Another Useless ‘Peace’ Party

Defence Minister Ehud Barak on Tuesday unveiled his plan for a peace accord with the Palestinian Authority. Barak's plan, in his own words, includes

  • "A permanent border set according to security and demographic concerns in a manner in which settlement blocs and neighbourhoods in Jerusalem remain under Israeli sovereignty, and land exchanges that will leave in the hands of the Palestinians territory similar to that which was their land before '67,

·         "Security arrangements which include permanent (military) presence along the Jordan River and guarantee that the demilitarized Palestinian state does not become another Gaza or Lebanon,

·         "Settlement of refugees in the Palestinian state,

·         "Agreed-upon arrangements in the holy area of Jerusalem,

·         "And most importantly, an end to the conflict and the mutual demands, in addition to recognition of Israel as the nation state of the Jewish people, and the Palestinian state as the nation state of the Arab Palestinians."

(He deliberately disregards the fact that similar ‘peace’ plans were initiated many times before and have been rejected by both Fatah and Hamas. They consistently reject recognition of Israel as a Jewish state, but insist on removal of all Jews from PA’s Muslim state!)

The day after unveiling his peace plan Barak formally inaugurated his 'Independence' party in Tel Aviv. Mocking his former party, Labor, Barak said "this is the first time that I feel I am in a party where the relations between the members are genuine and true." (This is another self-hating Israeli party which is set to promote the surrender of Zionist inspiration of Jewish people. Isn’t it time to remove him from the government, as he does not represent the Labor voters who elected him?)

Self-serving Hypocrite Must Resign

Danny Dayan, head of the Yesha (Judea and Samaria) Council, responded to remarks from President Shimon Peres. “It is a shame that the president, Shimon Peres, got mixed up in such an embarrassing way in an interview for Independence Day. When he spoke about 'the settlers coming home,' he apparently forgot that they returned home 44 years ago already. We returned to Hevron and Gush Etzion, to Shilo and Beit El, to the heart of our national home, and we do not plan to leave.” Dayan continued, “With all due respect, it cannot be forgotten that (Peres) was also responsible for the biggest diplomatic failures in Israeli history, such as bringing Arafat and his gang to the land of Israel, and the fantasy of  a 'new Middle East.'”

Food for Thought by Steven Shamrak

If you are against the idea of reunification of all Jewish land, please be consistent and reject legitimacy of most Muslim countries in the Middle East, as they are beneficiaries of a Mandate system, which was created by the League of Nations in 1922 after WWII. Only Jews were robbed of their ancestral land in the process and were forced to accept, after the shock of the Holocaust, less than 18% of land that was allocated for Eretz-Israel!

Gutless ‘Useless Nothing’

Syria has rejected the pressure to remove its candidacy for membership in the UN Human Rights Council, in spite of the fact that the Syrian regime committed numerous violations of human rights during the suppression of demonstrations in the country. (‘Ugly Nazi’ has elected the renown human rights violator to the Council, but unwilling to get rid of it!)

Only Israel Needs Convincing

Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal said that he will work to convince Fatah that "resistance" is the only way to bring about the end of Israel's "occupation". Interviewed by Reuters, Mashaal said, "What is needed today ... is to have resistance in all forms, armed and public ones... Any occupier in the world never retreats voluntarily... It only retreats under pressure and force." (He is right. That is why Israel must realise that neither Fatah nor Hamas is interested in peace, and the only way for peace is to end occupation of Jewish land, all Palestinian MandateEretz-Israel, by the enemies!)

Israel an ‘Export Superpower’

Figures show Israel is an export superpower, having exported $80.5 billion in 2010 and having multiplied its exports by 13,400 since 1948.

Yes, to PA State – No to Israel!

Hamas would accept a Palestinian state "on any part of Palestine," Zahar said in an interview with Palestinian news agency Ma'an. Hamas has previously said it is willing to temporarily accept a Palestinian state in the West Bank and Gaza. The ultimate goal, however, would be a state of "Palestine in its entirety." (means the land known as Palestinian Mandate, designated in 1922 for Eretz-Israel) At the same time, he said that Hamas would not recognise Israel, because doing so would "cancel the right of the next generation to liberate the land." (The rights of Jews is irrelevant) Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal said that he gives the Israeli government a one-year deadline to recognise an independent Palestinian state founded on lands occupied since 1967, including Jerusalem as its capital. (No recognition of Israel is offered!)

UN Presses Israel to Release PA Funds

The UN secretary general, Ban Ki-moon, and Norway that lead an umbrella group that makes donations to the PA have urged Israel to hand over tax revenues withheld over the Palestinian reconciliation agreement. The income is used to pay the salaries of PA employees and to provide services. (They do not pressure the PA to end terror attacks on Israel, but providing unconditional support to Jews killers and Islamic terrorists!)

PA Can't Contain Nakba Rage

Fatah officials say the PA won't be able to contain 'Nakba Day' protests marking the 63rd anniversary of the creation of Israel, claiming that Arabs in PA controlled areas have been encouraged by the toppling of Arab leaders in the 'spring revolt' and believe the same can be done with Israel. (What about Jewish rage? 63 year after gaining long awaited independence, Jews are still suffering from Arab terror and are not in charge of their, surprisingly, sovereign country!)

Has the US Declared war on Pakistan?

The US is sustaining the momentum of the war on terror by sending more Special Forces and drones into Pakistan after Osama bin Laden's top lieutenant, Ayman al Zawahiri, Taliban leader Mullah Omer and al Qaeda's chief operations officer, Seif al Adal. Washington suspects their whereabouts are known to Pakistan's Inter-Services-Intelligence agency (ISI) and has given Islamabad an ultimatum: Cooperate in their capture or US troops will take up the pursuit in your country.

Small Step in the Right Direction

Israel quietly revoked the residency of 140,000 Arabs who were traveling abroad for work or study in the period between 1967 and 1994 when the Oslo Accords came into effect.

Quote of the Week:

"First the Saturday people (the Jews), then the Sunday people (the Christians)." - This anti-Christian graffiti is common on the walls of Bethlehem. (Palestinian Christians have fled Islamic rule in the past and present - Lebanon, Iraq. In the final census conducted by the British mandatory authorities in 1947, there were 28,000 Christians in Jerusalem. The census conducted by Israel immediately after the Six-Day War in 1967, which ended the 19-year Jordanian control of the eastern portion of the city, found just 11,000 Christians remaining.) - After Jews, Christians, then Hindus and Buddhists!

The Mandate - a Story of Legalized Robbery!

by Steven Shamrak.

From the moment of recognising the right of the Jewish people to live on the land of their ancestors the international community, represented by the League of Nations and the United Nations, have made all possible efforts to deny the Jewish people this right. Led and controlled by the Great Britain and France, those institutions rubberstamped and authorized the greatest legalized robbery in modern history. Any conceivable shady and disgusting deals were made in order to prevent the creation of the state of Israel in Eretz Israel (Land of Israel)!

The Palestine Mandate. July 24, 1922.

In July 1922 the League of Nations entrusted Great Britain with the Palestine Mandate. Recognising "the historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine," Great Britain was called upon to facilitate the establishment of a Jewish national home in Palestine - Eretz Israel (Land of Israel, including trans-Jordan).

Preamble. Whereas the Principal Allied Powers have also agreed that the Mandatory should be responsible for putting into effect the declaration originally made on November 2nd, 1917, by the Government of His Britannic Majesty, and adopted by the said Powers, in favor of the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people

Article 2. The Mandatory shall be responsible for placing the country under such political, administrative and economic conditions as will secure the establishment of the Jewish national home, as laid down in the preamble...

Article 5. The Mandatory (Great Britain) shall be responsible for seeing that no Palestine territory shall be ceded or leased to, or in any way placed under the control of the Government of any foreign Power...

Three months later, in order to obtain full control over the Suez Canal, Great Britain made a deal with the Hashemite Kingdom, Egypt and France. Trans-Jordan (77% of the Mandate) was given to the king's brother in exchange for the Sinai, which was given to Egypt. Golan Heights (5% of the Palestinian Mandate) was ceded to the French controlled Syrian Mandate. This robbery was legalized immediately by the puppets of the Great Britain and France, the League of Nations! It was a clear violation of Article 5 of the Palestinian Mandate. Our 'friends' are still quite generous in giving away the Jewish land!

Between 1922 and 1948, Jews were not allowed to move and live in Trans-Jordan, but Great Britain and the Arab sheikhs facilitated the transfer of tens of thousands of Muslims to the Western side of the Palestinian Mandate. They were brought by truck loads from Syria, Iraq, Iran and Egypt to the remaining part of the Mandate. At the same time, the immigration of the Jews was restricted and continuously hindered by Great Britain, the governing authority.

At the end, in its 'generosity', the United Nations divided the remaining 18% of the Palestinian Mandate into a maze of six ugly triangles. Three of them were given to Jews: Jerusalem was not included!

The Jewish people have been systematically robbed by the International community of their land rights. Our rights and inspirations have being ignored and crushed by the cruelty of International anti-Semitism! Why do Jewish leaders subscribe to the anti-Israel lies of our enemies? Why are Israeli political leaders not demanding the return of the Jewish land? We have all legal, historical, moral and spiritual rights to reclaim the Palestine Mandated lands as - Eretz Israel!
