Chronology of Pretend Friendship

by Steven Shamrak

On September 21, 1922, President Warren G. Harding signed the joint resolution of approval, with many ifs and buts attached, to establish a Jewish National Home in Palestine.

In the late 1930s the German government did all it could to induce the Jews to leave the country. At the same time, the United States and most of the world imposed a 'blockade' on Jewish escape from Nazi Europe, effectively facilitating the Holocaust!

In 1948 the United States reluctantly supported UN resolution 141. Israel was born. However, most countries, at the time, hoped that the Muslim states would achieve their plan of destruction of the newly re-created Jewish state and they backed this hope by introducing an embargo on the importation of arms to the region, mainly Israel.

In 1950, the US abandoned Israel both politically and militarily. In order to win the support of its new ‘friends’, France and Britain, Israel helped them in the war against Egypt to re-gain control of the Suez Canal.

In 1967, during the Six Day war, the US was spying on Israel and had plans ready to invade Sinai in order to prevent Israel’s advance against Egypt.

During the last 15 years, the US presidents have been generously offering Jewish land to the recently forged ‘Palestinian’ people in order to accommodate the creation a new terror infested Muslim state. Having already 60 Muslim states apparently is not enough!

In spite of all of this duplicity exhibited by the US, Israel remains the best political partner of the United States. Israel is the most reliable military strategic partner of the United States in the Middle East. One must also not underestimate the immense scientific, technological and economic benefits the US has been receiving from Israel’s and Jewish know-how.

Some hypocrites are screaming at this moment about economic aid that Israel receives from the US. They are deliberately ignoring the fact that most of it, and even more, is paid back in the form of military orders that stimulate the US economy. They are mute about the aid that the US gives to Muslim countries, even to Saudi Arabia. Artificial maintenance of the Arab-Israel conflict is beneficial for US industrial machinery as the United States also supplies Israel’s enemies with arms in exchange for oil! Besides environmentally polluting oil, which the Arabs did not make and are not even able to unearth themselves, and a chain of global terror attacks like September 11, how do these Arab and Muslim countries, which those anti-Semitic idiots are advocating and supporting, benefit the US or the world?

Since 1947, Israel has been living under the threat of Arab terror with its hands tightly held by the international hypocrites who did not want to see the existence of the Jewish state in the first place. Throughout history, Jews have never been able to please enemies or even so-called friends. Israel must take full control of her own destiny, the future of Jewish people and Jewish land!

We need a new leadership for this; a leadership which is capable of setting long-term National goals and following them through. Otherwise, the future of Israel is bleak! As former CEO of General Electric Jack Welch, said: Control your own destiny or someone else will.”

Celebrating 55 Years of Jerusalem Liberation

Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak

Zionism is the Jewish National Independence Movement!

It is the only Independence Movement that is not supported by the Jew-hating political Left, and obviously by other anti-Semites. The true Jewish Zionist objective has not been achieved yet. Against all odds, the Jewish people were able to establish the Jewish state, survive the War of Independence and re-unite Jerusalem. By creating a plan and executing, it Israel will be able to accomplish its primary national goal – reunification of Eretz-Israel.

Jerusalem Day March

Some 25,000 people marched through the Old City of Jerusalem as part of the Jerusalem Day flag march on Sunday afternoon, hours after a record 2,600 Israelis visited the Temple Mount compound.

Free Trade Agreement with UAE

Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will sign a free trade agreement in Dubai on Tuesday. Customs duties will be eliminated on 96% of products. The UAE and Israel formally established relations in 2020 as part of the US-brokered Abraham Accords that also included Bahrain and Morocco. (When 'Palestinian' issue became irrelevant, some Arab states have chosen Israel as a 'friend'.)

‘Unhealthy’ anti-Semitic Ugliness of International Nazis

The United Nations’ World Health Organization (WHO) held a session singling out Israel - by a vote of 77 to 14, with 36 abstentions - for allegedly violating the health rights of the non-Jewish population in the Golan Heights. The resolution was submitted by the Palestinian Authority and Syrian delegations, and was co-sponsored by countries such as Cuba, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Venezuela and Yemen. (The list of sponsors tells it all. International anti-Semites have shown their ugliness again.)

Turkey is not a Friend of Israel

Turkey’s foreign minister said that improved ties with Israel will not come at the expense of its commitment to supporting the Palestinians and the two-state solution to the conflict. “Our support for the Palestinian cause is completely independent of the course of our relations with Israel,” Cavusoglu said. (There are no "relations with Israel". Turkey is just playing a political game with Israel.)

Israel can't Trust this 'Friend'

The New York Times reported that a US intelligence source said that Israel had informed the United States that it was behind the assassination of a senior Iranian officer. Sayad Khodayee was a leader of a covert unit tasked with abductions and killings of Israelis and other foreigners around the world. The Israeli defense establishment was surprised and outraged by the report, and sought clarifications from Washington on the leak.

Jordan is not Peace Partner

Jordan condemned an Israeli court decision whereby Jews are permitted to recite the Shema Yisrael prayer and bow while visiting the Temple Mount. Jordan's Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Haitham Abu Al-Foul said that it "lacks legal status under international law that does not recognize Israeli jurisdiction on territories occupied in 1967, including East Jerusalem." (What about freedom of religion? Must Israel close all mosques in the Jewish state?)

Quote of the Week:

"On Jerusalem Day, we mark not only the unity of our capital but also the unity of our people. On this day we pledge: Jerusalem will never be divided again, the people of Israel will never be divided again."  - Prime Minister Naftali Bennett - National unity is still the issue Jews need to address seriously. Reunification of Eretz-Israel is another one.

End Discrimination of Jews in Judea, Samaria

A watchdog group which monitors illegal Arab land seizures and construction released a new video, urging Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz to end anti-Jewish discrimination in land sales in Judea and Samaria.

“The State of Israel continues to enforce a law that discriminates against Jews and bars them from purchasing land in the heart of the Land of Israel. Discrimination of this kind would be immediately struck down in any other modern democracy – but here, in our ancestral land, the government of the Jewish state is afraid to protect the rights of the Jewish People. It’s an outrage, an affront to justice and equality, and a badge of shame,” said Tamar Sikurel, a Regavim spokesperson.

Nearly two months ago, the High Court of Justice issued a conditional order to repeal Jordanian Law #40. The government and the Minister of Defense were given 60 days to file arguments in defense of their continued enforcement of the law that prohibits the sale of land in Judea and Samaria to Jews.

“Defending this indefensible law will only add insult to injury,” added Sikurel. “Defense Minister Gantz – don’t wait for the High Court to intervene. Strike down Jordanian Law #40 today!”

Knesset Committee Favours Illegal Arab Outposts

The anger over the issue arose after the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee was quick to schedule a discussion for Monday on connecting Palestinian Arab communities in Area C to the Water Authority. At the same time, a discussion on the issue of young (Jewish) settlements was held this week, more than six months after it was requested by Knesset members.
