If the Israeli public wants to survive, it must prepare, mentally and physically, for war with Iran.
Iran plans to launch a combined attack on Israel in the foreseeable future that will include all the forces at its disposal in several Arab countries:
In Lebanon: Hezbollah and Hamas, with many thousands of missiles, some of them precision-guided, and UAVs.
In Syria: seventeen armed and ready combat units (“militias”): Fatimiun, Zinbioun, Nujabaa’, Hezbollah, Abu Al-Fadhl Brigade, ‘Asaa’b Ahl al-Haq, Khorasani Brigade and more. Iran has transferred a very large number of missiles and UAVs to Syria, and these are ready to be launched.
In Gaza: Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, with missiles capable of disabling the Israel Defense Forces and Israeli Air Force bases.
It is likely that Hamas, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad and the Palestinian Authority will be encouraged to do everything in their power to harm Israelis, the army, the police and civilians moving on the roads, in addition to attacks on settlements and military bases.
In addition, the Iranians expect Arabs in the Galilee and Negev to carry out actions against the IDF such as blocking roads, damaging bridges, spilling oil on roads, blocking intersections, damaging high voltage lines and attacking Jewish settlements. Due to the fact that Israel’s National Guard is not yet operational, these actions will cause great damage.
It is likely that Iran will not launch anything directly from its own territory, so as not to expose itself to retaliation. (Please, click on the title, read all article. It is quite comprehensive, but realistic scenario.)
Crown Prince of Iran to visit Israel
Intelligence Minister Gila Gamliel will host former Crown Prince of Iran Reza Pahlavi, son of the Shah and the most senior Iranian personality to ever pay a public visit to Israel. “Millions of my compatriots still remember living alongside their Jewish-Iranian friends and neighbours, before the Islamic Revolution tore the fabric of our society apart. A democratic Iran will seek to renew its ties with Israel and our Arab neighbours. In my opinion, that day is closer than ever," Pahlavi said.
Israel is Closer to War with Iran
According to the IDF's Military Intelligence Directorate, security tensions will not disappear after the end of the month of Ramadan, and the security trend could lead to war. Former national security adviser Yaakov Amidror said Thursday that war with Iran is increasingly likely and Israel needs to gear up to attack without US assistance. “Iran is more sure of itself. It has managed to sign a number of agreements with Arab states. America is not the same America in terms of its presence, and the Iranians see that," he said.
Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak
The Israeli Jewish Left is desperate to regain political power. To achieve this, they are destabilising the country by conducting demonstrations against judicial reform, falsely claiming that it is not democratic. They have been using any means possible to destabilise the country and unseat the current government: deception, legal blackmail, scare-mongering, and even encouraging terror attacks from our enemies. The political Left has abandoned the Jewish national goal – reunification of Eretz-Israel, our ancestral land. They used to be strong supporters and an integral part of the Zionist movement before and few years after Israel gained independence – not anymore!
Lefl not Interested in Judicial Reform Negotiations
Labor party withdraws from judicial reform negotiations, claiming that there is "no partner" on the other side. Only the Yesh Atid and National Unity parties have actually conducted any negotiations with the coalition. (The Left had no intention to negotiate. Judicial reform in any form will hinder the control by the Left-infested court over the elected government, as Israel's Left became unelectable a while ago.)
Antisemitic Church Allegations?
The Greek Orthodox Church accused the Israel Police of infringing on the freedom of worshipers with “heavy-handed” restrictions on how many pilgrims can attend the “Holy Fire” ceremony amid soaring tensions. The restrictions on Saturday’s Holy Fire ceremony were imposed at the request of a Greek Orthodox official. (At the same time, Greek Church condemns “Terrorist attacks, by radical Israeli groups". The Churches, Greek or Catholic, have never really complained and protested about 'friendly attacks' by Palestinian terrorists. Antisemitic cowards are afraid to offend Arab/Muslim terrorists, but hurt Jews never is a problem for them!)
Iran Coordinates Attacks with Hamas and Hezbollah
Iran is recruiting Hamas and Hezbollah, its terrorist proxies in the Middle East, to coordinate attacks against Israel. The head of IRGC's Quds Force, Esmail Ghaani, recently met with terrorist leaders across the region, including some operating in Syria and Iraq. The President of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, gave an unprecedented virtual address to ‘Palestinians’ at the Jerusalem Day rally. “I say to the leaders of Arab and Islamic countries that condemnations are no longer sufficient. There has to be a strategic change in your path – it is ending normalization, closing the embassies and supporting the Palestinian people’s resistance.” Sinwar said. (Enemies of Israel are united. The government of Israel must be ready and willing to deal with them decisively. Hopefully, very soon!)
Francesca Albanese, the UN special rapporteur for Judea and Samaria (aka, the West Bank) and the Gaza Strip, claimed that Israel's efforts to combat a deadly wave of Palestinian terror strikes are unjustified: “Israel has a right to defend itself, but can't claim it when it comes to the people it oppresses/whose lands it colonizes." (Will she be sacked? Will this special anti-Semitic rapporteur office be closed by the UN? There are no Jews in Gaza, why are rockets fired at Israel?)
Jordan’s first ambassador to Israel, Marwan Muasher, who subsequently served as the kingdom’s foreign minister, has said that the two-state solution to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is no longer a possibility and that Amman needs to change its approach to relations with current Jerusalem’s (Zionist-minded) government. “The old tools that Jordan used to deal with the Israeli government no longer work on this government,” Muasher said.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed that European leaders say one thing to him in private and another in public. “When I meet the leaders of Britain, France, Germany, and Italy - which I did recently - what they tell me behind closed doors, as opposed to meetings when other people are there," he said.
Ofek 13 Satellite Sends First Images
The “Ofek 13” satellite was launched into space about two weeks ago. “The first satellite images received at the IAI control station were of excellent quality,” Israel’s Defense Ministry commented. After completion of the In Orbit Tests, the Defense Ministry is expected to transfer the satellite to the IDF’s 9900 Intelligence Unit for operational use.
'Normality' of the Israeli Arab Sector Violence
Gunfire erupted in the Israeli mixed city of Lod overnight, killing a 25-year-old resident, Hamza Abu Ghanem, and wounding eight others, including four children. Abu Ghanem is the 47th Israeli Arab sector who have been murdered since the start of 2023. The shooting was the result of a conflict between two well-known Lod crime families. This marks a sharp increase from this same time last year when there were just 21 Israeli Arabs murdered. (This is a side of the 'Palestinians' lives that the international anti-Semitic press does not report.)
Antisemites United Against Definition of Antisemitism
Sixty groups, that often oppose Israel, urged the United Nations to reject the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism. Signatories include the US Presbyterian Church, which has some 1.19 million members, and the global ministry arm of the United Methodist Church, which has a membership of more than 12 million, as well as the American Civil Liberties Union, B’Tselem, Human Rights Watch, and the Palestinian Center for Human Rights.
Quotes of the Week
“The Jews are a peculiar people: things permitted to other nations are forbidden to the Jews. Other nations drive out thousands, even millions of people, and there is no refugee problem. Russia did it, Poland and Czechoslovakia did it. Turkey threw out a million Greeks and Algeria a million Frenchman. Indonesia threw out heaven knows how many Chinese and no one says a word about refugees. But in the case of Israel displaced Arabs have become eternal refugees. Everyone insists that Israel must take back every single Arab.” – Eric Hoffer, LA Times, May 26, 1968 – I would say we Jews are gluttons for punishment. We try to be nice to everybody, even our mortal enemies, who have proven again and again that their objective is destruction of the Jewish state!
Iran is Using Biden Hostility toward Israel
by Joel B. Pollak
Iran is staging an attack on all fronts against Israel through its terrorist proxies. In recent days, Iranian-backed terror groups, notably Hamas, have launched rockets against Israel from Gaza in the southwest and from Lebanon in the north - the latter with the permission of Iranian-backed Hezbollah.
Palestinians have stockpiled weapons in the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, with some barricading themselves inside to prepare attacks on Jewish worshippers at the Western Wall below - and to provoke Israeli raids that inflame anti-Israel opinion in the Arab world and in left-leaning Western media.
Meanwhile, the Israeli opposition has continued its protests against judicial reforms, even as negotiations on a compromise have begun.
At the same time, the Biden administration has floated the idea of a partial nuclear deal with Iran that would give it sanctions relief and allow it to stop just short of the level of uranium enrichment necessary for a nuclear bomb.
President Joe Biden himself has also given Prime Minister Netanyahu the cold shoulder, refusing to invite him to the White House. He has criticized Israel’s judicial reforms - which would, ironically, bring the Israeli judiciary closer to the American norm, and would be far less radical than reforms Biden himself has considered, such as “packing” the Supreme Court.
That has created a sense that Israel is alone and divided - and Iran is taking advantage, seeking to test Israel and expose its sudden strategic weakness.
