True Muslims and Christians Must Love Israel

by Steven Shamrak

The Jewish concept of Messiah, which in Hebrew means 'anointed one', a righteous king who will be sent by God to unite people all over the world and lead the world into an age of peace and understanding, was adopted by the Christian Church and Islam.

Both religions have incorporated the Torah and teachings of Judaism as part of their theology.

It is written in the Torah and in the Old Testament, Bereishit (Genesis) - Chapter 15:18 “On that day, the Lord formed a covenant with Abram, saying, "To your seed I have given this land, from the river of Egypt until the great river, the Euphrates River.”

This verse defines quite clearly the borders of Jewish kingdom/state, which is much greater than the current land of Israel, controlled by Jews, or even the territory of the Palestine Mandate with was allocated by the League of Nations in 1920 as a Jewish state – Eretz-Israel. The Language recognised "the historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine."

In spite of that, all the Christian member-states of the League of Nations tried their best to make sure that the Jewish states would not be re-born! Since it’s miraculous re-establishment and several wars with Muslim countries, Israel controls less than 18% of the Palestine Mandate.

At the same time, since 1947, the United Nations, majority members of which are mostly Christian and Muslim states, made it a tradition to denigrate and condemn Israel. They still question and reject the rights of the Jewish people to the land of our ancestors.

Even before Israel was revived, Muslim leaders and countries vigorously opposed it. They have waged several wars against Israel. To undermine the legitimacy of Israel they created, with the help of the Communist anti-Semites of the Soviet Union, a fake people - Palestinians. They have been sponsoring terrorism against Jews even before Israel was reinstated.

Islamic leaders and rulers are not ignorant and uneducated people. They must have studied or at least read the Quran once, 5:20-22:

”And (mention, O Muhammad), when Moses said to his people, “O my people, remember the favour of Allah upon you when He appointed among you prophets and made you possessors and gave you that which He had not given anyone among the worlds. O my people, enter the Holy Land which Allah (G-d) has assigned to you and do not turn back (from fighting in Allah’s cause) and (thus) become losers. They said, “O Moses, indeed within it is a people of tyrannical strength, and indeed, we will never enter it until they leave it; but if they leave it, then we will enter.”

If they are true Muslims and followers of the words of their prophet Mohamed, Muslims must obey teachings of their holy book, Quran. Otherwise, they are just another bunch of common anti-Semitic and Jew-hating religious hypocrites, like others before them.

Almost half of the world population is either Christian or Muslim.

-      Why don’t we see millions or billions of them protesting the injustice, discrimination and cruelty the Jewish people and Israel have been subjected to in the past and present?

-      Why don’t they stop common anti-Semitic idiots, and Israel-hating governments and organisations?

-      Why are most Christians, Muslims, their leaders and governments supporting enemies of Israel?

-      Why do international organizations, like the UN, deliberately and unjustifiably single out Israel for an endless string of critical resolutions?

-      Why have most of the Muslim countries still not recognised Israel?

On the other hand, they might have a pathological need for hate. If not for common subject of hate – Jews, Catholics, Anglicans and Orthodox Christians would continue killing each other; Sunni and Shia would also enjoy this favourable ‘pass-time’.

NOTE: If you are offended by this article, it means that you might need to question and address your attitude toward Jewish people and the state of Israel, and your preconceived ideas about them, because I have not written it to hurt anybody.
