Murderous Rebels Violate Human Rights

The top UN human rights official warned opposition fighters in Syria that they would not be immune from prosecution for atrocities, as videos from the Syrian city of Aleppo appeared to show a mass execution by rebel fighters of bound and blindfolded Syrian government soldiers.

One of the videos showed at least 20 corpses lying in a crooked row on a bloodstained street curb. The victims wore fatigues but no shoes. Several appeared to have been shot in the head.

In that video and another that captured the same scene, different rebel groups appear to take responsibility for the killings... If confirmed, the executions were likely to add to growing concerns about the conduct of the (Islamic) militias fighting to topple the Syrian president, Bashar Assad, and particularly their treatment of prisoners.

In a brutal episode in late July, a group of rebel fighters were seen in a video executing several captives - members of an Aleppo family accused of being enforcers for the government - with a spray of gunfire. In recent days, other videos have captured summary executions by the rebels. (Why aren’t we surprised or outrage by this behaviour? The similar atrocities were committed in Libya by Islamic terrorists. As usual, world remains indifferent, apathetic and silent! The so-called “Arab Spring” is replacing Muslim tyrants by Al-Quida/Taliban like terror regimes)

Note: Civil war in Syria has claimed over 20,000 victims in 19 months. It is four times many people that have been killed in the Israel-Palestine conflict in the last 20 years.

Islam is Cancer - Political Oncologist is Needed!

An armed mob protesting over a film “Innocence of Muslims”, they said offended Islam, attacked the US consulate in Benghazi (Libya) and set fire to the building, killing one American. Rocket-propelled grenades were fired at the consulate from a nearby farm. The attack happened on the same day as a similar group of hardliners waving black banners attacked the US embassy in Cairo and tore down the US flag. (The attack has nothing to do with the film. It was planned in advanced as a celebration of 9/11 attack! This is the real ‘Arab Spring’, which the Western press has deliberately failed to report! How many mosques and Arab consulates must be burned as a reprisal to offences committed by Muslims against others?)

Stupidity or Deliberate Ignorance of Obama?

The last week assault in Libya left Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other US personnel dead, as well as five others wounded.

"Indeed, I asked myself, how could this happen, how could this happen in a country we helped liberate, in a city we helped save from destruction," said Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State. (There is no need to ask these hypocritical questions. The Obama administration, including his 'foreign minister', knew that Islamists were in charge of the anti-Gadhafi revolt but supported them anyway, like they do the Syrian ‘rebels’ now!)

The US embassy in Cairo issued a statement earlier condemning "the continuing efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims, as we condemn efforts to offend believers of all religions". That statement was released at 12:22 pm Cairo time, about four hours before protesters gathered outside the US mission there, and six hours before protesters breached the security wall. (There is no way we can appease Islamists. They hate us, determined to kill or convert us to Islam. And they have never apologised for their barbaric actions!)

Romney's campaign said Obama's initial response was "disgraceful" and "was not to condemn attacks on our diplomatic missions, but to sympathise with those who waged the attacks".

Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak

After criticism from Republican party the Democratic party convenssion voted three times to reinsert references to Jerusalem as the undivided capital of Israel to its platform. Delegates were clearly split equally on the subject. Embarrassed organisers pretended that they had 75% of delegates’ votes needed for the approval and forged adoption of the resolution!

40 Years since Munich Massacre

The Bavarian state government held memorial services for the Palestinian attack, that resulted in the murders of 11 Israelis and a German police officer. Interior Minister Hans-Peter Friedrich spoke at the memorial service and said there are a lot of open questions about “whether we were naïve and underestimated the danger” in 1972. And yet, Germany permits Hezbollah to function as a legal political organisation now, with 950 members in the Federal Republic.

Mass Arab Attack on Jewish Village

Hundreds of PA Arabs assaulted a Jewish village in the Binyamin region with rocks, clubs and sticks. “Children in the village are crying. They can’t sleep because of the screams of ‘Yitbach al Yahud’ (Slaughter the Jews) and ‘Allahu Akbar.’” said community spokesman Aharon Katzuf.

Israel Alone Again, as Usual

Israelis need to get used to the idea that they are alone when it comes to dealing with Iran - and that they should not expect that the US will fight Israel's battles for it. The current situation, former Israeli ambassador to the US Zalman Shoval said, was reminiscent of the situation before the Six Day War, when Israel received no support from the US - and indeed, was told point-blank by the Johnson administration that if Israel took the initiative and actively attacked Egypt, it would have to suffer the consequences itself, despite the fact that Egypt committed an act of war by closing off the Straits of Tiran. (At the time, Egypt made the request that UN observers be removed from Sinai and began moving its army to the Sinai, to start another assault, planned by several Muslim countries, on Israel!)

Canada Suspended Diplomatic Relations with Tehran

Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird announced, saying “Iran is among the world’s worst violators of human rights and shelters and materially supports terrorist groups.” He declared all Iranian diplomats in Ottawa ‘personae non gratae’ and gave them five days to leave. (It looks like, there is at least one country in the world with a sense of decency!)

Israel will Strike Iran soon unless US Commits

Rep. Mike Rogers, chairman of the House intelligence committee, said in Jerusalem that Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is “at his wits’ end” with what he sees as lack of US resolve and clarity about the Iranian nuclear threat. (Israel might have no other options, considering that Obama omitted any reference to action on Iran in his Democratic Convention speech)

It’s About Time!

Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon said that Israel will reject Palestinian requests to update the 1994 Paris Protocol, the framework that established economic relations between Israel and the PA, Israel Radio reported. Palestinians have huge debts to Israel, and yet they are acting against Israel in all international organisations. (I’ll believe when I see it!)

Political Bastardy Covered Genocide

Newly released World War II documents bolster a long-held belief that the United States covered up Soviet responsibility for the infamous 1940 massacre of Polish soldiers in the Katyn Forest. The papers lend weight to the belief that the mass executions of about 22,000 Polish officers and other prisoners were hushed up because then US president Franklin Roosevelt did not want to anger Russia's Joseph Stalin. (Information could be released after the war, to prevent spreading of Soviet ‘disease’! The world also knew about planning of the Holocaust well before the Wold War II and assisted Nazi Germany, by not allowing Jews to leave Europe, and they did nothing to stop or at lease delay it during the war!)

Quote of the Week:

“The worst possible allies for the Jewish state are evangelical Christians, who want Jews to die and convert so they can bring on the second coming of their Lord. It is a false friendship. They are seeking their ends and not ours.” - Mark Alan Siegel, Palm Beach County Democratic chairman - The same can be said about governments of the  pretend best friend of Israel, that have been facilitating perpetuated instability in the Middle East to their economic and political advantage since the establishment of the Jewish state! Israel would be able to end the conflict long time ago if not for ‘good’ intentions of ‘friends’.

Europe United Against Israel

by Eldad Beck, YNET

Even the Euro crisis, which threatens to sink European unity into a new nationalist storm, cannot ease the inherent hostility of the European apparatus, located in Brussels, to the Jewish state. By now it looks like a sick obsession that blinds the patient’s eyes and prevents him from seeing his real problems.

Almost not a day goes by without the office of “foreign minister” Catherine Ashton or the EU “embassy” in Israel issuing a condemnation of Israeli actions in the West Bank, Gaza Strip or inside Israel. With zealousness that can only attest to disproportional devotion, EU emissaries - mostly with the help of Israeli collaborators who enjoy generous funding - monitor anything that could be perceived to undermine the rights of Palestinians or Israel’s Arab citizens.

For a long time now, the Europeans have not been protesting only matters pertaining to the occupation; rather, they are working methodically to undermine the very existence of Israel as an independent Jewish state.

Large sums of money provided to fund activities in different areas have created dangerous dependence between Israel and the European Union. Had this investment been aimed at developing human resources for the benefit of the EU there would be nothing wrong with it. However, the Europeans are aiming to exploit and rule: Take advantage of what Israel can give them, while at the same time dictate how it should conduct itself.

An absurd situation has been created whereby the European Union, which cannot manage its own affairs efficiently, is working with great determination to decide for Israel how it should behave.

Meanwhile, the Europeans are pouring huge sums of money into the Palestinian Authority without a hint of criticism about Palestinian actions. Senior EU officials refrain from meeting with Israel’s foreign minister, yet preach for dialogue with Hamas. And in at a time where the Middle East is burning because of endless violations of human rights, condemnations are constantly being issued against Israel.

It appears that the Europeans have been taken captive by the Arab magic formula, whereby the conflict with Israel is at the heart of the region’s problems and only its resolution - that is, making Israel capitulate to Arab demands - will bring peace and stability. And please don’t bother the Europeans with other explanations. It could undermine their stability.

Israel has an interest in good relations with Europe. The European Commission President, Jose Manuel Barroso, will be awarded an honorary doctorate from University of Haifa Tuesday “in appreciation of his firm stance against anti-Semitism, his work to commemorate the Holocaust and his devotion to peace.” However, the Europeans must understand that such ties can only develop on the basis of dialogue between equals, while completely refraining from any attempt to undermine Israel’s sovereignty.

If someone in Brussels is truly interested in fruitful, mutual relations with Israel, which has much to offer, they should start to change their approach.
