Iran is a Centre of Attention
A top Bahraini official, Abdulla bin Ahmed al Khalifa, visited Israel to deepen the two countries' cooperation against Iranian aggression, expanding a partnership struck through the 2020 Abraham Accords. The visit sends a message to an emboldened Iran. The Islamic Republic launched a July maritime campaign against Israel and other Gulf countries that peaked when an Iranian drone attacked an Israeli-operated commercial tanker, killing two people.
Central Intelligence Agency chief William Burns visited Israel to discuss Iran's nuclear programme and its activities in the region with both Bennett and his Israeli counterpart David Barnea. In recent months, Iran began to enrich uranium to 60%, develop uranium metal and block International Atomic Energy Agency access to nuclear sites.
Iranian Dissident Delegation Visits Israel The first Iranian delegation to Israel since the fall of the Shah 42 years earlier came to Israel. Ben Tabatabaei, a member of the delegation who is an international business and political economist, said "The regime in Iran is at war with Persian culture, civilization, and, most importantly, our Persian values". He warned against the current effort by the US administration to re-enter the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, the 2015 nuclear deal the Trump administration withdrew from in May 2018. "This regime is determined to get nuclear weapons. It throws them a huge lifeline because they need to have at least $60 billion" to fund their various supporters to stay in power.
Prime Minister Naftali Bennett told CIA Director Bill Burns that the US and Israel should start working on a joint strategy for a scenario in which Iran elects not to return to the 2015 nuclear deal The Israeli government is concerned that the US and other Western powers won't push back hard as Iran moves ahead with its nuclear program. (Otherwise, there is always Plan-A available for Israel to deal with Iran with the help from allied Arab states.)
The “Desert Eagle” exercise, the first of its kind joint exercise with the participation of the Israeli Air Force and the US Air Force Central Command (AFCENT), concluded last week. Israeli and US forces flew F-15 and F-16 aircraft to simulate combatting threats and increase operational readiness.
Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak
Do not blame the United Nations for its anti-Israel policy only. It is the traditional anti-Semitic ugliness of the population of the Western countries and their political elite, which is in control of the UN policies, has been responsible for tolerating and even encouraging the aggression of Arab/Muslim world against Israel and systematic anti-Israel bias of the 'Ugly Nothing'!
IDF confiscates consignment of chocolate bars headed to Gaza, as Hamas has been selling food items to Gaza residents in order to fund its terrorist operations. Using intelligence sources, Israel has recently succeeded in foiling a number of attempts to finance terrorist organizations via food imports.
The Taliban's sudden conquest of Afghanistan after US forces withdrew is a reminder that Israel can only count on itself for its defense. "The USA is our closest ally. They have been there for Israel time and again over the years. But the horrific events in Afghanistan must be a hard, scary lesson about changing interests and cold, hard calculations," former Israeli ambassador Arthur Lenk tweeted. There is a need "to protect partnerships, relationships, alliances and reputation," he wrote, adding that one must "have a plan for a rainy day when all of the above might fail."
Speaking during a meeting with Palestinian Authority (PA) chairman Mahmoud Abbas in Amman, the Jordanian leader stressed Jordan's support on the just and legitimate rights of the so-called Palestinians to establish their independent state. (Jordan Occupied of Eastern Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria from 1948 to 1967. The Hashemite Kingdom made no attempt to create a 'Palestinian' state.)
Israel reduced by 39% the number of homes in Judea and Samaria, as the Civil Administration plans to advance authorization, with an eye toward appeasing US President Joe Biden’s administration, which opposes such activity. Initial intention was to advance plans for 3,623 homes, but for diplomatic reasons, reduced by 1,400 units. The State Department, however, still attacked the move, saying: “We believe it is critical for Israel and the Palestinian Authority to refrain from unilateral steps that exacerbate tensions and fundamentally undercut efforts to advance a negotiated two-state solution.” (When will Israeli political leadership learn that a sovereign country must look for its own interests first? No amount of appeasement will win respect from international anti-Semites – self-respect will!)
A court in Saudi Arabia has delivered verdicts against 69 Palestinians and Jordanians, handing jail terms of up to 22 years to some. The group was detained on alleged links with an unnamed “terrorist” group.
The European Union funded illegal structures in Gush Etzion built by a convicted terrorist Rizq Salah, who in 1990 murdered IDF soldier Guy Friedman, was released by Israel in 2013 as part of a US-mediated initiative to resume peace talks. The structures bear the logos of the European Union, Oxfam and the Rural Women's Development Society, a Palestinian NGO. "The EU needs to end its sick obsession with the Jewish state and stop funding anti-Israel projects and NGOs. Israel is not a punching bag for the EU to take out its anti-Semitic aggression on," said Matan Peleg, CEO of Im Tirtzu, a Zionist NGO.
Hamas prevented a team of United Nations inspectors from examining a tunnel discovered in June under a school in Gaza city’s Zaitoun neighborhood. UN Mine Action Service (UNMAS) bomb-disposal unit had arrived to inspect another UNRWA-run school, but was forced by Hamas police to leave. In the absence of safety inspections, the schools will not be able to open as scheduled. (This was not reported by the 'Jew-loving' International press, which does not care about violations of international laws by Hamas.)
Poland's president Andrzej Duda has approved a law that will make it harder for Jewish people to recover property lost during and after World War Two. Israel has recalled its diplomatic envoy to Warsaw over the changes, branding the law "anti-Semitic". Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid said he was recommending Poland's ambassador to Israel remain on his summer holiday in Poland. The legislation relates to claims on property stolen by Nazi Germany, then seized by Poland's communist regime. Both the US and Israeli governments had strongly urged Poland not to pass the law and Israel had warned it would harm ties.
Quote of the Week:
“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie (what Democratic party is doing now in the US). It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.” - Joseph Goebbels, German Nazi politician and Propaganda Minister (1897-1945) – The second sentence is less known, but very more important to understand! Many governments had been using this principle! Contrary to common believes, the NAZI movement is a Socialist ideology, not a Capitalist one!

When anti-Zionists talk about the “Occupied Palestinian Territory,” it is worthwhile to take a closer look at that term.
In 1964, Ahmad el-Shukairy convened a conference at which he created a terrorist movement called the Palestine Liberation Organization. The PLO undertook to perpetrate terrorist acts against Israeli civilians to “liberate Palestine.” At the time, Jordan occupied Judea and Samaria (aka the “West Bank”) and Egypt-occupied Gaza. Yet, the PLO’s terror campaign was not aimed at driving Jordan or Egypt out of those illegally occupied lands. Rather, all PLO terror aimed instead to drive the Jews out of Tel Aviv, Haifa, Ra’anana and other cities, towns and villages in pre-1967 Israel and “into the (Mediterranean) sea.” (No room for the Jewish state)
It always has been Arab Muslim Orthodoxy that “Palestine” is the entire country of Israel, not merely Judea and Samaria. See for example the emblems of the “Palestine” terror groups, including the PLO, Fatah, Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ). That is their “Occupied Palestine Territory” - not the “West Bank” or Gaza but all of Israel. It is as clear as day, right there on their flags and banners. It is their logo. One does not need to be fluent in Arabic to grasp what is on their minds and in their attack plans. (Regardless of their political or religious affiliation, all of them only one objective – destruction of Israel)
If “Palestine” and the “Occupied Palestinian Territories” truly are the regions of Gaza, Judea and Samaria - then why and how can those Arabs who have been living there for decades still call themselves refugees and demand - and receive - billions in international handouts from the United Nations, the European Union and even the United States as though living displaced from their own land? (How many more generations of the fake refugees are the international anti-Semites willing to support out of pure spite toward the existence of the Jewish state?)
For those who speak of a “two-state solution” as though Israel’s enemies are prepared to live alongside it in peace someday if only Israel withdraws from Judea and Samaria, it is important occasionally to glance back at the logos of Palestinian terrorist groups. (They also need to be reminded that even in accordance with the modern international law of Gaza, Judea and Samaria, and even Jordan could be considered as part of a Jewish state, as they were designated by the League of Nations! The last time “Palestine” was a political entity, it was the British mandate for Palestine, which was meant for creation of the Jewish state - Eretz-Israel. The designation has never been overridden, so “occupied Palestinian territory” should be considered to be the Jewish land occupied by Arabs.)
