Anti-Semitic as Usual!
The US State Department appears to have a set style-sheet for condemning terrorist attacks around the world – but when the victims are Israelis, the style-sheet is changed, to Israel's detriment...
Israel has suffered two vicious and lethal attacks by Palestinian terrorists over the past week; for only one of them did the State Department issue a statement of condemnation and condolences. The ZOA notes, however, that the condemnation of Hallel Yaffa Ariel does not mention that it was a Palestinian Arab who committed the heinous crime of murdering her as she slept in her bed, nor that the murdered girl was an Israeli.
This, as opposed to the general State Department pattern by which it generally identifies the victims’ nationality and expresses support for the victims’ nation, army, government, sovereignty and countrymen and women.
Furthermore, the ZOA found that many of the State Department’s “condolence” statements issued at the murder of Jewish Israelis even include hints that Israel shares in the blame. The State Department often uses these occasions, such as on March 8th of this year, to demand that “all parties... take affirmative steps to reduce tensions and restore calm."
...In five recent cases, the State Department failed to mention that terror attacks in Israel were perpetrated by Palestinian terrorists. In contrast, the announcements of condemnation of terror attacks in other countries often identify the perpetrators' affiliations – such as on April 19, Jan. 11 and Jan. 7 of this year.
In addition, the State Department often identifies the victims of terror attacks and expresses support and solidarity with the country being targeted. This is consistently not the case, however, regarding Palestinian terror attacks in Israel.
The US State Department is questioning whether Israel really wants to make peace with the Palestinian Authority, and whether the Netanyahu government really supports the “two-state solution.” State Department spokesperson John Kirby told reporters at a briefing that Washington is “deeply concerned” over Israel’s decision to approve a tender for 42 housing units in Kiryat Arba and construction of 800 new housing units in Jerusalem and Ma’ale Adumim. (What about terror attacks committed with approval of Hamas and PLO - so who is against peace!)

TO THOSE WHO STILL BLAME JEWS!
DON'T BLAME JEWS for CRIME COMMITTED by OTHERS!
Two thousand years ago, thousands of Jewish rebels were routinely killed by Romans for fighting against the Roman occupation of Judea. In the time of desperation, few Jews declared themselves a Messiah! One of them Christianity adopted as their Savior! Later, when Roman Empire adopted Christianity in order to prolong its demise, his killing by Romans had become an inconvenient truth. Therefore, they blamed Jews for his 'sacrifice'! Please, study the history of Christianity and Rome! You will find that Rome killed Jewish rebels not Christians and many early Christians deliberately committed crimes just to be crucified by Romans - as their 'Savior' was! FYI: Crucifixion was a Roman punishment, not a Jewish one.
Minister Yisrael Katz: Israel should promote its own initiative in the region and not capitulate to foreign attempts to impose peace. He listed Maale Adumim, Givat Ze'ev, Beitar Illit and Gush Etzion as communities that should be annexed, and noted that full construction in the Jewish neighborhoods around Jerusalem should be promoted. Katz also called to cancel the freeze on construction in Judea and Samaria and build according to the needs of the residents there. (As the first step of reunification of Eretz-Israel!)
A senior commander in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Hossein Salami, claims his country is ready to annihilate all of “the Zionist regime”. “In Lebanon alone,” declared Salami, “over 100,000 missiles are ready to be launched. If there is a will, if it serves (our) interests, and if the Zionist regime repeats its past mistakes due to its miscalculations, these missiles will pierce through space, and will strike at the heart of the Zionist regime. They will prepare the ground for its great collapse in the new era.”
A knife wielding female Arab terrorist approached a hitchhiking post at the Gitai Avisar junction in Samaria, an incident that ended in her death. However, the enclosed dashboard camera record of the incident reveals a troubling fact about the encounter. IDF soldiers were afraid to shoot the attacker. They are afraid to use their weapon against her and they do everything to avoid having to pull the trigger (for 10 seconds). If ever there were proof of the damage that the IDF leadership has inflicted on the ability of the soldiers on the ground to defend themselves effectively against crazed terrorist attackers — this one should be played round-the-clock at IDF headquarters.
CNN on Tuesday published an updated map showing places in the world in which terrorist attacks had taken place during the Muslim month of Ramadan – but deliberately omitted terror attacks committed by Arabs in Judea and Samaria. The map does not, however, point out the two attacks last week against Israeli citizens of Judea and Samaria in which 13-year-old Hallel Yaffa Ariel and Rabbi Michael Mark were murdered.
While Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu pledged last week that following the murders of two Israelis at the hands of Arab terrorists Israel would no longer transfer taxes collected on behalf of the Palestinian Authority in full, a report by Channel 10 Tuesday evening revealed that the government did not in fact deduct money used for terror from the transfer.
Lawmakers and experts assembled at a Capitol Hill hearing expressed outrage over the Palestinian Authority’s policy of financially rewarding terrorist attacks against Israelis. The PA provides paychecks for Palestinian terrorists who are imprisoned in Israel, as well as money for their families and the families of those killed while committing acts of terror. (The United States supports the PA with over $400 million annually!)
Some 300 Hamas members and supporters – as well as 950 Hezbollah activists and members – are operating in Germany, the country’s domestic intelligence agency said in its annual federal report, the same numbers as were listed in its 2013 and 2014 reports.
A recent poll found that more than a third of the Jewish public believes Israel should annex the West Bank without giving equal rights to the Palestinians living there. Overall, the majority – 55 percent – believe Israeli control of the West Bank should continue, either by sustaining the status quo or through annexation.
Quote of the Week:
"Twelve million Muslims have been killed by other Muslims since 1948. The number of people killed during the Arab-Israeli conflict is 0.3 percent of this. However, still, the UN, international organizations and the world continue to unhaltingly condemn Israel and are extra careful about any condemnation of Islamic violence." - Yair Lapid, Yesh Atid leader
Message to Christian Friends of Jews
by Steven Shamrak
There are many different Christian churches, groups and movements. Some call themselves Zionists or good and true Christians. Many of them are deeply antagonistic toward mainstream Catholics and Anglicans. And they disassociate themselves from the actions of their church in the past.
Just recently, the Pope, leader of 1.1 billion Catholics, deliberately omitted Israel from the list of countries suffering from Islamic terror in his speech. Following his example, an Anglican archbishop did not mention two Jews as victims of London bombings. Some Church leaders are still advocating divestment from Israel, but not from Muslim countries linked to Islamic terrorism!
We have not been hearing condemnations made by "true Christians" of the anti-Semitic behaviour and Israel-bashing by their Christian brothers in the past and the present. Most of them are silent about Arab terrorism in Israel, anti-Semitic acts in their own countries and anti-Israel discriminatory behaviour of the UN, EU, Red Cross and USA as well. True friendship can be measured only by actions!
The inaction of church leaders and the Christian leadership of the US and European governments against the spreading of Islamic terror is appalling and borders on criminal negligence. For many years they have been ignoring the warnings about Islamic expansionistic ambitions. They ignore the fact, that true Islamists hate Christians even more than Jews. Now they are experiencing the result of their duplicity. Europe is under the flame of Islamic fire but the hypocrites still are not able to face the reality and are playing the dangerous game of political correctness, ignorance and providing false justifications to basic Islamic hate toward anything that is not Muslim!
From the Jewish point of view it is difficult to distinguish the true friends among the Christian groups. Most of them claim friendship but actually have sinister motives. The Messianic Christians, for example, consider themselves as 'good Christians'. This is in spite of the fact that the main objective of the Messianic church is to prove the validity of Christian teachings by converting lost Jewish souls to Christianity. They believe, as many before them, that the increase in the number of Jewish Christians is an indication that the Church is G-d's true religion. In the past the forceful conversion of Jews was a preferred method, but proved ineffective.
Unfortunately, many Christian groups and organizations still believe and practice the old traditional theology of hate or misguided envy toward Jews. They ignore the fact that conversion of Jews to Christianity is actually against the will of the G-d and undermines the most important Christian doctrine of the Second coming. It diminishes the chance of all Jews to come to Israel, as He commanded for the arrival of the Jewish Messiah. Effectively, due to deeply imbedded anti-Semitism or pathological jealousy, many branches of the Church have been sabotaging the Second coming of their Messiah by evangelising Jews.
I respect any belief system as long as they do not discriminate against others. At the same time, I demand the same respect toward my people, our traditions and our rights from others. True friendship is a two way street.
Jews welcome moral and political support for Israel from the non-Jewish friends. But it must be given without any ulterior motives. The good Christian friends must not be frustrated when Jews criticize the anti-Semitic behaviour of the Church. Most often, the Church practice and religion have very little in common! If you follow the Bible’s message of love, you are on the right side and have nothing to be concerned about. The bottom line is - your teacher was a Jew and it is difficult to distort his message of love!
