Antisemitism of Population Transfer Ban by Steven Shamrak. After long and careful consideration, Israel has made a decision to transfer some members of suicide bombers’ families to Gaza. It did not come as a surprise when UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan immediately voiced his opposition to the decision. I have made an effort to find out details of an international agreement he has referred to. As usual, it is open to interpretations. And, as usual, “friends” are taking an anti-Israel point of view: Geneva Convention Protection of Civilian Persons - Article 49 “Individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory to the territory of the Occupying Power or to that of any other country, occupied or not, are prohibited, regardless of their motive. Nevertheless, the Occupying Power may undertake total or partial evacuation of a given area if the security of the population in question or imperative military reasons do demand.” The following is my interpretation of the document: 1. First of all, even according to UN legal definition Judea, Samaria and Gaza are disputed not occupied territories. 2. Families of suicide bombers will be transferred from one “protected” territory to another. 3. By encouraging their sons and daughters to commit terror acts, accepting the admiration from their neighbors and “blood money” from the Arabs’ terror network, families of suicide/homicide bombers became an integrated part of the terror machinery. 4. More than 75% of the Arab population in the PA controlled territories support terror acts against Israel. Therefore, they can hardly be classified as an innocent civilian population. Israel has enough military and security reasons to conduct a population transfer. Why was ‘Population Transfer’ a good conflict resolution tool and was widely used, but made ‘illegal’ as soon as Jews won the War of Independence, in 1948? In 1922, 1.8 million were transferred between Greece and Turkey. In 1947, over 12 million were transferred when the Indian peninsula was divided between India and Pakistan. There are many more examples when millions of people were transferred in order to resolve conflicts since 1948. Even now, many millions have been transferred from Southern Sudan, Eretria, Iraq, Syria and other countries, labeled as “refugees”. Only one group of ‘professional refugees’ is unmovable – the fake Palestinians! Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak In 1988, Jordan ceded its claim to Judea and Samaria, which Jordan and six other Muslim countries seized in 1948, and Gaza, in an aggressive offensive against the newly reborn Jewish state in an attempt to destroy Israel. The Palestine Mandate was adopted by the League of Nations in July 1922. The League of Nations Mandate system in the Middle East had allocated land, including the land East of the Jordan River, in order to re-establish the Jewish state – Eretz-Israel. Therefore, Gaza, Judea and Samaria are integral parts of Eretz-Israel. Any other claims are just fakery and a deliberate distortion of legal and historic truth by international anti-Semites, Jew-hating individuals and governments, and lackeys of enemies of Israel! "It is unthinkable that the US interferes in the division of powers of the Israeli government. After decades in which the settlers of Judea and Samaria live under a military regime, the time has come to provide equal citizenship and proper services to the settlers as well. There are coalition agreements and all the party leaders will insist that they be fulfilled and so it will be," said a senior Israeli government official, after a spokesman for the US State Department said that "the Biden administration believes it is critical for Israel and the Palestinians to avoid unilateral steps that would exacerbate tensions and undermine efforts to advance negotiations on a two-state solution." (What negotiations - terrorist attacks? Both sides have rejected the ‘two-state solution’ – creation of a terrorist state on the Jewish land. Israel is a sovereign democratic state! There are many ‘problematic’ countries the Biden administration could focus on.) Israel's security cabinet approved legalization of nine new settlements, despite clear objections from the United States. The Civil Administration Higher Planning Committee will also convene “in the coming days to approve the construction of new residential units in existing communities in Judea and Samaria,” the Prime Minister’s Office said. The Planning Committee is likely to approve 10,000 new settler housing units, said Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich. When will it be ENOUGH? - A Palestinian plowed a car into a crowded bus stop in Ramot, Jerusalem, on Friday, killing an eight-year-old boy, Asher Menachem Paley, his six-year-old brother, Yaakov Yisrael, and a man in his 20s, Alter Shlomo Lederman. - After Abdel-Latif al-Kanou, the spokesman for the Hamas movement, praised the ramming in Jerusalem and said that "the struggle (terrorism) is the most effective way to deal with the Zionist occupation" a was rocket fired from Gaza. The last time a rocket was fired was on February 1, 2023, prompting a retaliatory strike on a Hamas weapons manufacturing site and a missile facility. (Unlike Israeli politicians, enemies of Israel mean what they say.) Dealing with Iran and the PA is Responsibility of Israel President Joe Biden completely ignored the Middle East - including the failing Iran nuclear deal, and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict - in his remarks to Congress in the State of the Union address. In the past, it was almost routine to hear the president talk about prospects for a nuclear deal with Iran, and about efforts to pursue an Israeli-Palestinian peace deal.
Israel Provides Humanitarian Help even to Enemies One day after the earthquake, an Israeli aid delegation landed in Turkey. The delegation is being led by the Commander of the National Rescue Unit in the Home Front Command, COL (res.) Golan Vach, and includes 150 active-duty and reservist personnel. Deceitful Christian Missionaries A family of Christian missionaries who have been previously exposed for pretending to be religious Jews and infiltrating ultra-Orthodox communities in the hopes of converting them to Christianity is currently living in Jerusalem and attempting to fraudulently obtain Israeli citizenship. (Enemies of Jews have many faces. Why are they still in Israel and not deported?) Quote of the Week: “The Biden administration's pathological obsession with undermining Israel is endangering the national security of America and our allies. A visit by a minister from Israel’s government to a site inside Israel is not a change in any (idiotic) status quo arrangement, and it should not be controversial for a Jew to visit the holiest site in Judaism. Biden administration has consistently sought to undermine Israel’s security and sovereignty over its territory. The administration prohibited even mentioning the ‘Abraham Accords,’; sought to open a Palestinian consulate in Israel's capital, Jerusalem; unleashed the FBI against the Israeli army; and publicly ostracized parts of Israel’s democratically-elected government. Meanwhile, the administration is pouring over a billion dollars into Palestinian (controlled) areas." - Senator Ted Cruz criticized the Biden administration - This is not how 'the best friend' behaves. UNRWA vs. UNHCR – The Shocking Numbers (This is 2018 information, but little has changed) Both UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency) and the UNHCR (United Nations High Commission for Refugees) are mandated by the UN to aid refugees, but there are some significant differences between how these two organizations spend their money, and thus, how successful and efficient they are at using that money to end the refugee crisis... If one defines success as resolving the refugee’s problems, then UNRWA can only be defined as a complete failure. UNRWA does not try or want to resettle the refugees, nor help the refugees move forward with their lives in a new host country, where some are already 3rd and 4th generation UN welfare recipients. UNRWA maintains the refugee definition, even for those living in refugee camps within the Palestinian Authority. UNRWA has 4X more staff members than UNHCR, although UNRWA deals with 6X fewer refugees. UNRWA spends twice as much per refugee each year than UNHCR does – and has never resettled even a single refugee. UNHCR: Refugees can be resettled in any third country, with the goal to help them get on with their lives. Children of refugees are not supposed to be considered refugees. UNRWA: There are 4.681 million Arab refugees; however, only 20,000 according to a classified US State Department report. UNHCR: There are 15.4 million refugees; plus 800,000 awaiting refugee status and 12 million stateless people w/o refugee status for a total of 28.2 million refugees. UNRWA: $1 Billion USD; Number of Countries: 5; Staff: 29,000 UNHCR: $3.32 Billion USD; Number of Countries: 123; Staff: 7,200 Conclusion: Shut down UNRWA and transfer the responsibility for resettling fake Palestinian refugees to UNHCR. (Even better - Transfer all the Fake Palestinians to Arab/Muslim countries and shut down UNRWA.)
