PA Rejects Any Solution, but Destruction of Israel

by Jonathan S. Tobin

When the Egyptian government reached out to Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas recently... The PA Ma’an News Agency reported that the Egyptians told Abbas that they were willing to cede a 618-square mile area of the Sinai adjacent to Gaza for resettlement of the Palestinian refugees… (The Egyptian government has denied it by now)

“They (the Egyptians) are prepared to receive all the refugees, (saying) ‘let’s end the refugee story’,” Abbas was quoted by Ma’an news agency as saying.

Abbas noted that the idea was first proposed to the Egyptian government in 1956, but was furiously rejected by Palestinian leaders…

“Now this is being proposed once again. A senior leader in Egypt said: ‘a refuge must be found for the Palestinians and we have all this open land.’ This was said to me personally. But it’s illogical for the problem to be solved at Egypt’s expense. We won’t have it,” Abbas said. (Instead of wasting billions of international aid dollars on restoration of Gaza again, the current estimate is close to 9 billion, until the next Hamas provocation, why not implement “the Sinai Option” and end the artificially perpetuated conflict once and for all!)

Happy New Year - Shana Tova!

Schizophrenic US Middle East Policy

Contributed by David R. Pressler

We want Assad to defeat ISIS, ISIS to defeat the Rebels, and the Rebels to beat Assad. In Iraq, the Shias control the government, and we support the Iraqi government. Al Qaeda and ISIS are fighting the Shias. Iran is controlled by Shias. They are our enemy, but they support the government in Iraq and Assad in Syria. We oppose ISIS and Al Qaeda in Iraq and Syria. We want the rebels in Syria to defeat Assad. Hamas is Sunni, and they support the Rebels and ISIS, because they are also Sunni, but they get their support from Iran, which is Shia and supports Assad. Hezbollah is Shia and they support Assad and Iran, but they also support Hamas.

Food for Thought by Steven Shamrak

Kurds of Iraq have a plan and are working toward re-unification of Kurdistan! They use the current instability to re-claim their land from Arab occupation and are prepared to declare independence. Next step is taking over of all ancient Kurdish land occupied by Syria, Iran and Turkey. Does the Israeli government have a plan to end occupation of Jewish land by enemies and re-unite Jewish land, Eretz-Israel? When is “enough is enough”?

True Friends are Direct, not Ambiguous

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper vowed to support Israel: "Friends, in this fight, we also stand with the democratic State of Israel…” "What is the difference between Hamas and Israel, and ISIS and us?" he asked. "One thing: Hamas is a lot closer to Israel than ISIS is to us." "Israel is the frontline," he continued. "Anyone among the free and democratic nation that turns their back on Israel, or turns a blind eye to the nature of Israel’s enemies does so, in the long run, at their own peril."

PA and Hamas Stalling Gaza War Crimes Probe

According to officials at the International Criminal Court, The PA has so far prevented the launch of a formal investigation into the alleged war crimes committed by Israel and Palestinian factions during the 50-day Gaza war last July and August. ICC's top prosecutor Fatou Bensouda says she "did not receive a positive confirmation" from PA Foreign Minister Riad Malki. (Although, as a propaganda tool), both the PA and Hamas have publicly called for an investigation by the ICC into the alleged war crimes. (There is no international pressure on Hamas to answer for the war crimes it has committed during the conflict! Is it because they are not Jews?)

US is Lead by Hypocrites not Visionaries!

US Secretary of State John Kerry says Egypt is an "important partner" in the emerging coalition aimed at beating back the extremist (Sunni) Islamic State group in Syria and Iraq. However, it seems Egypt is not completely on board and unlikely (as all other Arab states) will be actively participating in battle against the Islamic State. (Anyone is welcome to join the coalition but Israel! Just recently Kerry criticised President Abdel-Fattah Al-Sisi for fighting and dismembering another Islamist terrorist, Shia based, organisation - the Muslim Brotherhood!)

Time to Realise - Turkey is not Ally!

Turkey inflicted a stunning blow at President Barack Obama’s strategy for a broad US-led coalition against the Islamic State. Ankara said its air bases would be unavailable for US-led attacks on “jihadists in Iraq and Syria.” Turkey would also “not take part in combat operations against militants.” (Will the coalition ask Israel to join? The main source of income for ISIS is oil revenue. Shia Syria, Iran and the government of Iraq would not buy it - only Turkey would! It is time to face reality and expel Turkey from NATO.)

Arab Countries Buying US ‘Objective’ Negotiators

Martin Indyk, the man who ran John Kerry’s Israeli-Palestinian negotiations, whose failure in turn set off this summer’s bloody Gaza War, cashed a $14.8 million check from Qatar, country which is currently Hamas’ chief financial backer - which means that while Qatar isn’t itself launching missiles on Israeli towns, Hamas wouldn’t be able to do so without Qatari cash. (This is normal US politic - President Carter and both Bushes benefited greatly from similar arrangements!)

Mixed Message from Hamas

Hamas deputy leader Mousa Abu Marzouq said (In English interview) that the group does not want another war with Israel, but warned more fighting is inevitable unless the blockade on Gaza is lifted. Such a deal remains elusive, in part because Hamas refuses to disarm - a key Israeli condition for lifting the blockade.

Israel is a Safe Haven for UN ‘Peace-Keepers’

Days after release of 45 UN Fijian peacekeepers kidnapped by Islamists, hundreds of members of the UN observers stationed on the Syrian side of the Golan Heights, crossed the border into Israel.

Oil Revenue of ISIS

By selling the oil on the black market at a discounted price of $40 per barrel (compared to about $93 per barrel in the free market), ISIS takes in $3.2 million a day. The oil revenue, which amounts to nearly $100 million each month, allows ISIS to fund its military and terrorist attacks. When it comes to making a fast buck, the Middle East has no shortage of “strange bedfellows” willing to do business with each other. (Strangely, Syria and, most likely NATO member Turkey, are IS’s customers.)

Europe is still anti-Semitic

About 40% of Europe's Jews choose to hide their Jewishness and avoid any activity which may reveal their religion, according to data gathered from more than 800 European Jewish communities. (The new of Islamic anti-Semitism in Europe is just complementing the old European tradition!)

Turkey would Welcome Muslim Brotherhood Leaders

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said he would welcome seven top Muslim Brotherhood figures. Turkey-Egypt tensions spike further as Erdogan offers a new home to Islamists booted out of Qatar, rejects reports he is buying oil from ISIS. (Why is Turkey is still a NATO member?)

US Senate has Stated the Obvious - Israel is Major Strategic Partner

The US Senate unanimously adopted the United States-Israel Strategic Partnership Act. The bipartisan bill declared Israel to be a “major strategic partner.” The bill also expands the Jewish state’s trade status to expedite export licensing, increases cooperation on energy and other technologies, maintains Israel’s qualitative military edge in the Middle East, and increases US weapons stockpiles in Israel as well as Israeli access to them.

Routine ‘Love’ of Arab Neighbours

An Egged bus shuttling children to school was pelted with stones and a bottle of paint on Sunday morning while driving by the Ras al-Amud square in East Jerusalem. Rock-throwing in the Arab neighbourhoods in the capital has turned into somewhat of a routine in recent weeks. Last week, a bus shuttling students from the south was stoned near the Tomb of Samuel, and on Tuesday, a 44-year-old was lightly wounded from stones thrown at his car in Beit Hanina.

Quote of the Week:

“Hamas and IS are both vicious, corrupt, hateful, evil groups. And both are extreme. Yet, for some reason, Hamas’ brutality doesn’t elicit the same horror from the international community as ISIS. How can that be?” - Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), as he addressed the US Senate - He must have read my recent editorial! :)

Historic Record of Religion of ‘Peace’!

Circulated on Internet in memory of 9/11 victims.

Muslim world likes to portrait themselves as a victim of the Western aggression. Let check the facts and se who is the real aggressor!

This is all, although not complete, factually and historically correct:

In 732 AD a Muslim Army which was moving on Paris was defeated and turned back at Tours, France, by Charles Martell.

In 1571 AD the Muslim Army and Navy was defeated by the Italians and Austrians as they tried to cross the Mediterranean to attack southern Europe in the Battle of Lapanto.

In 1683 AD the Turkish Muslim Army, attacking Eastern Europe, was finally defeated in the Battle of Vienna by German and Polish Christian armies.

If these battles had not been won we might be speaking Arabic and Christianity could be non - existent; Judaism certainly would be.

Let us not forget that the mufti of Jerusalem was Hitler's guest in Berlin and raised Bosnian Muslim SS Divisions: the 13th and 21st Waffen SS Divisions who killed Jews, Russians, Gypsies, and any other "subhumans".

Americans have become so insulated from reality. Pause a moment, reflect back. These events are actual events from history. They really happened:

1. In 1968, Robert F. Kennedy was shot and killed by a Muslim Palestinian immigrant.

2. In 1972 at the Munich Olympics, Israeli athletes were kidnapped and massacred by Muslims.

3. In 1973 a Pan Am 707 was destroyed in Rome, with 33 people killed, when it was attacked with grenades by Muslims.

4. In 1979, the US embassy in Iran was taken over by Muslims.

5. In 1983, the US Marine barracks in Beirut was blown up by Muslims.

6. In 1985, the cruise ship Achille Lauro was hijacked and a 70 year old American passenger was murdered and thrown overboard in his wheelchair by Muslims. (And now the premier US opera house, the Met in New York, is presenting an anti-Semitic opera about this.)

7. In 1993, the World Trade Center was bombed the first time by Muslims.

8. In 1998, the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania were bombed by Muslims.

9. On 9/11/01, four airliners were hijacked; two were used as missiles to take down the World Trade Centers and of the remaining two, one crashed into the US Pentagon and the other was diverted and crashed by the passengers. Thousands of people were killed by well-educated Muslims!
