Arabs have a huge desire to leave the Gaza Strip and at least half of them are willing to leave if they had a place to go.
Thousands of Gazans want to leave the Gaza Strip as soon as possible. Israel has been trying to help their dreams come true by having talks with other nations, mostly Arab, to be willing to absorb them. Some 35,000 left Gaza in 2019 through the Sinai and flying out of Cairo. Israel is willing to cover the cost and use Israeli airfields. The biggest problem is that few Middle East countries have agreed to take in Gazans even though they have plenty of land to spare and some have highly successful economies.
If Gaza were empty of all civilians not wanting to be under Hamas or associated with Hamas, then that would solve the problem of killing civilians when bombing Hamas. The terrorist organization then could be finally destroyed eliminating any more rockets, balloons, or terrorist attacks. There would be no Gaza Strip, but instead only Israel which would develop that coastal area into the Singapore of the Middle East for any Arabs willing to live in peace with the Jewish state. If the world really cared about Gazans, that is the solution they would be supporting. (During the last month’s conflict Israel missed another opportunity to implement the Sinai Option and motivate all residents of Gaza to leave.)
Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak
After he failed to achieve the coalition’s main objective - remove Netanyahu from politics, Bennett has shown personal integrity by stepping down from the PM position, and maybe from politics. This can’t be said about Bibi, under whose leadership Likud party has failed to win elections or form a coalition government four times already. How many will be enough for Bibi to leave politics?
Executions in Iran have more than doubled in the first half of 2022. From January 1 to June 30, 251 people were hanged in Iran compared with 117 in the first half of last year UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres had expressed concern last month over the rise in executions of not just drug offenders in high numbers but many people from ethnic minorities to counteract the growing popular anti-regime protests. (His personal 'concern' is not a resolution of condemnation. The ‘Ugly Nazi’ condemns Israel liberally for any imaginary violations.)
Prime Minister Naftali Bennet has informed the members of his Yamina party that he does not intend to run in the upcoming elections. "I do not intend to run in the upcoming elections, but I will remain a loyal soldier of this country. The State of Israel is the love of my life. To serve this country is my mission," he said. Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked will become the new leader of Yamina.
Arab students from Haifa University in northern Israel refused to stand for the Israeli national anthem during a graduation ceremony. “The situation was upsetting and inappropriate,” said one graduating student. “They are Israeli citizens. Even if they don’t identify with its ideals, they should at least stand to honour the singing of the national anthem of the state they are a part of.” (Education does not bring out the best in them. Israeli Arabs love the benefits of living in democratic Israel but hate the Jewish state.)
UNRWA that runs schools in the Palestinian Authority and in multiple Arab countries puts only 6 employees on leave (not even fired them) after report shows that 120 teachers publicly called to murder Jews. UNRWA has refused to provide even minimal transparency as to which of the perpetrators it has suspended. “We have now exposed more than 120 UNRWA teachers and other staff who praise Hitler, glorify terrorism and spread antisemitism, and UNRWA has not given the name of a single one who has been fired,” said Hillel Neuer, executive director of UN Watch.
The Israeli military intercepted three Hezbollah drones Saturday evening as they were making their way from Lebanon to the Karish gas field. Israel says Karish is part of its exclusive economic zone, but Lebanon says the field is in contested waters. (It became contested immediately after Israel discovered gas.)
Former Israeli Health Minister MK Yuli Edelstein has quit the Likud leadership race, withdrawing his bid to challenge Benjamin Netanyahu for control of the Knesset’s largest faction. It became clear he was unlikely to defeat Netanyahu, the party chairman, ahead of the November 1st Knesset election. (Edelstein waited for too long to make a move. Now Israel is facing the 5th 'inconclusive election’ in less than four years. Instead, Likud could be a winner – there is no leadership material left in Likud!)
Quote of the Week:
“Immediately after the vote, I went to Yad Vashem to assure Dad that I will always keep Israel strong, with the ability to defend itself and ensure the protection of its children. We’ll do the best we can for a Jewish, democratic state, good and strong and flourishing, because that is the job, and it’s bigger than all of us.” - Yair Lapid, new Prime Minister of Israel
Old Peace Plans do not Work
by Steven Shamrak
There are several commonly known solutions to the Israel-Palestinian conflict:
1. Two-State solution – Israel and a new state of Palestine. It will not stop terror attacks against Israel. Quite the opposite, they will increase with more sophisticated rockets and weaponry.
2. Palestinian autonomy – under Israel or Jordan supervision. Neither Israel, nor Jordan want it.
3. One-State solution – Israel absorbing all the enemy population and creating a suicidal demographic misbalance.
4. Jordan is Palestine – moving all fake Palestinians to Jordan. It will make Jordan a ‘Palestinian’ terror state, as 60% of Jordanians are already claiming to be ‘Palestinians’.
None of these options have worked or will ever work!
The intentions of Fatah/PA/PLO/Hamas have never been to achieve their independence, rather eradication of the Jewish state and removal of all Jews from our land.
We also must remember, and many have forgotten or do not want to know, that Judea, Samaria, and Gaza are part of Eretz-Israel - Jewish ancestral land! Even Jordan, according to the League of Nations mandate, belongs to Israel and the Jewish people.
All the options above have failed because they require agreement and co-operation from the PA (Fatah, the PLO and Hamas), as well as Jordan. How has it worked so far? Anti-Israel international players like the UN and the EU, as well as some politicians in the US, have never missed an opportunity to condemn Israel, and they will not allow or agree to any settlement of the conflict which would bring peace to Jews.
There is another solution - The Sinai Option!
It has been consistently overlooked and ignored by Israel and the enemies of the Jewish state. This solution does not require any approval from Egypt or so-called Palestinians. The only requirement for its successful implementation is for Israel to have self-respect and determination to execute it. The government of Israel must ignore influence of foreign governments who have never had the best interest of Jews in their hearts.
“The Sinai Option” – is relocation of all hostile enemy population from Jewish land to the Sinai Peninsula, and letting them establish their own independent state or autonomy under Egypt. As an independent political entity, it will be held responsible for any hostile military or terrorist attacks against Israel. It is the only plan that has a chance to succeed in bringing peace to Jewish in Israel and to reunite the Jewish lands!
The plan can be implemented humanely and gradually under the supervision of the international community, or it can be executed swiftly by Israel unilaterally when an opportunity presents itself.
“Israel must be ready to implement the SINAI OPTION at any time!”
There is one more option which all our enemies, including traditional international Anti-Semites, would like to succeed:
5. Palestine state – Destruction of Israel - Palestine, with no Jewish population remaining! This is the option all Jew-haters wanted to see in 1947, when seven Muslim armies attacked the newly created Jewish state, and they would still like it to succeed.
Would you like to see it implemented?
