent days asked the EU to increase its investment in the Palestinian Authority (PA), in light of claims that the PA is on the brink of economic collapse because it is unwilling to accept the tax revenues that Israel collects for it due to the fact that Israel is offsetting the PA’s payments to terrorists and their families. (Instead of letting the PA collapse and letting its population leave Jewish land, Bibi begs to keep the ugliness of terror to be preserved! At the same time, the PA facing imminent financial collapse over its refusal on principle to accept any tax revenues from Israel, because Israeli decided to withhold the sum of money that the PA gives monthly to terrorists in Israeli jails and their family members. The PA’s dire call for help to the Arab world is mostly going unheeded, proving again that Arab states do not really care about fake Palestinians.)
Quote of the Week:
”And (mention, O Muhammad), when Moses said to his people, "O my people, remember the favour of Allah upon you when He appointed among you prophets and made you possessors and gave you that which He had not given anyone among the worlds. O my people, enter the Holy Land which Allah (G-d) has assigned to you and do not turn back (from fighting in Allah's cause) and (thus) become losers. They said, "O Moses, indeed within it is a people of tyrannical strength, and indeed, we will never enter it until they leave it; but if they leave it, then we will enter." – Quran, 5:20-22 – Jews did enter the Holy Land. Therefore, according even to Quran, Muslims must recognise and respect the unique Jewish ownership of the Land of Israel – Eretz-Israel!

One of the most influential newspapers in the world, the Jewish-owned New York Times decided to present the Jews with a gift in honor of the last day of Passover - a major Jewish holiday – anti-Anti-Semitic caricature, showing Trump as a blind Jew led by his Netanyahu-looking dog. And to make sure the reader knows it is indeed the Israeli premier, the dog has a Star of David dangling from its collar.
That caricature erased the differences not only between anti-Zionism and anti-Semitism but between the philosophies of the extreme right-wing and extreme left-wing as well. Over the past year, the paper has consistently supported the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement that denies Israel's right to exist and has members who openly express their anti-Semitic views.
Australian-Iranian Imam Mohamad Tawhidi on Saturday wrote that Islamist ideology considers Jews as offsprings of monkeys, pigs and dogs. Now, the New York Times serves to advance the global jihad agenda.
There is something incredibly sad about the fact that a world-famous newspaper, on the eve of Holocaust Remembrance Days, publishes a caricature that reminds us of something that could have been seen in Der Stürmer (German tabloid during the Nazi regime).
Despite apologizing on Sunday for running an anti-Semitic cartoon that ran in its international edition on Thursday, the New York Times published another anti-Semitic cartoon in the same edition over the weekend.
All Jews, who support enemies of Israel and denying Jewish people the right to live in peace, must be called by their true name - “JEWHADISTS”!
Palestinian Authority to name a street in Ramallah after Israeli extreme-left activist Ilan Halevi. Halevi, who was born Georges Alain Albert in France in 1943 during the Holocaust and died in 2013. He joined Fatah after the 1967 Six Day War and subsequently became a prominent member of the PLO and served as an adviser to Yasser Arafat.
