Face of True Genocidal Bigotry

South Africa’s Arguments Fail the Laws of War

South Africa never really had a chance in its genocide claims against Israel if applying the laws of war, being that the entire “show” before the International Court of Justice is a political stunt designed to blacken Israel’s name, using legal-sounding language to launder an anti-Israel agenda.

None of the statements they have been provided from public officials were Israel's official policy or legal statements, and Israel has publicly produced vast amounts of evidence that it has expended enormous resources to avoid killing Palestinian civilians; and it acknowledged and explained errors, which happen in all wars.

South Africa did not mention Hamas’s systematic use of the Palestinian civilian population and civilian locations, including schools, mosques, and UN buildings, as human shields.

Even the International Criminal Court has made statements implicitly acknowledging that Hamas has done this.

In practically a twilight-zone moment, one South African lawyer said the IDF’s warning to Palestinians in mid-October to evacuate northern Gaza within 24 hours was itself a war crime. Warning civilians to evacuate is an obligation under the laws of war if one is planning to attack an area.

This is without even mentioning that the IDF did not actually invade until a week and a half after its initial warning, and it later gave additional warnings and extensions that certainly went beyond the minimal obligations laid out by the laws of war.

Underneath all of this was an opening statement attacking Israel for crimes against the Palestinians – not just since 1967, as some more honest, if misguided, critics go after Israel for, but dating back to 1948.

In other words, South Africa implicitly questioned Israel’s right to exist as an independent Jewish state.

South Africa is Anti-Israel/Anti-Semitic

Jewish cricketeer David Teeger stripped of his title as South Africa’s captain at Under-19 World Cup, following pro-Israel comments he made. (They call it a democracy. What a joke!)

The UN Should be on Trial

Israel’s Ambassador to the United Nations Gilad Erdan issued a response to the hearing at the UN's International Court of Justice. “The proceedings in The Hague demonstrate how the UN and its institutions have become weapons in service of terrorist organizations. The UN is the one who should sit on trial in The Hague for turning a blind eye, and thereby serving as an accomplice, to the digging of terror tunnels in Gaza, in the use of international aid for the production of missiles and rockets, and in the education of hatred and murder.“

UNRWA Undermines Israel’s Existence

The Knesset committee heard testimony that UNRWA undermines the existence of the State of Israel, and is currently run by Hamas. “The Palestinian education system is the gravest security threat for the State of Israel, and UNRWA is the core of the problem,” report stated. The MKs were briefed on the matter by representatives of the IDF, the Israel Security Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other state bodies. The organization (UNRWA) continuously preserves the (Palestinian) refugee idea and the idea of a right of return, and its goal is to perpetuate the conflict, generation after generation. If we will allow it to continue to perpetuate the Palestinian refugee problem, instead of resolving it, the threat will only grow.” (76% of Israelis support the removal of UNRWA)

100 Days in Hell

"We are continuing the war, until the end, until absolute victory - the elimination of Hamas, the return of our hostages, and a promise that Gaza will never again pose a threat to our citizens," - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak

Fake Accusation of Genocide is Rejected – the US, the UK, Germany and Canada do not accept the premise of South Africa's case at the International Court of Justice which says Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. These countries have shown that traditionally they do not have much love for Israel and Jews in particular. In spite of that, most likely due to a sound legal advise, they were compelled to make their position on the subject clear, and reveal how bogus the accusation against Israel by South Africa in the Hague is.

Not so Friendly the United States

Antisemitic incidents in US rose 360% since October 7th. There were 3,283 antisemitic incidents in the United States — including 60 physical assaults; 553 incidents of vandalism and 1,353 incidents of harassment. The total number of incidents during the past three months is more than four times the number that occurred during the same period last year. Forty percent of the incidents - a total of 1,317 - were during pro-Palestinian rallies. (The US government has done nothing to stop this. The unjustified criticism and pressure the Biden administration put on Israel, as well as anti-Israel bias news reporting only inflame Antisemitism in the leading democracy!)

Hamas Terror Tunnels in Figures

Using the information collected by IDF troops on the ground and analysis of the tunnels exposed by the forces up until now, the Intelligence Directorate has revealed that over 6,000 tons of concrete and 1,800 tons of metal were used to build hundreds of kilometers of underground infrastructure, at a total cost of tens of millions of dollars. "Instead of investing in civilian infrastructure and development to benefit the residents of the Gaza Strip, Hamas used vast quantities of money and resources over many years to build a vast underground tunnel network used for its deadly terrorist activity," the IDF stated.

The UNSC Voted to End Houthis Attacks

The United Nations Security Council approved a resolution demanding an immediate end to attacks by Yemen's Houthi rebels on shipping in the Red Sea. Four countries abstained: China, Russia, Algeria and Mozambique. The resolution that was passed "demands that the Houthis immediately cease all such attacks, which impede global commerce and undermine navigational rights and freedoms as well as regional peace and security." (They did not really care when ships destined to Israel were attacked by Houthis. The 'Ugly Nazi' still has not condemned the heinous terrorist attack committed by Hamas against Israel on 7 of October.)

The PA will ‘Pay for Slay’ to Oct. 7 Terrorists

Since October 7, the Palestinian Authority has added 3,550 terrorists, 661 of whom are Hamas terrorists from Gaza, imprisoned in Israel, to its list of people who qualify to receive terror stipends. The families of 23,210 “martyrs” will also receive payouts.

New Multidimensional Unit Took out Terrorist

For the first time since its establishment, soldiers of the Multidimensional Unit eliminated terrorists, using advanced drones and a combination of technological capabilities. The soldiers destroyed dozens of anti-tank missile launch positions, observation posts, and weapons storage facilities in the northern Gaza Strip, and eliminated dozens of Hamas terrorists.

It is Too Early for Planning Post-war Gaza

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken held talks in Israel as he seeks a plan for Gaza's post-war future, while Israel's military pushed ahead with its offensive in the beleaguered territory, while heavy bombardment and fighting are still on. The US and Israel remain deeply divided over how Gaza will be run after its current Hamas rulers are defeated. American officials have called for the Palestinian Authority to take over in Gaza and for negotiations to resume on the creation of a Palestinian state. (Replacing one terror group by another is not an answer! The PA have already rejected several offers of a creation a Palestinian state on the Jewish land. Destruction of Israel is all they want.)

Israel Sent a Message to Hezbollah Leadership

Israel killed a senior commander, Wissam Hassan al-Tawil, of Lebanon’s Hezbollah movement, who had a leading role in managing Hezbollah’s operations in the south. He was a veteran of the Iranian-backed Lebanese force who took part in the 2006 cross-border kidnapping of two Israeli soldiers that triggered the last war between Israel and Hezbollah. He is the second high-profile killing in Lebanon this month, following a strike on Hezbollah’s Beirut stronghold a week before, which killed Hamas deputy leader Saleh al-Aruri.

Quote of the Week:

“In an attempt to score domestic political points and ingratiate itself with some of the vilest and repressive regimes on earth, South Africa has taken Israel to the ICJ. South Africa is extremely and deviously selective in its accusations of genocide, ignoring the mass murder of Yazidis, the hundreds of thousands of Syrians butchered by their own regime, and countless attempted genocides in Africa. There is zero legitimacy in accusing a nation fighting genocide of perpetrating the same crime. It would be like accusing the Allies in the Second World War of perpetrating genocide against the Nazis. South Africa is trying to defame and delegitimize the one Jewish State, and needs to be called out for their hate, antisemitism and hypocrisy.” -  Sacha Roytman Dratwa, CEO of the Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM).

Gaza is Only Concern of the Jew-Haters

by Alexander Ratz and Ahmed Elimam

The international community has an obligation to organize security in Gaza after the war and a reformed Palestinian Authority must play a crucial role in that future, Germany’s foreign minister said during a visit to Egypt. “Egypt and Germany are agreed that Gaza and the West Bank belong to Palestinians,” Germany’s Annalena Baerbock told reporters. ("Reformed Palestinian Authority" – what a joke! Hamas and Fatah have the same objective – destruction of Israel and killing Jews. Antisemites of the world are deliberately Delusional.)

"Egypt and Germany are agreed that Gaza and the West Bank belong to Palestinians," Germany's Annalena Baerbock said. (What history books did she read? Jewish have been systematically robbed of their ancestral land, and the land which was allocated for the Jewish state in 1920. View "Israel - History in Maps")

Pressure is mounting on Israel from the United States and Middle East powers to ease its assault on the Hamas-run enclave of Gaza. (Israel is conducting a defensive war against a terrorist aggression. There is no pressure on Russia, China, North Korea and many more hot spots to 'ease' their aggression!)

Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry said the immediate priority was to get a ceasefire, deal with security issues, while getting humanitarian aid and preventing displacement. (A ceasefire will be a reward to Hamas and endanger the life of Jewish hostages.)

"All the steps that are being taken (by Israel) are for the purpose of pushing towards displacement," said Shoukry, adding 2 million Palestinians could not remained trapped. (It is time for them to end occupation of the Jewish land, find a new home and terrorise the Jew-hating international community somewhere else. Maybe then they will understand what Israel is dealing with.)

Baerbock, who was in Israel on Monday and travels on to Lebanon later, said Hamas needed to lay down its arms. (How has it worked so far?)

NOTE: Israel's assault was in response to attacks on Oct. 7 by Palestinian Hamas militants (TERRORISTS the correct terminology must be used) that Israel says killed 1,200 people.
