Hamas is Deliberately Sacrificing Civilians

Yahya Sinwar, the top leader of Hamas in Gaza, wants to use Palestinian civilian deaths in the ongoing Gaza war to create leverage against Israel. Messages sent by Sinwar throughout the war reveal that he believed Hamas should continue fighting as long as possible, as the civilians left dead in the war were “necessary sacrifices” in fostering criticism against Israel and creating international pressure on the Israeli government to end the war. (This has been true for many years – the ‘Palestinian’ terrorists and civilians are proud of their martyrs. Having a martyr in a family brings respect from neighbours and money from the PA.)

“We have the Israelis right where we want them,” Sinwar told Hamas officials in a recent message. “We make the headlines only with blood,” Sinwar said in an interview in 2018. “No blood, no news.”

Part of the reason Sinwar wanted to attack Israel was because he believed it would revitalize the global importance of the Israel-Palestinian conflict.

Sinwar scolded Hamas officials in one December message for having secret talks with Palestinian leaders over a postwar plan, calling their discussions “shameful and outrageous.” “As long as fighters are still standing and we have not lost the war, such contacts should be immediately terminated,” Sinwar said. “We have the capabilities to continue fighting for months.”

Hamas ‘Amended’ the Ceasefire Deal

Israel submitted its latest hostage deal proposal late last month, which the UN Security Council adopted. Some in Jerusalem began framing it as the last opportunity to secure a deal after repeated rounds of failed negotiations since the last deal was reached in November, which saw a week-long truce and the release of 105 of the 251 hostages that wereabducted during Hamas’s October 7 onslaught.

Hamas spokesman Jihad Taha said the response included “amendments that confirm the ceasefire, withdrawal, reconstruction and (hostage) exchange.”

The amendments included an updated timeline for the permanent ceasefire and withdrawal of Israeli troops from Gaza, (and release of hostages at the end). Israel said the terror group made drastic changes that amount to a rejection of its offer.

The response from Hamas wasn’t particularly surprising, given that Arab officials told The Times of Israel over the past week that the terror group would avoid outright rejecting the Israeli proposal - amid mounting global support for a deal - and instead seek revisions to the offer.

Ceasefire is Facilitation of a Perpetual War!

US President Joe Biden once again called on Hamas to accept the ceasefire and hostage release deal he outlined, after the UN Security Council adopted a US-drafted resolution which backs the proposal. “Israel has already accepted this deal. The fighting could stop today – and hostages could come home today – if Hamas agreed to the deal,” said the US Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield. By restraining Israel, Biden and the UN are preventing the Jewish state from defeating or deterring its genocidal enemies.  (Hamas, same as Fatah, has only one objective - destruction of Israel. Enemies of Israel want to save Hamas from justice by imposing a permanent ceasefire, hoping Hamas will achieve its objective.)

Food for Thought by Steven Shamrak

The next time someone tells you that Israel can’t transfer the enemy population from the Jewish land, please remind them about removal of ethnic Armenians, 120K of them from Nagorno-Karabakh by Azerbaijan in 2023; and millions of non-Arabs are being ethnically cleansed  from Darfur in Sudan now; tens of million Ukrainians are displaced by Russia and left the country; 1.1 million Rohingya Muslims were forced to flee by Myanmar in 2017; ethnic cleansing that occurred during the Bosnian War (1992–95), when both Bosnians and Serbs were forced to leave their homes; partition of the Indian peninsula, when some 12M people were moved between India and Pakistan in 1947. The population transfer has always been used successfully to resolve conflicts. Why is only Israel not willing to implement it? Other countries still do it, disregarding the international law, which was adopted by the UN in 1949, after Israel won the Independence war to stop Israel from deporting enemies!

Embarrassment of 'Tactical Pauses'

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant were not informed in advance of the IDF's decision to announce daily 'tactical pauses' near the Kerem Shalom Crossing. A political official said after the IDF's announcement: "Following an inquiry, the Prime Minister was informed that there is no change in IDF policy and that the fighting in Rafah is continuing as planned." “The IDF makes it clear that there is no cessation of combat in the southern Gaza Strip, and the combat in Rafah continues,” the military said.

Refugees the United Nations Actually Cares about

The United Nations refugee agency said the number of people forcibly displaced stood at a record 117.3 million during 2023. "These are refugees, asylum seekers, internally displaced people, people being forced away by conflict, by persecution, by different and increasingly complex forms of violence," said Filippo Grandi, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). The war in Sudan internally displaced 9 million people and another 2 million have fled to neighbouring countries including Chad, Egypt and South Sudan. (Only Gazans are not allowed to leave the war zone to Egypt, which is just few meters away, and deliberately kept in Gaza to discredit Israel’s right to self-defence!)

Celebrating Shavuot with Hezbollah 'Fireworks'

Shavuot is one of the most celebrated holidays among the kibbutzim, expressed through lively processions showcasing their agricultural pride, dancing, and singing. Northern Israel kibbutzim celebrate Shavuot as Hezbollah rockets explode above. (Hezbollah launched 200 rockets from Lebanon at Israel during the day. Where is UNIFIL? The UN can NEVER be trusted, especially as a “peacekeeping” force.)

The PA still Funds Terrorists

Ahead of the Eid al-Adha holiday, the PA General Intelligence Service in the Jenin district distributed grants to families of 25 'martyrs' and 11 imprisoned terrorists. The PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas reiterated that even if they were left with one penny, they would give it to the families of martyrs and prisoners.

Terror Funds to Help Victims of Terror

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich ordered 130 million NIS of Palestinian Authority tax funds to be redirected to benefit 28 Israeli families of terror victims. (It should have been done many years ago.)

The US House Bans Funding of Gaza Reconstruction

The House voted to block US funding for the reconstruction of Gaza. House Democrats opposed the amendment, which passed by a simple voice vote. Amendment sponsor, Brian Mast, said on the House floor before the vote, “They are absolutely at war with one of our major and best allies anywhere across the globe.” (Meanwhile, the Biden administration announced $404 million in new aid to Palestinians in "lifesaving humanitarian aid to support Palestinian civilians in Gaza, the West Bank, and the region.")

The PA cannot Rule Gaza

Foreign Minister Israel Katz published a video highlighting senior PA officials' support for Hamas. "The PA is corrupt and lacks legitimacy among the Palestinian people. They educate Palestinian children to hate Israel and glorify 'martyrdom.' Their leaders deny the October 7th massacre and express support for Hamas' actions," he said. Jamal al Hawil, a PA council member, is quoted saying, "in god's will, we may see such bravery (massacre) in the West Bank." (The removal of all enemies from the Jewish land is the only peace option.)

IDF Chief Met Generals of Arab Countries

US CENTCOM is said to sponsor a summit between Herzi Halevi and top military leaders from Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Egypt to discuss cooperation, in Manama, Bahrain. The meeting was organized by the US Central Command and is being kept quiet.

The UN is Silent about Arab 'Settlers' Violence

Israel Defense Forces are searching for two Palestinian Authority terrorists who infiltrated the Sde Ephraim farm in the Binyamin region late Sunday night and torched a mobile home. The home was inhabited by a couple who were married less than a week ago. A report said that both terrorists were armed and also wearing IDF helmets and bulletproof vests.

Al Jazeera Reporter was a Hamas Terrorist

The Israel Defense Forces accused the Qatari regime-owned Al Jazeera news organization of employing a Hamas terrorist whose family held three of the hostages freed during an IDF raid a week ago. The IDF killed the alleged Al Jazeera reporter Abdallah Aljamal during its dramatic rescue mission in Nuseirat in the Gaza Strip. (It is estimated that 1,000 journalists 'work' in the tiny Gaza strip in 'Terrorist4Hire' and 'Palywood' production schemes. Some 108 journalists and media workers were reportedly killed since Israel declared war on Hamas following its attack against Israel on October 7, 2023.)

International Nazis have done it Again

The UN Security Council passed a resolution calling for a temporary ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. Fourteen of the 15 councilmembers approved the resolution, with Russia abstaining. However, China's representative claimed the text was “ambiguous," and questioned whether the phases could be carried out smoothly, which was echoed by Israel's representative. (There have been many wars and conflicts around the world going on for years. The 'Ugly Nazi has not called for a ceasefire in Ukraine, Sudan, Congo, Syria, etc. Only Israel is ‘privileged’ to such 'caring' attention from the 'Jew-loving' international elite.)

Quote of the Week:

"As President of the United States, my commitment to that goal of a two-state solution has not changed. Two states for two people, both of whom have deep and ancient roots in this land, living side by side in peace and security. Jerusalem is central to the national visions of both Palestinians and Israelis, to your histories to your faiths to your futures. Jerusalem must be a city for all its people." - US President Joe Biden - Since when have the fake Palestinians developed "ancient roots" in Jewish landWhat history books has Biden read (anti-Semites never bother to say)Repeating the lies does not make them true.

Gantz Resignation is Political Opportunism

by Hezki Baruch

Minister Benny Gantz (National Unity) announced that he, together with his party - 8 MKs, would be leaving the emergency government which he joined at the onset of the war. Israel should agree to withdraw from the Gaza Strip as part of a long-term ceasefire deal with the Hamas terrorist group, opposition leader Benny Gantz stated: “If there is a change in the fighting and our hostages are returned, and we do what needs to be done in the Gaza Strip in a year, or in two years, that’s not an issue.” (And to subject Jewish people to emotional trauma and blackmail for at least "two years"?)

"Netanyahu prevents us from proceeding to true victory. Fateful strategic decisions are met with hesitancy and procrastination due to political considerations," Gantz stated.

According to Gantz, "In the fall, a year after the tragedy, we need to go to elections that will eventually establish a government which gains the trust of the people and can stand up to the challenges." (And this is not "political considerations"? Only a self-serving politician would call for an election, when the country is in the middle of the war.)

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to the announcement: "Israel is in an existential threat on several fronts. Benny, now is not the time to abandon the war - it's time to join forces." "My door is open to any Zionist party that is prepared to do its part and help bring victory over our enemies and ensure security for our citizens," the Prime Minister added. (Obviously, the National Unity party is also very political, but not Zionist party.)

Despite Gantz’s withdrawal, Netanyahu promised to keep prosecuting the war in Gaza until all of the military campaign’s goals are achieved, “primarily the release of hostages and the elimination of Hamas.”

Note: It was reported, even before Gantz resigned, that the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is expected to meet with Gantz during his 6th visit to Israel since the war began.

Netanyahu Dissolves the War Cabinet

The Prime Minister has decided to dissolve the War Cabinet and decisions will instead be made by the Security Cabinet. The War Cabinet was established on October 11th, following the Hamas invasion of October 7th, to provide a separate decision-making body other than the existing Security Cabinet. The arrangement drew sharp criticism from the government’s Zionist allies, including National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir (Otzma Yehudit) and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich (Religious Zionist Party) – both of whom are statutory members of the Security Cabinet. (The ‘War cabinet’ was created as a show of political unity - Benny Gantz has never cared about it!)

Why Biden’s Top Officials Hosted Israel’s Gantz

Benny Gantz, an Israeli minister without a portfolio, was granted an audience with officials at the highest level of the United States government in Washington, DC, a month before he announced his resignation from emergency government. The endless number of times the US officials urged more aid to Gaza, and reiterated their call for a pause in the fighting. But the real message in having the meetings with Netanyahu’s main domestic rival was signalling frustration of President Joe Biden with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, if not personal despise.
