Sworn to Destruction.

(20 Threats
Iranian leaders made against Israel in 2013)
Anti-Israel incitement in Iran was never confined to Ahmadinejad.
The entire Iranian leadership - including senior clerics, top Revolutionary
Guard commanders, and army officers - yearns for the day when Israel will be destroyed.
The new Iranian president, Hassan
Rouhani, has referred to "the Zionist
regime" as an enemy nation and pledged to find a way to achieve Ayatollah
Khomeini's long-term goal of ensuring that Israel ceases to exist.
"We will not abandon our [armed] struggle until
the annihilation of Israel and until we will be able to pray in al-Aqsa mosque." - Brig. Gen. Mohammad Reza Naqdi, Commander of the Basij
militia.
"The enemies are talking about the options on
the table. They should know that the first option on our table is the
annihilation of Israel." - Ayatollah Hossein Nouri Hamedani, Lecturer at
religious seminary in Qom.
"The Zionist regime will soon be destroyed, and
this generation will be witness to its destruction." - Hojatoleslam
Ali Shirazi, Supreme Leader's representative in the
Revolutionary Guards.
"The destruction of Israel is the idea of the Islamic Revolution in Iran and is one of the pillars of the Iranian Islamic
regime. We cannot claim that we have no intention of going to war with Israel!" - Ahmad Alamolhoda,
Member of the Assembly of Experts.
“We don’t aspire to obtain a nuclear bomb, but it is
necessary so we can put Israel in its place,” said Muhammad Nabavian,
Iranian parliament representative.
When
the Iranians fasten signs on trucks carrying their Shahab-3 missiles calling for
Israel to be wiped off the map, they leave little doubt as
to their mission. (The threat is real! Nuclear armed
Iran is not Hamas
or Hezbollah armed with Katyusha rockets. Israel can’t afford to wait for the first
strike by Nuclear Iran.)
Brilliant General, Weak Politician is Dead
Ariel Sharon was a commanding and controversial figure in Israel’s military and political history. A
victorious, innovative and often maverick general, his power-motivated,
divisive style in politics won him the eponym of “bulldozer.” A hawk and early
champion of Jewish settlement, Sharon underwent a remarkable transformation in
2005 to orchestrate Israel’s unilateral withdrawal from the Gaza
Strip against stiff party and popular opposition.
Scums Celebrate Death of Sharon
Palestinian leaders from both the Fatah-led PA and the Islamist Hamas
movement celebrated his death, with a senior official labelling him a
"criminal" and accusing him of being responsible for the death in
2004 of former PA Chairman Yasser Arafat.
Food for Thought by Steven Shamrak
Any personal, business or political goal is
achievable when an individual has a desire and plan of action. A revolution is only possible if it becomes a
part of a mind-set, determination, of the significant part of population. Reunification of all Jewish
land is only possible when Jews start to believe in it again!
Another Snub to the US Policy Failure
Egypt’s Supreme Council of the Armed Forces convened last
week to discuss the possibility of nominating Defense Minister Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Sisi for
president. The move came despite US pressure to prevent the nomination of a
military figure. Gen. Sisi told US Secretary of
Defense Chuck Hagel he rejected outside intervention
in the will of the Egyptian people. (Is policy of Obama administration just incompetent in the Middle East, or are Obama
and Kerry deliberately destroying any international credibility the US still has?)
Self-Hating Left
Organizing Immigrant Strike
Yoram Sheftel, who
is also a regular columnist on Arutz Sheva and a radio host, wrote Thursday that the migrant
workers' recent strike and rallies are being organized by “the red enemy from
within, the ones who are funded by external elements from the European Union,
and the New Israel Fund, which is almost completely funded by the anti-Semitic
Ford Foundation.” "These are protests by the internal red enemy, which has
raised the banner of eradicating the state of Israel as the state of the Jewish people,” he
said. “There is nothing like the infiltration of over 50,000 people, who would
have reached hundreds of thousands, to realize this goal.”
UN Smear
Campaign Against Israel
Refugee
body of ‘Useless Nothing’, UNHCR, slammed Israel's 'open' facility for “warehousing” asylum seekers,
failing to properly examine refugee claims. According to the UNHCR,
"asylum-seekers are being labeled as 'infiltrators,' illegal work
infiltrators or economic migrants without necessarily taking into account the
reasons of why they had to flee from their country of origin." (Many countries, including Australia and the US, are “warehousing” Illegal arrivals in
detentions camps for years. If infiltrators are genuine refugees, why would
they cross several countries on the way to Israel and did not apply for a refugee status
with UNHCR in a ‘refugee friendly’ environment of Muslim countries?)
Up
to 7,000 Foreign Jihadists Fighting in Syria
Between 6,000 and 7,000 foreign fighters have arrived
in Syria to take up arms with rebels
against the Assad regime. A large majority of them is joining Jihadi organizations, the Nusra
Front being foremost among them. They are liable to continue terrorist and
subversive activities in their countries of origin when they return. Some of
the volunteers either returned to their countries of origin or were killed or
wounded in the fighting, or captured by the Syrian army. We estimate the number
of foreign fighters killed at about 500-700, that is, between 8 percent and 10%
of the total number. (They are not naïve people who
are radicalized in Syria - they are Islamic radicals who came to
fight Jihad in Syria!)
Avoda is Willing to Betray Israel Any Way Possible
Labor Party chairman Yitzchak Herzog said that despite his party's
strong antipathy to the current government, Labor will do everything necessary
to ensure that any peace proposals or frameworks offered by US Secretary of
State John Kerry will be adopted by the Knesset. Labor, he said, would step in
to bolster coalition partners supporting the proposals, casting their votes in
favor to make up for the ones that would be cast against it by rightwing parties.
Egypti Declared Hamas a Terror Group
- Will the World Follow?
An
Egyptian lawyer, Samir Sabri,
has filed a lawsuit, demanding that they declare Hamas
a terrorist organization. Sabri listed the terrorist
actions that Hamas has carried out against Egypt,
including breaking down the barrier between Egypt and Gaza in 2008, breaking
into Egyptian jails in 2011 and releasing Hamas terrorist
prisoners, involvement in blowing up the gas pipeline in Sinai, the capture of Hamas man Hamed Mahmoud Salameh with a firebomb
at Tahrir Square, and Hamas's
involvement in attacking military targets in Sinai.
Illegals will be Deported
Prime
Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said that illegal migrants could protest all they
wanted, but that would not shake Israel's determination to deport them. “I want to make it
clear: No protests or strikes will help. Just as we succeeded in preventing new
illegals from entering Israel, we will also remove from here those who managed to
get here in the past,” Netanyahu said. (They are
economic migrants - they did not apply for a refugee status in UN camps in Africa, but took a long and dangerous way,
crossing Sinai!)
Saudi Proudly Keeping Tradition
Saudi Arabia's religious police had warned against
celebrating New Year's Eve in the Islamic conservative Gulf kingdom. The
Commission, known unofficially as mutawa, based its
warning on a religious edict from the top committee of Saudi clerics banning
such celebrations. The Commission also warned Saudi gift shops not to sell any
merchandise, including flowers and dolls. (No matter what, one has to admire the determination of Saudi Arabia to keep its national and religious traditions - it
is something Jews and Israel need to learn!)
Peace Now Praise Arab Mob
Yariv Oppenheimer, head of the far-left Peace Now
(Shalom Achshav) organization, expressed his esteem
for a mob from the PA controlled town of Kusra that abducted and beat a group of Jews. “Good job to the residents of
the village of Kusra, who kept alive the ‘price tag’ activists who came to bring judgment on
them.” (Jews have more grievances with Arab
terrorism and vandalism. Will he and other self-hating Jews praise Jewish
vigilantism?)
Hamas: Reconciliation with Fatah in 2014
Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh revealed that Hamas would
welcome any former Gazans (not Jews who were transferred from Gaza by force against their will) who fled the terror-stricken territory
in 2007, when the terror organization aggressively took over the Gaza. "We are more than willing to end
the schism," Haniyeh stated, "and we
emphasize that reconciliation will be achieved under Egyptian
supervision." (Is it a
political stunt to please Egypt military rulers or signal for more
coordinated with Fatah terrorist attacks against Israel?)
Egypt
Destroys 8 Smuggling Tunnels in Sinai
The
Egyptian military destroyed 8 smuggling tunnels in Rafah
and a warehouse containing explosive devices in northern Sinai. During the
enforcement operation the Egyptian army arrested 24 militants. (No international outrage!)
Why
to Bother with Fake Peace Framework?
Prime
Minister Binyamin Netanyahu plans to hold the first popular referendum in Israel’s history for ratifying the amended peace framework
proposal which US Secretary of State John Kerry is drafting for presentation in the
coming weeks. (The “framework” is fake and not
acceptable to both sides! Israel needs to set its own national goal and
pursue it! Fake Palestinians have it - destruction of Israel - and they are not going to change it.)
Quotes of the Week:
“Make no mistake. The genocidal Islamic
fundamentalists ruling Iran are contemporary Nazis
reinforced with messianic beliefs. Like the Nazis, they aim to impose their
demonic ideology on the entire world and proudly proclaim their goal to defeat
the “Great Satan” (America) and wipe the “rabid dog of the
region” (Israel), off the map.” - Isi Leibler
Truth About the Pollard Affair
by Dr. Aaron Lerner
In a copy of the May 26, 1987 Eban
Commission Report on the Pollard Affair that was prepared by a subcommittee of
the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee of the
Knesset.
I was astounded to find the following passage under
the heading “The Decision to Cooperate with the US.”
Israel agreed to return the American documents it obtained
through Pollard, but “conditioned the cooperation on the granting of immunity
to the three persons involved in the affair and on the consent of the Americans
to the fact that the documents returned would not be used to convict Pollard…”
That’s right. The United States agreed NOT to use the documents in the case against
Pollard.
How important were those documents to the case?
Let’s look at what Assistant U.S. Attorney John R.
Fisher wrote on page 10 in the June 17, 1987 “Government’s Opposition to Motion to
Reduce Sentence”: “Cooperation was not forthcoming in this case until several
months after defendant’s arrest. Indeed, defendant agreed to enter a guilty
plea and cooperate only after government attorneys and investigators returned
from Israel with additional evidence of defendant’s guilt.”
Not only did the Americans break their agreement with
Israel and use the documents to prosecute
Pollard, the government’s own lawyer states for the record that Pollard pleaded
guilty thanks to those documents.
America broke its word and Pollard went to
prison.
