Egypt Violating the Peace Treaty

by Lior Ben Ari

The Egyptian military has bolstered its presence in the Sinai Desert bordering Israel in recent months.

According to the terms of the peace agreement with Israel, signed in 1979, Egypt’s military deployment in the Sinai is restricted to a specific number of troops. Egypt’s recent actions in the region go beyond its allotted quota and may constitute a violation of the peace treaty.

Israel is holding discussions with both Cairo and Washington on the matter. “Washington is responsible for upholding the peace agreement and must ensure it is implemented as written,” the official said. So far, Israel has refrained from commenting publicly on Egypt’s actions in the Sinai.

Israeli Ambassador to the US Yechiel Leiter wrote a letter to the Trump administration expressing concern over the issue.

Leiter referred to the expanded Egyptian military presence in the region as “intolerable” in a February 2025 letter. “For a long time, this issue was pushed aside, but it is continuing. There are bases being built, and they can only be used for offensive operations and offensive weapons,” Leiter wrote. “This will be a topic we are going to put on the table – very soon and very firmly.”

Dissecting Gaza

- Israeli forces advanced into the ruins of the city of Rafah, part of a newly announced "security zone" they intend to seize.

- Israel is establishing a new security corridor across the Gaza Strip. Netanyahu described the new axis as the Morag corridor, using the name of a Jewish settlement that once stood between Rafah and Khan Younis.

- Israel has reasserted control over the Netzarim corridor, also named for a former settlement, which cuts off the northern third of Gaza, including Gaza City, from the rest of the narrow coastal strip. IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir vowed that “the only thing that can stop us from advancing is the release of our hostages.”

“We are cutting up the strip, and we are increasing the pressure step by step, so that they will give us our hostages,” Netanyahu said. (Hopefully, Israel will remove all the enemies from Jewish land, starting from Gaza!)

Food for Thought: by Steven Shamrak

My main aim is to bring Jews, in Israel and the Diaspora, to the realization that we must be the masters of our destiny and land. This means, we must set our own national goals and pursue them. We have the historical, religious, legal and moral rights to reclaim and reunite our land. Everything else is completely irrelevant!

Iran Sponsored October 7 Massacre

Defense minister Israel Katz exposes intercepted correspondence showing Hamas leaders Yahya Sinwar and Mohammed Deif requested $500 million from Iran’s Quds Force to fund efforts to 'annihilate Israel and confront the US. The intelligence was gathered physically from deep inside enemy territory and includes archives from Hamas, Hezbollah and other sensitive sources. Katz said, “The conclusion is clear: Iran is the head of the snake. Despite all its denials, it continues to fund and promote terrorism across all fronts - from Gaza to Lebanon, Syria, the West Bank and now Yemen, under the banner of its desire to destroy Israel.”

Anti-Semites are not welcome in Israel

Two left-wing British parliamentarians were denied entry to Israel after they landed at Ben-Gurion Airport. Yemen-born MP Abtisam Mohamed and MP Yuan Yang, both of the Labour party, were denied entry to the country because they planned to “document the activities of security forces and spread anti-Israel hatred,” the Population and Immigration Authority said. They claimed to be traveling as part of official delegation, but the UK government did not confirm the trip in advance with Israeli authorities - the UK government had not informed Israel about the arrival of the delegation. (Her Jew-hatred is just what the UN wants.)

Iran Pulling Forces out of Yemen

Iran has reportedly ordered its military personnel to leave Yemen and is pulling back its support for the Houthis amid extensive US airstrikes. “The view here is that the Houthis will not be able to survive and are living their final months or even days, so there is no point in keeping them on our list,” an official said. The US strikes are aimed at stopping the Iran-backed group from attacking commercial shipping in solidarity with the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas.

The US is Sending 20,000 Assault Rifles to Israel

- The Trump administration moved forward with the sale of more than 20,000 US-made assault rifles to Israel. The rifle sale had been put on hold after Democratic lawmakers objected and sought information on how Israel was going to use them. The congressional committees eventually cleared the sale but the Biden administration kept the hold in place.

- The US transferred a second THAAD anti-missile defense battery to Israel. The THAAD, or Terminal High Altitude Area Defense System, is an advanced anti-missile system, capable of hitting targets at ranges of 150-200 kilometers (93-124 miles). It also integrates with Israel’s existing multi-tier missile defense systems. (Ahead of the regime change in Iran?)

Proxy War with Turkey in Syria

Israeli warplanes bombed targets across Syria, in a bid to prevent Turkish forces from establishing a foothold in Syrian territory. At least 25 airstrikes were reported. Since the fall of the Assad regime last December the Erdogan government has deployed military assets deep in Syrian territory, raising concerns in Israel. Two airbases have been the center of Turkish efforts recently to expand its control over Syria. Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz warned the new Syrian regime not to allow foreign military forces to operate in Syrian territory.

'Ugly Nazi' Reappointed anti-Israel Rapporteur

United Nations Human Rights Council renews Francesca Albanese’s mandate as its special rapporteur for Judea, Samaria, and Gaza – despite accusations of antisemitism and objections from the US. Since 2022, Francesca Albanese, has served as the UN Special Rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian Territories, a mandate which spans Judea, Samaria, Gaza, and eastern Jerusalem. “We condemn her virulent antisemitism, which demonizes Israel and supports Hamas. She has clearly violated the UN’s code of conduct and is unfit for her role. Her reappointment would show the UN tolerates anti-Semitic hatred and support for terrorism,” the US mission to the UN said.

There is no Interest in a Ceasefire

Hamas decided not to respond or engage with Israel's counterproposal for a ceasefire in Gaza (release of 10 to 12 live hostages, as well as the return of the bodies of deceased captives). Hamas had only agreed to a proposal it received from mediators Egypt and Qatar, which included the release of five Israeli hostages in exchange for 250 Palestinian terrorists (150 are serving life), and 2,000 terrorist suspects detained following the Oct. 7, 2023, attacks.

Israel Cancelled all Tariffs on US Products

Israel has cancelled all of the customs duties, or import tariffs, that have been levied until now on products from the US, Israel's largest trading partner. The Government Press office stated, "The US is Israel's closest ally and its most significant trading partner. In 2024, the export of goods to the US stood at $17.3 billion, while the export of services was estimated at $16.7 billion." (That is how tariffs 'war' should be conducted.)

Not all Gazans the Same

Members of a local Deir al-Balah clan in Gaza execute a Hamas policeman who they claimed is a Hamas operative responsible for killing one of their relatives. The execution has caused an outroar in the Gaza Strip, following the recent mass demonstrations against Hamas and the execution of several demonstrators by Hamas. (It looks like ‘clan wars’, not anti-Hamas or pro-Israel ideas, prompted the current demonstrations in Gaza.)

Quotes of the Week:

"The State of Israel will not abandon the security of the residents and will not allow Mahmoud Abbas and the Palestinian Authority to use illegal construction as a tool to create a strategic threat to the Judea and Samaria communities and the country. Just as we are crushing Palestinian Arab terror in the terror camps, we will also prevent any attempt by the Authority to seize lands in Judea and Samaria and harm Jewish towns." - Israel Katz, Defense Minister  The best solution would be to move them all to Jordan, and reunite Judea and Samaria with Israel.

The Red Cross is Anti-Semitic Nest

by Dr. Michael L. Wise

Today, 59 Israeli hostages remain in Gaza. How can we justify hostage negotiating with a terrorist entity when we do not even know for sure who is alive and who has already been murdered? Many have been murdered in brutal circumstances. Many are held in underground caves, starving.

Shouldn’t the International Red Cross be proactive and take the humanitarian steps to expose terrorist barbarism!? Prior to further negotiations, the International Red Cross must demand to be granted immediate access to all living hostages. Before any possible ceasefire. (The Red Cross has never really tried to visit Israeli hostages in Gaza, and removed itself from negotiations with Hamas to facilitate the hostage’s release.)

The Red Cross must demand that Hamas facilitates access. The world must clearly say that there is no excuse to isolate these tortured souls. It flagrantly violates every moral, religious, and civilized humanitarian code.

The Red Cross has provided humanitarian aid in Gaza including: medical assistance in hospitals and healthcare facilities, emergency services collaborating with the Palestine Red Crescent Society to deliver ambulance services, and distributing supplies to civilians.

The hostages cannot be used as human shields by terrorists. Holding hostages and putting them in harm’s way is an inexcusable crime. Unfortunately, the global outcry condemning and ostracizing Hamas brutality has been silent. The Red Cross should set a humanitarian model rather than act as a quiescent player in refusing to demand the end of insane barbarism.

Unfortunately, it is not surprising that the International Red Cross has ignored the plight of Jewish hostages! The International Red Cross has not changed one iota in its disregard of Jewish lives & suffering in captivity. Little has changed since the International Red Cross acknowledged that during World War II.

Red Cross officials certified that the Jews were treated well

by the Nazis in concentration camps.

The Anti-Semites of the Red Cross failed to speak out and act on behalf of the millions of people who suffered and perished in the death camps, especially the Jewish people targeted, persecuted, and murdered under the Nazi regime.
