Return of Fashionable Anti-Semitism

Speaking via video message to the Global Forum for Combating Anti-Semitism at the opening ceremony in Jerusalem on Monday, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said that hatred against the Jewish people worldwide indicates that anti-Semitism is once again “fashionable.”

"There were two myths about anti-Semitism. The first was that after the Holocaust anti-Semitism would disappear. And the second was that with the creation of the Jewish state, anti-Semitism would disappear. That didn't happen,” said Prime Minister Netanyahu. “Neither one of them, in fact, the anti-Semites took a respite after the Holocaust, but that's all it was. It was a brief intermission.”

“And what was unfashionable is now becoming fashionable again. After the rise of Israel, what is fashionable today is to say, ‘Well, I don't hate Jews, I just don't think they should have a state.’ or, effectively, that their state is an illegitimate one that doesn't have the right to exist...” (Quite often, when I argue Israel’s case with non-Jews they play “Yes, but game” - they brush off any factual pro-Israel argument and come with the emotional statements, like “poor Palestinians…” etc. In a climate of modern political correctness any form of discrimination - be it racism, homophobia and even Islamophobia - is confronted by public and even prosecutable by law in many countries. Anti-Semitism is the only ugly tradition international bigots are unwilling to get rid of!)

Food for Thought by Steven Shamrak

They say “There is no smoke without fire”. The global problem the world is facing now is a blaze of Islamic fire which is spreading fast. But the Western governments and wishful-thinking idiots refuse to recognize the danger!

Advanced Biological Computer Developed in Israel

Technion scientists developed and constructed a molecular transducer, which is an advanced computing machine. This molecular computer was built entirely of bio-molecules, such as DNA and enzymes that can manipulate genetic codes.

No One Protest Against this Wall

Turkey is constructing 2.5-km-long (1.5 mile) twin walls at a border crossing with Syria to increase security at the frontier following three deadly bombings this year. The concrete walls will be built from the Turkish side of the crossing at Cilvegozu to the Syrian border gate and will be topped with barbed wire

US Senate Supports Israel’s Right to Self-defence

The United States Senate unanimously backed a pro-Israel resolution calling for U.S. assistance for Israel, should it be forced to attack Iran in self-defence. Senate Resolution 65 condemns Iran’s pursuit of nuclear capability and supports Israel’s right to self-defence and reaffirms the close security cooperation between the United States and Israel. (Every independent country has this right, but since the establishment of the state of Israel, the international community, including the USA, has denied or hindered this right to the Jewish state. Israel was never allowed defeat its enemies completely and establish peace!)

Soft Touch War on terror does not Work

One of the suspects in the Woolwich murder case, Michael Adebolajo, was arrested in Kenya in 2010 and was deported to Britain. He was believed to have been preparing to fight in the ranks of the Somali militant group al-Shabab, a Kenyan government spokesman told the BBC.

Israel Warns Russia over arming Syria

Russia said that it would supply one of its most advanced anti-aircraft missiles to the Syrian government hours after the EU ended its arms embargo on the country's rebels. Israel quickly issued a thinly veiled warning that it would bomb the Russian S-300s if they were deployed in Syria as such a move would bring the advanced guided missiles within range of civilian and military planes in Israeli air space.

PA Adviser Killed 38 Israelis

Hussein Fayyad, one of the commanders of the terror group that carried out the 1978 Coastal Road massacre, revealed that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas had appointed him as one of his advisers. The attack, which led to the killing of 38 Israeli civilians, including 13 children, was planned and carried out by Abbas’s Fatah faction.

No Need for Bypass - Remove Terrorists from Jewish Land

A senior IDF officer said that since the IDF is unable to stop the terrorist attacks on Route 60, between the Gush Etzion Junction and Kiryat Arba (Hebron), and specifically the section that passes by the Arab villages of El Arub and Beit Ummar, the army will instead be building a bypass road and a bridge.

Red Cross Attacked by Suicide Bombers in Afghanistan

A squad of suicide attackers stormed the compound of the International Committee of Red Cross in eastern Afghanistan on Wednesday shortly after a separate group of bombers attacked in the heavily guarded northern Panjshir valley. (ICRC is still working under the old name and emblem “Red Cross” even in Muslim countries. The organisation has been ignoring its new name “the International Committee of Red Crystal” and new emblem “Red Cryistal”, which it adopted many years ago, when under the pressure of modern political correctness it was forced to admit Israel as a member, after many decades of refusal and discrimination!)

Firefighters Attacked by Arabs

Once again, Jerusalem firefighters who endangered their lives in order to prevent a blaze from reaching the homes of Arabs were greeted by those they sought to help with stones and firebombs. The attack was reminiscent of another one a week before, in which one firefighter was injured as a crew tried to prevent a large fire from reaching Arab homes. (This is another example of ‘peaceful’ co-existence!)

Tel Aviv the next Silicon Valley

President Obama once called Tel Aviv the home of the “future world economy,” and with good reason. It’s already trying to become the first city of its size with free WiFi. Tel Aviv currently boasts more than 700 early-stage start-ups and some 1,200 high-tech firms - and the number is constantly growing. Israel is well-known for its tech industry; one 2010 book dubbed Israel the “start-up nation.”

Usual Story: No Pressure on PA

US Secretary of State John Kerry put a package of proposals for reviving the fake Israel-Palestinian peace process before Israeli leaders. He is keeping the package firmly under his hat. However, sources reveal that Kerry wants Israel to make strategic and national concessions for buying Palestinian consent to sit down and talk - such as a PA international airport in Jericho and withdrawal from the Dead Sea’s northern coast.

Quote of the Week:

"Fight them until all opposition ends and all submit to Allah." - Qur'an:8:39. "So fight them until there is no more Fitnah (infidels) and all submit to the religion of Allah alone (in the whole world)” - Qur'an:8:39 - All “infidels” must read these verses of Qur'an in order to understand why multiculturalism, soft democratic approaches and any economic inducements or educational programs will not change the hateful attitude and behavior of our Muslim ‘friends’!

Note: Term “Palestinian” is used in this editorial as definition of origin of Arab/Muslim terrorists, as they claim, not as their nationality. Until the early 1960’s Jews were commonly called “Palestinians”, as the Palestinian mandate was created by the League of Nations and its land was allocated to create the Jewish state - Eretz-Israel! (The Arabs did not call themselves “Palestinian” until Soviet regime created the PLO in 1964)
